The Friend
Twelve years passed and Hadrian, or Harry as he had been nicknamed, had learnt to thrive within the environments of Hell.
Similarly to a human who spent to much time on the world of fay his body had shifted and changed to reflect the environment that he had grown up in. His skin was now a pale blue-ish white, his eyes similar to the killing curse that had taken his parents, he had sharp fangs and long pointed horns adorned the top of his head.
He knew that he was adopted but still saw himself as one of the Magne's, his own name Hadrian Magne showing exactly how much he saw them as a family. Lucifer was a father, Lilith was a mother and savior and Charlie was the best sister that anyone could ever have.
Hell was a... strange place to grow up in to say the least but it was quite enjoyable and his sister made it all the more fun. He was also quite sneaky, whether his father had taught him or he had figured it out, and his big sister taught him to see the best in the world and his mother usually trend to teach him all the essentials, such as speaking, writing, math and science. Though they had eventually had to hire a tutor it was nice that the queen of Hell had found time for him and his sister.
Charlie was fifteen and the biological daughter of the rulers of Hell, though despite growing up in hell she was still quite naïve. That was ok though. If anyone tried anything funny on his sister he'd show them pain.
Today was an important day, his parents were letting him go out by himself for the first time, well technically his sister would come, but he was aloud to for once go wherever he wanted and not have to wait for anyone to come with him. As long as he had some sort of communication he could go wherever he wanted.

The market in Hell was quite strange, at least it was in Hell, he'd never been to the mortal world so he couldn't say much for them. Everything was tight packed and there were hustlers and scammers all around. Some people were making extremely shady looking deals and you had to make sure to always be keeping an eye on you money in order to not be robber blind.
Charlie had told him that they could split up if they met back up in the exact same space in an hour, that had been half an hour ago, and Harry had to admit, he was enjoying himself.
That was until he felt something tugging at his waist. He turned to see a girl about his age with his bag of money in her hands, before he could even say anything she took off, running as fast as she could.
He followed as fast as he could himself, she was faster, and apparently knew these streets quite well, from the way she was managing to dodge every obstacle and not bump into many people.
He thought he lost her when he turned into a alleyway only to realise that this was a dead end and that she was trapped too.
"You... gonna... give... that... back... or... what?" he said between huffs and puffs.
"Why should I? I need it more than you do," she responded angrily, nowhere near as puffed as Harry.
"Has anyone ever told you that stealing is wrong?"
"We're in Hell, I don't think that the big man upstairs really cares at this point."
He took this chance to take a look at her, she was about twelve too, but she was a couple of centimetres taller, with short black and blue hair, bronze coloured skin that had black markings going up and down it, two wings and a long thin reptilian tail, along with two wolf-like ears sticking out of the top of her head.
She was holding the money like it was some sort of treasure.
"You can't steal from me, don't you know who I am?" Harry asked.
"I may not have been here for long but I know exactly who you are, that's why I stole from you, it's not like you're going to miss this," she responded.
He frowned, she was a new arrival? But the how was she so good in the streets?
"How about this? I you give back the money and we find a deal where you can get some too?"
She scoffed, "and why should I believe you?"
"One , because I'm being nice and two because if I wanted to I could have you arrested and thrown into a dungeon," he said simply.
Her eyes widened slightly at that. She threw the money back, "Fine take the stupid money."
Harry picked it up off the ground, "thank you. Do you have anywhere to stay?"
"No, got here a while ago, I'm an orphan, well technically."
"Well how about we bring you to my parents, strike a deal and find you someplace to stay, that way you no longer have to steal!" Said Harry cheerfully.
"You're terribly optimistic, but fine, I'm too desperate to argue anyways"

When his parents ended up meeting her they looked quite angry first, though after a whole lot of persuasion and her acting like a great person they had eventually grown to like her.
He soon learnt why she was here, her parents had been horrible and abusive to her and one night she had snapped. Taking a kitchen knife she'd killed them both, then after she had snapped out of it she realised what she had done and driven the knife into her own throat and ended up here as a demon moments later.
He'd also learnt that her name was Ilvymore, Ilvymore Clay and that she had, as he'd assumed, died at the young age of twelve. Her and Charlie also got along well, though she didn't agree with quite a few of Charlie's idealistic ways.
Their family offered her a place to stay and Harry visited often. Soon enough they became close friends, and though his parents still saw her as a bit of a bad influence, they allowed the two children to hang out and play together.
And soon the two of them became inseparable, a budding friendship had bloomed. Who would have known that one little orphan girl trying to steal from Hell's royalty would have led to this?
