Chapter 6
They walked for what felt like hours up a bunch of steps, Skyla’s worst enemy and Lily's biggest foe, as soon as they reached the top of the steps, Harry and Ron stood beside them, all excited for what's up ahead, seeing a woman in fabulous robes standing before them “welcome to Hogwarts, Lily wasn’t a first-year sadly, a third-year who had transferred here, like many other students, they were separated into lines, Skyla and Lily both upset they couldn’t stand together, Lily and the rest of the third years soon walked into the great hall, the candles floated above her head and she was in awe, the way it all looked so magical was too much for her.
Skyla soon got bored then heard “so it’s true, harry potter has come to Hogwarts” her ears perked up, soon standing next to Harry just in case, Ron there as well, the other students started to whisper around the group “this is Crabbe, Goyel and im Draco, Draco Malfoy” a boy, a tiny bit taller then Skyla stood in front of Harry, they were the same size, Skyla felt hella short at that moment, Ron snickering, also being taller than herself.
“you think my name is funny? Red hair and a hand me down robe? You must be a Weasly” he snarled, Skyla couldn’t bear this “im guessing your daddy didnt give you an allowance this week” she said, the whole room fell silent, “and what are you? Potter’s little crush?” he got right up to her face, his grey eyes piercing into her own blueish brownish eyes “no- were friends but then again your a bit of a fanboy?” she smiled slightly.
Lily was waiting in anticipation for her turn, she had heard house after house name and then “Lily Rivers”, she walked up to the sorting hat, nervous and scared, it was a make it or break it moment for her, she slowly sat down and closes her eyes, she could feel the hat is placed upon her head like a crown and she heard words that brought her slight joy “RAVENCLAW!”.
She opened her eyes as raven claw house cheered her, she sat next to her fellow Ravenclaws as she sat next to them, she was in Ravenclaw house, the wise, smart and skilled, she then started to wonder what house skyla would be in, unknowingly getting the attention of two Griffendoor twin boys.
