Tony looked at his daughter who was preparing a thick potion that he did not recognize. Well, most potions were the same to him until he saw them finished.
-I know it was you
Cassiopeia smiled as she finished weighing ground rhino horn and putting it in the cauldron before turning it over, the entire cauldron, and then stirring it.
-What was I?
-Stands in visible places? Give away the stars? Many pamphlets? Get Donald Trump to oppose the deals with his America First speech? Get Obama to object later? - Cassiopeia smiled at that - How the hell did you convince Trump to help you?
-It turns out that my hair tonic works great. Makes it grow with a few applications- Cassiopeia purr
-Isn't it illegal to give potions to non-magicians?
-It's incredibly diluted. It is basically shampoo with a drop of hair growth potion, but compared to Muggle products it is a miracle tonic. And I already got the license to sell it, don't worry
Tony laughed at that. His daughter was very smart, intelligent, and beautiful. Even educated at a distance from her, there were quite a few suitors for her in the magical world, where it was normal to marry before the age of twenty.
And if he was sincere he didn't want his daughter to be like him. But, in Tony's defense, he was on a journey of self-hatred wanting to drag down as much as he could the reputation of the family that mattered so much to his beloved father. Also, his daughter was more traditional than him
She wanted to get married and start a family. Dedicate herself to creating both magical and non-magical gadgets and enjoying herself with a good man. The bad thing is that she had many fortune hunters and assholes ... In both worlds
Tony still had doubts in his head as he walked through the tower. Should I search among Shield's remaining agents for a good man? He asked to himself. Maybe ask Natasha? Natasha had helped them get together, she could do the same with his daughter
Why did his daughter have to be straight? Pepper's cousin would be perfect for her, she was one of his lawyers and she was beautiful
Then, from the terrace, Tony's eyes caught something. A certain soldier with a metal arm was in the hallway in front of the workshop where his daughter was working. When she came out with her arms full of things he approached her and spoke to her before taking most of her load

-Bucky? - Was she using the nickname? - Yes, Steve introduced us and I run into it from time to time. He helps me carry things or accompanies me. He likes to roam the halls a lot, he says it relaxes him
Tony knew that was a lie. Steve was talking about how he had a hard time getting his old friend out of his room and into the gym or upstairs greenhouse. Steve was sad because before Bucky was a restless being who could not stay inside for long.
She partly reminded him of Steve a little bit before the two of them got together. The number of hours Steve spent in the shop handing him coffee cups and tools… Tony looked at his daughter. He had to talk to Steve about Bucky
Tony found Steve, alone, doing push-ups in the gym
-Are you coming to train?
-No, I've already had my morning and afternoon session- Steve trained obsessively. Although Tony didn't blame him, if he had been confined in a sick body for years and was suddenly strong and healthy he would take advantage of it. - Do you know how Barnes is treating Cassiopeia?
-Do they know each other? -Tony told him what her daughter had told him and what he had seen. -He wants to invite her out of it, that's what he used to do. Casual encounters to show generosity before asking for a proper date

Bucky was feeling nervous and that was rare for him. Or the two people he had been before merging into the being today known as Bucky.
James Buchanam Barnes had had no confidence issues. He was a tall, strong and healthy young man, in addition to being very gallant and quite handsome. He was at the top of the food chain for the youth in his neighborhood, not only that. He was nice and friendly. He was a straightforward delivery boy who was always flirting with the girls in the businesses he took the goods to.
He never lacked girls, nor did he lack friends to go have a few beers or play baseball. And he had his best friend Steve who he read and lived with. And his life was even more perfect after becoming a soldier and fulfilling his duty to the nation. He followed the established path and was on top
And then he was the Asset. The asset had no doubts, no thoughts of his own.
He had abilities to kill. And he was good at it. Very good. They gave him targets, they gave him weapons. And he complied, always. No target escaped
Because the Asset did not need feelings to make him doubt. The Asset was never insecure because he knew that the day he failed a mission would be the day he died.
He now he was halfway between the two and he didn't know what to do. He didn't know whether to be like James or the Asset. What he did know was that he liked that girl. Stark's daughter. She was not a Target, like Tony Stark. The few times he heard about her had been plans to kidnap or seduce her and take control of SI
She was a genius. She was beautiful. And she was the rightful heir to a multi-million dollar company. Compared to her, Bucky was nothing. He was literally unemployed, he had psychological problems from brainwashing, he was about a hundred years old and he was one-armed.
-Bucky? You are well?
Bucky straightened a little and looked at Cassiopeia with a soft smile.
-Yes, a little lost in the past. Today you do not work?
-No, today I relax- Cassiopeia smiled- Do you want to watch movies with me?
-Yes, I `d love to. - Bucky extended his arm automatically, a gesture inherited from when he was James, but today it would look strange. Before he could remove it Cassiopeia clung to his arm and looked at him with a slight blush.
