Filler Chapter 2
Iwaizumi's
As my dad answer my call I waited for him to say something. I'm not mad I was just confused and pissed that he didn't tell me. I've spent my 18 years without knowing I'm different from others. After a few minutes, he was still not talking so I just directly asked him.
"Dad, why did you keep it from me?" I was annoyed by the fact that he didn't tell me the truth.
"Hajime, don't use that tone on me. I didn't raise you to be disrespectful." Dad said sternly.
"Then give me an explanation, all my life, you have years of the chance to tell me the truth but you didn't" I answered.
"Will you please calm just stop talking and listen to me, don't interrupt me," he said seriously. I sighed, trying to calm myself.
"Fine," I said nonchalantly.
"Well, it's because of your mother and brother. You're mother and brother died in the last wizard war. " Dad said sadly I was lost for words. I didn't know what to say or react to.
"What? You told me they died because of an accident..." I said almost in a whisper. "You lied to me Dad, do you really think I deserve to know the truth about how Mom and Harume died? I get that it hurts you but I have the right to know the truth." I said hurt is visible in my voice.
"I want to make you safe so I decided to live here in Japan and forget about the wizarding world. I don't wanna lose you too Hajime. Hajime, please understand. I know it's hard for you to know just now, but always remember that I did this to make you safe and away from danger. Your Mom and brother sacrifice their lives to make you safe. And I'll do everything in my power to make you safe too." Dad said I didn't know what to say I'm too shocked to even respond.
"I-I don't know what to say, Dad... I-I need to hang up now I wanna think this through" I said feeling confused, angry, and sad all my emotions are going haywire.
"I'm so sorry Hajime for hiding this from you just always remember that I did all of this to make you safe because I love you. If you decide to attend Hogwarts I'll support you, I will leave the key to the vault your Mom left us. Take care son and I love you." Then he hangs up.
I sighed as I slumped on the floor, thinking of the things I discovered today. I don't know what to think anymore. I didn't notice Oikawa walking toward me.
"Iwa-chan, are you okay?" Oikawa asked me, then he sat beside me.
"Yea, I'm okay," I said nonchalantly as I prevent myself from tearing up. All this shit is too much for me to take in. The mere fact that my brother and mother died not because of an accident is too much.
"Are you sure Iwa-chan?" Oikawa asked looking at me confused and worried.
"I'm okay... This is just a lot to take in" I said as I closed my eyes so he can't see my teary eyes.
I can feel Oikawa staring at me.
"Whatever you're going through Hajime it'll be okay, I'm just here for you. And we get to be with Shoyo too so think positive Iwa-chan~" Oikawa trying to cheer me up.
"It will never be positive if you're there, Oinkawa," I just decided to tease him with my eyes still closed as I smiled genuinely at him.
"So rude, Iwa-chan!" Then he whined as I open one of my eyes and saw him pouting. I just ruffled his hair.
"No! Iwa-chan, not the hair, "he yelled. I just laughed at him. I look at Shoyo, who's still comforting Tendou.
"What an angel," I thought while looking at Shoyo
Sakusa's
I don't know what to think. This is shocking but I want to know the truth. I pulled my phone from my pocket and dialed Dad's number.
"Hello, Kiyoomi," Dad says.
"Hey, Dad" I greeted.
Okay Kiyoomi, first of all, I'm sorry for hiding it from you. I know you're confused right now. I'll answer every question you have. " Dad started
"Why did you hide it?" I asked.
When you were born, we thought that you were a squib because you didn't show any signs of magic after you turn 7 usually kids with magic powers can show signs of using magic at that age or younger but you didn't, so I and your mother decided to live in the muggle world, but slowly you started to show signs of using magic. We don't know how to tell you we were looking for the right time, but you got your letter. " Dad explained, as I sighed.
"I understand, Dad. I'm not mad. I'm just confused." I said.
"I'm sorry, son. Now that you know the truth, do you want to attend Hogwarts? I know you hate crowds and such. Hogwarts is a safe place, but it can also be a little uncomfortable for you in your situation," Dad said.
I am having second thoughts about whether I'll go or not, but when I'm thinking of being with Shoyo, I feel determined.
"I'll go, Dad," I said.
Okay, son, I'll give you the key to your vault when you get back. And son, I'm so proud of you. I'll hang up now. Take care, okay? " I just hummed at him.
"This is my chance to prove my love to Shoyo," I thought with determination.
Shirabu's
"Kenjiro, we will not force you to go, you know that right? We didn't tell you because we thought it would be best for you to avoid anything connected to the wizarding world," Mom explained.
"I know, Mom, but I want to take this opportunity." I'm still shocked, but I know this will benefit me too. Don't worry about me too much, "I said
"Are you sure you're not mad at us for keeping it from you?" Mom asked.
"No, Mom. I'm not, I understand, "I said, then sigh.
Okay dear, I'll hang up now. Take care. Love you," Mom said.
"Mhm, love you too," I said.
My relationship with Goshiki just started. I don't know how to explain it to him. I just hope he understands that I need to go. I'll tell him about the school, minus the magic part, of course.
Miya's
Osamu and Atsumu still can't believe that they are wizards. They immediately called their parents but no one was answering. They were starting to get annoyed when an owl came into the window of the gym. All the players were shocked. The owl stopped in front of the Miya twins. There was a letter in its beak.
Atsumu, Osamu I think that's for both of you, "Kita said.
Osamu got the letter from the owl. After that, the owl flew again through the window.
"The hell was that?!" Miya twins were taken aback. Osamu opened the letter when it suddenly spoke, and all of them except the Hogwarts students went wide-eyed.
Atsumu, Osamu I know you guys have any questions, but we can't answer those at the moment. We're kind of busy. Takeda called us earlier, telling us ya got yer letters. Well, we kind of expected it but were still surprised. Inside the envelope are a withdrawal letter for Gringotts and the key to getting money for your supplies. Don't cause any trouble in Hogwarts or we will drag ya guys home, understand? " The howler said the twins just nodded. After that, the howler ripped itself into pieces.
The players are still stunned when Yams, Shoyo, Suga, and Kunimi burst out laughing.
"Oh Merlin, that's entertaining." Suga and Yams, who have tears in their eyes because of laughing so hard,
"What the hell was that?! That's my mother's voice, I know, but what?! " Atsumu yelled, confused and embarrassed. Shoyo giggled at him.
"That's a howler, Tsumu-san," Shoyo said, giggling softly, not wanting to wake Tendou on his shoulder, already sleeping because of too much crying.
Atsumu and Osamu are blushing hard because of embarrassment.
It's okay. Tsumu-san, Samu-san, there's nothing to be embarrassed about. I always get a howler from my Mom last year for sneaking into the library at night. " Shoyo then smiled at us.
"So beautiful," we both thought, looking at Shoyo's smile.
Kozume's
"Hey Mom," Kenma said casually focusing on his switch.
"Hello sweetie" his Mom answered after that it was a long silence, Kenma's mom is waiting for her son to say something but the latter is so focused on his game.
"This child" Kenma's mom mumbled which Kenma heard so he decided to talk to her once and for so he can get back to his game.
"So Mom, why didn't you tell me?" Kenma asked her mom.
"Sorry dear, we're supposed to tell you when you come back, but the letters arrived earlier than expected." Mom explained.
"Can I bring my phone and switch there?" I asked. I can't live without my games.
"Of course, Honey, although there's no reception there or electricity, the means of communication there is through owls and mail." Mom said.
I don't need reception. I just need my games. How can I charge my switch then? " Kenma asked, a little bit grumpy.
"You can study some spells that can produce electricity there or ask someone to help you." After Mom said that, I immediately thought of Shoyo. I'll just ask him for help then.
"Okay," I answered I heard Mom giggle.
"That's it? You're not mad that we kept it from you? " Mom joked.
"Nope, Kuroo and Shoyo are there, so it's fine," I said.
"And games, especially Shoyo, right?" Mom teases me.
"Yea", she laughed at me.
Okay, so straight forward dear, I'll send you the Gringotts bank key, okay?" Mom added.
I just hummed, then hung up, then walked towards Shoyo, who was playing Tendou's hair. I sat beside him.
"Hey Kenma, how are you? Are you happy we get to be together in Hogwarts?" He happily asked.
"Yea," I said while I pulled out my switch.
"Me too. I'm going to tour you around Hogwarts, then we're going to spend time in Hogsmeade," he said.
"Hmm, Shoyo, can you help me with something?" I asked shyly.
"What is it?" Shoyo said, then tilted his head towards me.
"Mom said I can bring my switch and phone but there's no means of electricity there. I don't know how to charge them." he chuckled then pulled out his wand. It looked so cool.
"Where's your phone and switch?" I gave him my phone and switch. He pointed his wand to my switch. He said something like a spell. Then suddenly, my switch was fully charged. My eyes went wide. He giggled at my reaction. He did the same with my phone.
"You're so cute, Kenma," he said, pinching my cheeks lightly. I blushed hard.
He gave me my switch and phone back.
"I'll teach you the spell once you get your wand, hmm," he said, smiling. I just nod and smile at him slightly and play my games.
Kuroo's
"Tetsurou, are you listening to me?" Mom said.
"Yes Mom," I said while looking at Kenma and Shoyo. They are talking happily, and I can't help but be jealous.
Mom, why didn't you tell me sooner? You know I'll understand, right? I just can't comprehend why you need to hide it, "I said frustratedly.
"At that time, there's always danger in our world. Your father decided to live here to have a peaceful life. We know that someday you'll know the truth, and here we are. Tetsu, we're so proud of you. Always remember that. We'll always support you, "Mom said.
"Thank you, Mom. I love you both, "I said
"We love you too. Anyway, enjoy your remaining days at camp. After that, you're going to go shopping in Diagon Alley before the school year starts. " Mom added.
"Okay," I said, then she hung up. I sighed again and walked toward Kenma and Shoyo.
"Hey Chibi-chan," I said, not wanting to wake Tendou, who has swollen eyes.
"Hi Kuroo-san," he said, gesturing for me to sit beside Kenma.
"I thought your switch was turned off, "I asked Kenma because he's been grumpy a while ago ranting about forgetting to charge his switch.
"Shoyo charges it," he simply said, as Shoyo smiled and raised his wand.
"He asked for help because there's no means of electricity in Hogwarts. I'll just teach him a spell," Shoyo said.
"Hmm, you're so smart Chibi-chan. Can you teach me too?" I said to him, smirking.
"Sure, Kuroo-san, when we get to Hogwarts," he said, then smiled again.
I'm looking forward to studying at Hogwarts.
Ennoshita's
I didn't need to call my parents. A few weeks ago, they explained to me that I'm a half-blood wizard. At first, I didn't believe it, but when they showed me the proof, I was shocked but accepted it eventually.
I'm just happy that I have the team with me and our friends. It's a shame. Kino and Nari are not included.
'And I'm happy I get to be with him,' I thought, looking at Tanaka, who was busy talking to his sister.
I hope I'll be able to confess to him this time.
Ushijima's
I know my parents are hiding something from me, but I didn't expect it to be like this. I don't know if I'll be happy or feel betrayed, but I guess the first one is because I'll be able to be with Hinata for a little longer.
"Wakatoshi, are you still there?" Mom said
"Yes, Mom," I said, sighing.
"Son, I know you're disappointed about us hiding it from you, but we want to let you know that it's not our intention to keep it. We just thought that you'd already be happy playing volleyball, so we didn't bring it up to you. We can't let you leave the thing you love the most. " Mom explained.
"It's okay Mom, I understand. Volleyball is important to me so much, but you should've told me because I feel like a part of me is incomplete," I said.
I apologize for that, son, but now that the truth is out, we just want to let you know that we're so proud of you for making it to Hogwarts. I know you'll love it there. You can play quidditch too. I know Hinata-san's son is a quidditch seeker and Kita-san's son is a team captain. You can always ask them to teach you. " Mom explained. I feel so curious about what this quidditch game is.
"Quidditch?" I asked.
"Yes, it's a game in our world. It was fun. Your father is a quidditch beater in Ravenclaw when we're in school," Mom said dreamily.
Wait, Mom, I'm confused. What are Quidditch and Ravenclaw? Is that their team? " I asked.
I think it's better if you ask Hinata and Kita-san's sons if you want to ask about quidditch because I don't know much about the game. And yes, Ravenclaw is like their team name, although it's known as their house. I was in Gryffindor back then. "Mom said.
"Mom, elaborate on the houses you're talking about," I said, still confused.
"Okay, okay, so in Hogwarts, before the school year starts, all students must be sorted into their houses. Their houses will be like their family or group inside Hogwarts, although you can have friends from different houses if you want to. There are four houses in Hogwarts; Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin. " Mom explained it to me.
So we need to be sorted with our families before the year starts? How? " I asked now because I'm so curious and fascinated about these facts.
You will be sorted by the sorting hat. Anyway, I'll just leave it like that for the thrill. We just want to say, no matter what your house will be, we're just here to support you, Toshi. "Mom spoke softly.
"Thanks, Mom!" I said.
"I need to rest now. Goodnight son. " Mom said.
"Night, Mom," I said as I hung up the phone.
I think I will enjoy studying at Hogwarts, but for now, I need to ask Shoyo or Kita-san about quidditch. I want to join the team.' I thought, then walked towards Satori and Shoyo. They're with the captain and setter from Nekoma
Terushima's
I'm here in the bleachers sitting with Tadashi beside me holding my hands. I don't need to call my parents.
I already accepted the fact that I'm a wizard. It's not a big deal as long as I can be with Tadashi.
Tadashi is the most amazing person I've known. I remember him from our first official match. I kept looking at him because he looked so pretty with his freckles and all.
"Hey babe, don't you want to call your parents?" He asked, leaning on my shoulder. I'm playing with his fingers
"Nah, it's fine. I think it's cool to know that I'm a wizard. And the fact that I can be with you for the rest of the year is enough for me," I said, then kissed the top of his head.
"Me too. I want to be with you too. " Tadashi said, "I was so happy when I found out that you were on the list. I'll be with you for the next five years at Hogwarts. I hope I'll be in the same house as you. "
"What house?" I asked.
"There are four houses in Hogwarts, like groups or families. I'm in Hufflepuff along with Suga-san. I know you'll be the third year like Aone-san. He's in Gryffindor, while Shoyo is the same year as me, and he and Kita-san are in Slytherin. Kiyoko-san and Akira or Kunimi from Aoba Johsai are in Ravenclaw," he explained.
"So the houses are Hufflepuff, Gryffindor, Slytherin, and Ravenclaw?" I asked.
"Yes, I wish you'd be in Hufflepuff so we could share a dorm. The second and third years always share dorms, "he said.
"Then I will do my best to be in Hufflepuff then," I said, holding his hand tighter.
"You guys will be sorted by the sorting hat, but even if you'll not be in Hufflepuff, I'm still happy to be with you in Hogwarts. It doesn't matter anymore as long as I'm with you, "he said.
I thought, 'I'm so lucky to have him as mine. I promise to love and protect this amazing being in front of me even if it'll cost my life,' I thought, then held Tadashi's chin up.
"I love you, Tadashi," I said lovingly.
"I love you too, Yuuji," he said, then smiled softly, and I kissed him passionately.
Bokuto's
"Hey! Hey! Hey, Dad! " I said after I answered the call.
"Bokuto-san, please tone it down," Agaashi said he's beside me talking to his parents.
"Sorry, AGAASHI!" I yelled, then he sighed and facepalmed.
"It's Akaashi, Bokuto-san." He said, "I'll go there to give you some privacy with Auntie and Uncle." Then he left.
"Kou, you need to tone down your voice sometimes, and please stop stressing out Akaashi so much," Mom said.
"EH! I'm not stressing him out Mom, this is my normal tone of voice, "I said, then she sighed.
"Yeah right, anyway, I already talked to Coach Ukai and Mr. Takeda. Aren't you mad or shocked that we hid it from you?" Mom asked.
"Ehh! Why should I? I think it's cool you should have told me sooner though, so I can have fun and do a lot of things with my magic, "I said
"And that's why we didn't tell you; you're way too energetic for your good," Dad said.
"Why?! It's fun to do things with magic, Dad! " I said
"Yeah, yeah, whatever son," Dad says, exhausted.
"Yes! Yes! "Yes!" I said to him.
"Oh Merlin's Kou, lower your voice. It's giving me a headache, seriously. Anyway, I'll send the owl tomorrow for the Gringotts bank key. You can withdraw money as often as you want. That's all the money we saved for you. " Dad
"Really?! Thanks, Dad! Love you!" I said, then hung up. I'm excited. I saw Kuroo and Kenma with Shoyo and a sleeping Tendou on his shoulder. I want to sleep on his shoulder too.
I walked towards them to tell them the news and be with Shoyo.
