Oops! We fell in love again

Rue and Jules keep coming back together, no matter the distance between them or how many times they try to pull apart. The train pulls away, but fate still leads them to each other’s doors over and over again as the years pass. It’s like they’re planets caught up in each other’s orbits, with all the impossible beauty and terrifying inevitability that implies.

In the end, though, Rue supposes there are worse places to get stuck, and worse people to get stuck to. She runs her hand through Jules’ hair and decides she can risk staying a little bit longer.
