Lily heard laughter the closer she got to her and her friends' regular compartment that they have been in since first year. She opened the door to see Mary and Alice talking. “Hey girls. How was your summer?” Lily asks, putting her trunk up in the designated compartment.

“Oh nothing new. But what I really want to know is, what’s new with you and your hunk of a man?” Mary teases, raising an eyebrow.

“Mar! Hush!” Lily chasites. “You don’t know whose listing. God knows when Potter can turn up.”

“Then just let him.” Alice shrugs.

“I can’t!” Lilly moans, sliding into the window seat her friends had left open for her.

Mary rolls her eyes, “Remind me again why you can’t. Isn’t like James can do anything. I mean have you seen the muscles on your man.”

Lily sighs, “Yes I have seen his muscles” she then blushes, cheeks turning a little red, “I’ve felt them to. I know James couldn't so much as touch him.”

“Then what's wrong? What’s holding you back dear?” Alice asks sweetly.

“What’s holding you back from confessing to Frank?” Lily asks, throwing the questions back at her, but not meanly.

Alice hums, “Amos. I don’t want to hurt the poor guy's feelings.”

“Exactly”, Lily nods. “Just I’m not protecting his feelings, I’m also protecting him physically. I know if I tell him that I’m taken, he’s gonna try to fight him. And if he does that, then there is absolutely no way that he’s getting out of it unscathed.”

Mary gets her hand held mirror out of her purse,“Yeah, well your boyfriend really good at holding back? By the way, is his friend still single?”

“Yes, but I’m afraid James will say something that will set him off. And if that happens then he may really kill him. And yes, Skull is still single.”

“Great!” Mary laughs.

“Why him of all people?” Lily asks, “I mean Reborn seems more of your type?”

“O, come on Lily. Despite what people think I’m not a homewrecker. I would never go after a guy who already has a woman. And plus I love a guy who knows how to get a good rush.”

“Than Skull is the perfect guy for you. Who knows, this is our final year so maybe after it’s done I can help you to get together.”

“O, I don’t know Lil…”, Alice says teasingly, “I don’t think Mar can wait that long.” she says the last part seriously, causing the three girls to pause, then spiral into a laughing fit.

And thus, with this comment, Alice started an tease war that would last the train ride, with all three of them using crushes and boys as amoo.

P.s. I just got a comment from shadewhatcher who in they’re words said that “I wanna see James get body slammed from being an arrogant pushy brat! XD Severus would probably pay to see that! Lol”. Well let me tell you something… I absolutely love that idea! And I can make it happen and I would like to. Because Lily’s boyfriend can definitely do that.
