Chapter 53
Prompt: Pants down + rash
Hermione had fought a Dark Lord, battled with the Wizenmagot and birthed a beautiful son, but nothing could prepare her for what she had just walked in to see. Her husband was bent over, with his back to the mirror and his pants down by his ankles.
"Umm Draco," Hermione murmured.
Startled, Draco fell to the ground, shouting obscenities as he fumbled around in a heap.
"Granger! Thank Merlin you're home! I need you to check something for me." Fumbling to stand him, he once again bent down until his arse was directly in front of her.
"I'm sorry, but what is happening right now?"
Draco sighed as though he were the one suffering in this moment.
"I was changing Scorp's nappy today and I wasn't really paying much attention but then I saw a horrible rash all over his bum! I didn't notice at first and I think I touched it and now I need you to see if I caught it yet!"
Hermione blinked slowly as she took in her husband's current state; eyes wide, hair wild and pants still wrapped around his ankles. She let out a laugh thinking how all it took was a baby to break down the impenetrable Draco Malfoy.
"Love, it sounds like Scorpius has a touch of nappy rash," she kneeled down to help her husband pull up his pants. "I think you're going to survive."
