Wei Wuxian dies. His death has been a long time in the making, and so he is not surprised. He is just so tired of it all and he cannot find the will to fight anymore. So, he lets himself sink back into the dark and as he does everything that makes him Wei Wuxian goes to sleep.
He is only 19 going on 20 when he dies. It is then that Harry Potter is born.

Harry Potter is a strange child think the residents of Privet Drive, Surrey. This is something they are absolutely certain of.
It’s not that they think he is a bad child (this of course excludes the opinions of Number Four.) It's just that he’s …. Well, he’s him. He is constantly fascinated by the strangest of things and can be seen occasionally in the yard of Number Four taking old nick-nacks and such apart and putting them back together before being dragged back inside by his aunt. His speech patterns are also antiquated and speaking to him makes one feel as if they have been transported back in time. It is a decidedly odd thing.
This is also without considering the strange affinity the boy has for music. During his first year in Primary the boy had discovered an old flute in the back corner of the music room. He had barely picked it up before he started playing an unfamiliar jaunty old tune on it. The music teacher had been flabbergasted and he had immediately been questioned on where he learned to play. He had gotten scolded for being unable to answer, and it soon became one of the biggest questions people had about him as it became clear that not only could he play but he could play like he had been doing it for years.
This is just some of the many things that they have questions on concerning the boy. However, they will never get their answers.

Harry hates dogs.
He hates Ripper, Aunt Marge’s dog that she brings every time she comes to visit, most of all. She does not hesitate to set Ripper on him whenever she thinks he deserves it, and it has happened more than once he has had to scale a tree in his attempts to escape him. (Whenever Ripper chases him, he almost feels as if he has had to do this before, and he instinctively knows just where the best places to run to remain out of reach are.) Ripper doesn’t catch him a lot, but whenever he does it is always bad. He has the scars to prove it too.
He starts spending his time during her visits at the park a few streets over and his family seem to prefer it that way. He has fun running around outside and doing whatever he wants to do whenever he wants to. (He ignores how lost he feels being alone by himself and does not acknowledge the thoughts of not again, not again that run through his brain whenever he is away from people for too long) It is at times like these when he wishes he was somewhere else with someone else (who is it he wants to be here? Who are they?) He waits for someone to come and take him away, but they never do.
