~Lucia~

"Lucia, Harry will be arriving soon today," Father said. "Great," I said. "Are you sure you want this?" Father asked. "Positive, it's time for me to stop hiding and meet my brother," I declared. "Good, because I think he's here," Father said. "Master Mistress, there be someone outside for thee," Punky, my house elf announced. "Shall we go greet them?" Father asked holding his arm out. "We shall," I said linking arms with him.

We both walked down the foyer to greet our new guest. When we arrive we see Dumbledore glancing through our stuff with Harry standing awkwardly next to him. "Dumbledore!" Father called. "Ah, Lucius my boy, how have you been," Dumbledore said. "Save the pleasantries I have much to do today," father dismissed. "Very well then," Dumbledore agreed.

"I have to go to work, I trust this can be taken care of without my presence?" Father asked. "Of course," Dumbledore said. Father looked towards me and I nodded. "Then I suppose I'll be taking my leave," he announced, "I'll see you when I get home ma fleur." "Oui père," I nodded. "Good," with a quick kiss on the head he headed out to floo to the ministry.

I promptly turn my attention back to the two guests. "So your the famous Harry Potter," I started. Probably not the best way to start, but it would do. "Why're you here Evans, Dumbledore said I was meeting my sister?" Harry asked. "I live here," I said irritated. Harry's head snapped to Dumbledore. "Then why am I here?" He asked. "I suppose it's time you were formally introduced," Dumbledore sighed,"This is Iris Evans, your sister."

"No," Harry gasped. I just smirked. "That slimy little snake can't be my sister!" Harry yelled. As if on cue cries of outrage erupted from the nearby portraits. "STOP IT!!!" I shouted to get them to calm down. "You would do well to watch your tongue for the rest of your stay here, seeing as you are nothing more than a guest visiting for the holidays," I warned.

"I suppose I'll let you be," Dumbledore said. "Punky! Show him out," I demanded. As if it were possible Harry looked more shocked when my house elf apparated Dumbledore out of the Manor. "As you can see he's not very welcome here, now shall we show you your room?" I asked. He nodded faintly. "Great," I smiled spinning on my heel.

"Okay so this over here is the family room, then the music room, then the ballroom, follow me upstairs and here is the first set of guest rooms," I said stiffly falling into my role of perfect hostess. "Where's yours?" Harry asked. "End of the hall, make two lefts," I said simply. "Now you can settle in, if you need anything call for Misty and she'll assist you," I instructed. "And Misty is...?" Harry asked. "The house elf of course, we have several," I said before leaving him to his devices. This will be a long week.

"I understand he's your brother, but must we really host a halfbreed in our home for a whole week?" Great Aunt Holly asked. "He's a halfblood not a halfbreed, and I assure you he won't be any trouble," I said. "His kind isn't like us, are we sure he can be trusted?" She asked.

"Uncle Sev is also of 'his kind' and he was a great friend to Mum," I argued. "But Severus was a Slytherin, he was raised right and grew into an honest man," she countered. "So this is because he's a Gryffindor?" I asked. "Exactly, a Gryffindor's bad enough, but a halfblood Gryffindor raised by squibs, he'll turn this manor into zoo," she scrunched up her nose in distaste. I didn’t even bother to correct her by saying that his uncle was actually a muggle. She’s angry enough as it is.

I sighed, as much as I hated it she had a point. Harry was a troublemaker in a Slytherin home. A notorious dark family. The amount of damage he could do here was definitely not something I wanted to think about. The fact that he was left alone for even these 30 minutes was disturbing in its own right. Add in a whole week and the consequences could be detrimental.

"I'll take care of it, he won't cause a lick of trouble on my watch," I promised. "Then you better start your watch, have the house elves help you," she suggested. "I got it, nothing out of the ordinary will happen this week," I assure her. "Good, see to it nothing does or he won't be allowed here again," she said. "Of course Aunt Holly," I promised. With those parting words I left turning on my heel.
