Harry Potter and the Reveal of Mysteries
Summary
What if Harry Potter wasn't an actual Potter? What if things had a small change? What if Lily or should I say Lilianith was a bit smarter? And this led to the unexpected whirlpool of differences in Harry Potters life. But what Harry Potter wasn't real?OR:Lily was forced into a marriage with James while she loved another man and disguised her child as James' child, Harry. But things will soon be revealed.—I’m currently rewriting this fic since it been so long and it will b posted separately as a fresh start. I’m not sure if I should mark this as discontinued, but I may come back to it at some point in order to finish it.
Note
Hello! This isn't the first fanfic I've written, but it's the best one I've written and one I've put effort into. I really hope people like it since I really enjoyed writing it. Here some notes and background notes.-Harry has a different father + different name-There is Hogwarts Academy for years 1-7 (ages 11-17) and Hogwarts University for years 8-12 (ages 18-22)SPOILERS -Lily's name is Lilianith-Reason for this is that her parents died in the first magical war and she was put in a muggle adoption center instead of a magical one, she is also a pureblood Anyways, I'm not a good writer but enjoy the first chapter!

Haruki spent around 15 minutes alone in the office looking at all the artefacts on the desk, hanging on the wall, and there was a charm that let you see outside somehow. Eventually, the goblin came back with only one key, and something else he couldn’t identify.

“I thought I was the heir to multiple houses? Why is there only one key?” The gem-eyed man asked, confused.

“I thought it would be troublesome to have multiple keys. So, I made it so that when you enter your magic and blood into the key, it will automatically recognize you as the lord to those houses, and in turn those vaults. You will be able to access any vault that belongs to you.” Bloodclaw explained.

“That makes sense,” Haruki agreed, “and what is that in your hand?” The Goblin looked at the vault key in exasperation and was about to explain again. “No! I-i mean, the other thing since you already explained the key.” Haruki clarified.

“Ah, you took notice.” The goblin held up the other possession. “This is a vault sack. It's a bag that is directly connected to your vaults, and you can take anything from any of your vaults, as long as it is in the vault and your magic is there to confirm it is you. You only have to think of what you want and it will appear or if it’s too big, it will be shrunken to accommodate the size of the bag.” The goblin explained, satisfied with the young man’s curiosity. “Well, here you are,” the goblin said, giving the key and bag to Haruki, “If you need anything you may come back here, and ask for me. I have been appointed as the manager of all of your houses, besides the one in other countries, and you may come to me for anything concerning the houses in Britain. If you need anything for any of your other houses that aren’t in Britain, you may ask a teller to notify the Goblin responsible for those houses, and you may set up a meeting. It was a pleasure working with you. Good day.” The goblin said, pushed Haruki out, and closed the door.

Haruki stared blankly at the wall on the other side of the hallway. “Well, on to the piercings I guess. I’m practically emancipated now, which makes me an adult, and I can do anything I want,” Haruki said proudly. “Now onto the alley,” he said excitedly, a bright smile now on his face.

In Diagon Alley

Haruki had gotten to the shops he was at before and paid the purchases in full, in all honesty, the workers were expected to hunt him down for him to pay, but were pleasantly surprised when they didn’t have to. He went to pick up some potions ingredients, and he went to do the most exciting part of his shopping. Getting a wand. He walked into Olivanders and felt a magical signature that was hiding behind the counter. He stared directly at it as the magic spiked. Then, an old man popped out from behind the counter.

“Harry Po-” Olivander began to say.

“Haruki Shiroiya, actually.” Haruki corrected. Olivander stared at him, then smiled.

“Right, Haruki Shiroiya.” Olivander corrected. “Well, you are-”

“Wanting a wand,” Haruki said. “I apologise, but I have no time for small talk, I really need to get my wand.”

Olivander was slightly frustrated at how this boy spoke to him but slightly excited about the turn-in events of the young man's identity. “Of course, of course,” Olivander said. “I’m going to take your measurements in order to find a wand fitted for you,” he explained, getting tape measures from the counter and walls. They launched themselves at Haruki to take his measurements before they froze in the air.

“Is that really necessary?” The man asked, “You could give me a wand of any length and it wouldn’t matter. I know you take measurements, but it doesn’t do anything when ‘the wand chooses the wizard’, so how would measurements help?” Haruki explained, not really in the mood for unnecessary actions.

“Ah, you seem to be correct. Alright, I shall bring you some wands then.” Olivander said. He ran to the shelves of boxes on the walls containing unique wands and picked some up.

“Give him a holly wand with the tail feather of the phoenix that gave 2. That shall be his wand.” The man with half-moon spectacles said to the old wandmaker.

“But why Albus? The-”

“It doesn’t matter. That wand will choose him, I know it.” Albus interrupted Olivander. “Just follow what I say and everything will turn out splendid.” He left the room and conversation after his statement.

‘But what if the wand doesn’t choose him’ Olivander thought worried. He nervously bit his nails. ‘But Albus couldn’t possibly be wrong…right?

Olivander reached for the wand Albus told him to give the boy. He walked back over to the boy and handed him multiple wands, giving their descriptions as well. He knew the wands would fail, but waited before giving him the wand Albus told him to.

“This one is 11 inches, Holly wood, and a phoenixs’ tail feather as the core. This phoenix actually gave two tail feathers.” Olivander explained, just how Albus wanted him to. He handed the wand over to the boy. “Give it a wave,” Olivander suggested.

Haruki did as he was told and waved the wand. It ended up breaking the windows of the shop. ‘no, No, NO! That was supposed to be his wand! Why didn’t it work!? What should I do? What should I do!?’ Olivander panicked, carefully masking his panic of the wand not working. He took the wand back and kept handing Haruki different wands. Soon enough, Haruki had tried out all of the wands in the shop.

“Well, this is…unexpected. There has never been anyone who tried out all of these wands and didn’t find theirs.” Olivander said, chuckling lowly to mask his slight confusion and panic. “Well, I think we need to resort to the last thing that I do to make sure wizards and witches have their wands. We’ll make one for you.” Olivander proposed.

“I don’t care how I do it, I just want a wand.” Haruki sighed. “Well, how do we make one?” Haruki questioned.

“Follow me.” Olivander said. He led Haruki to a door behind the counter and opened it, inviting Haruki into the room. “Let’s make you a wand.”
