A psychic isn't a wizard, but his brother apparently is
Summary
Saiki Kusuke had been attending Hogwarts for three years (since apparently he's a wizard), and during his fourth year (is now a seventh year since he's started attending as a 3rd year), takes his brother Saiki Kusuo come with him as a fifth year. Of course though, Kusuke has the intention of winning a challenge there as well.
Note
This is going to be a series of Saiki K crossovers, so there's gonna be more Saiki K x Fandoms and stuff.I have no idea what I'm doing with this crossover, so it's going to be kind of...bad to say the least. Also, this was originally on Wattpad, so it's kind of harder to tell Saiki's thoughts, thoughts in general, and Other people talking because the font didn't stay changed when I copy and pasted it. Sorry about that, and I'll try to fix it when I get the chance.Saiki talking: 'Normal talking: "

Getting supplies is already a handful

"Don't give me that look, Baby Bro!" Kusuke said. "I mean, you're not refusing, right? I don't hear you saying anythin-"

'No.'

"Oh, so you finally decided to speak. But anyways, pleaseeeeeeeeee?" He whined.

'I'm not going to Europe with you to do some type wizard shenanigan stuff.' Saiki said through gritted teeth.

"Hmm...."

'What are you planning -?'

"However much Coffee Jelly you desire for a years worth of time, as well as none of my challenges faced at you. Only for a years worth of time as well though, of course," The scientist said with a sly grin.

'...What are trying to do right now.'

His brother mentally high-fived himself. He caught him. Not like Saiki could hear his thoughts with his invention, anyway.

"Nothing suspicious," Saiki didn't believe a single thing thing said. "Fine, fine. I really just want to see how powerful this major enemy is to the wizards, since they're too much of cowards to even say the enemies name."

Though, wizards are some pretty weak asses, as of my opinion when I went to Hogwarts. What I really want to do is challenge Kusuo with both of us just using magic, Kusuke thought to himself.

'I barely have any context on this. This won't settle for a years worth.'

Kusuke countered back on him. "Two years on Coffee Jelly. Sorry, but I've already delayed my next challenge. Can't do another year on that one."

'That's a fat chance, you're just impatient.'

"I guess you know me a little too well, even without reading my mind, huh Kusuo?"

'An idiot could have guessed that.'

"That hurts my feelings, my baby bro," He said with a frowny face. "Anyways, go make up a lie to mom and dad, won't you?"

'I didn't even agree to anything.'

"Actually, I'd keep pestering you anyway."

'...'

"Hah! I've left you quite speechless! Anyway hurry up now, it's a short schedule before the train to Hogwarts leaves, and we have a lot to do!"

Damn you, Kusuke? Saiki though bitterly. And a train? Cars exist. Why so old fashioned?

-

"Ku-Chan, are you sure about this? You'll be gone for one year and all your friends will miss you." Kurumi said worriedly.

"Yeah Kusuo, think about it. Your father also will be late to work now everyday as well."

'Think outside of yourself, dad. Also, yes, my powers are getting harder to control now anyway. It's time Kusuke needs to do some experimenting. Also, he said that he'd apply me to a European school anyway.'

Kurumi sighed. "I know, it's just..."

'I'll be fine, mom. Don't worry.' Kusuke already made him feel kind of guilty about doing this. Though, wasn't he sort of forced into doing this?

His mother embraced him in a hug. "Ah, I wish you'd stay here, but I wish you luck anyway. Your dear father will be my comfort." She said sadly, with a smile to hide it.

"Of course I will keep company to you! You're my dear wife." Kuniharu said proudly.

After what seemed to be an hour long hug with the three of them, Saiki was able to walk off with a suitcase full of items. Kusuke was standing there, waiting for him on the doorstep. Saiki figured he was going to regret his decisions later on, wouldn't he?

"Your finally here! Anyway, let's head to Europe now. Teleport us to this place," Kusuke said, pointing to some place on his phone. "Won't you?"

'Whatever.' A quick flash and both of them appeared in front of a brick wall.

"Oh, yes, I forgot to give you the invitation letter that the Headmistress of Hogwarts gave you. Here." Kusuke handed over an envelope to Saiki.

'Headmistress? All of this sounds old-school.'

"They don't use technology either."

'What, do they not have connection to the outside world or something?'

"Bingo! The academy is kept in some secret place using their magic or whatever. I've learned all this because I've been attending there for about a year. This one is my second, and you're tagging along for it as well!"

Saiki mentally groaned at everything Kusuke just said.

'I might just go back right now.'

"I'll come right back and figure out another way somehow to bring you back." Kusuke grinned sheepishly.

Knowing Kusuke would probably be able to, Saiki's unmentioned headache grew even more.

'Yare Yare.' Saiki opened it quickly with annoyance and read what was on the parchment paper. The paper looks old as well. Why do these guys live under a rock?

HOGWARTS SCHOOL OF
WITCHCRAFT AND WIZARDRY

Headmaster: Albus Dumbledore
(Order of Merlin, First Class, Grand Sorc., Chf. Warlock, Supreme Mugwump, International Confed. of Wizards)

Dear Mr. Saiki,

We are pleased to inform you that you have a place at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Pleased find an enclosed list of all necessary books and equipment.

Term begins on 1 September. We await your owl by no later than 31 July.

Yours sincerely,

Minerva McGonagall,
Deputy Headmistress

'This sounds ridiculous. Common magic today is talent shows with magicians.'

"Yes, but of course, it's obvious you and me know that they are living under a rock. Though, I saw that they do actually have powers. So, it's not all complete children imagination type of thinking."

'How do they use their quote on quote, magic?'

"Sticks."

'What? As in actual sticks?'

"Well, sort of," Kusuke responded, causing Saiki to deliberately cringe. "They call them wands. Surprisingly, the wizards can only use their magic with the sti- wands."

'Are the sticks the source of magic?'

"My guess is yes, seeing wizards being practically useless pieces of flesh walking around."

'Don't toss a person's name into something as a piece of flesh so casually. You gross me out.'

"Ah, why do you hurt my feelings so much?" He said, a fake sad expression appearing on his face.

'I don't care. What do we do now?'

"You touch..." Kusuke's eyes wondered around the wall. "That brick right there. It opens up the place to where wizards shop for their stuff." He pointed to a certain brick on the wall.

'That's it?'

"I mean, there's other ways to get there, like standing in a fire place and-"

'Nevermind.' Saiki rolled his eyes, knowing Kusuke knew that wasn't what he meant.

"Okay. If you say so." His brother said, a carefree grin plastered permanently onto his face.

Following what Kusuke told him, Saiki pressed his hand on the brick, and the wall seemed to open up. It started out small, but soon it grew enough to allow both of them entry.

'At least it's not some place in the open.'

"Pretty impressive, isn't it? I mean, for such a secret place, now wonder why they're practically living under a rock."

'Stop repeating the same joke.'

"It's true though, is it not?"

'Doesn't matter.'

"Whatever you say, baby bro."

Saiki rolled his eyes as the two walked through the hole. The hole quickly closed up behind them as they entered.

"This is called Diagon Alley," Kusuke started. "The supplies the Headmistress mentioned are on this list, right here." He said, handing saiki another peace of parchment paper.

Lucinda Thomsickle Pocus
Chief Attendant of Witchcraft Provisions

"There's much more stuff for you to get on other lists because you're going to be attending as a fifth year student in Hogwarts, but out of the kind in my heart, I will get most of the stuff for you. You only need to get the Robes, Wand, and Pet," Kusuke said.

'You mean you're doing it so I don't feel like leaving even more.'

"Jeez, at least let me mess around with you once in a while, can't I?"

'I'd rather you not.'

"Uhu, so mean."

'Don't care. Where do I go?'

"To get your Robes first. It's down this way." Kusuke pointed towards some place.

As they reached the place, it read "Madam Malkin's Robes For All Occasions ."

(A/N: I'll let you know I forgot how like, every Harry Potter character acted. Even then, my Saiki K characters personalities are off themselves anyway. I apologize if the personalities are wrong.)

The door opened, and an old, feeble looking woman was shown inside.

"Ah, Kusuke! You're here again, did you need more Robes after destroying another pair? And who is you little friend here?"

Destroying? What the hell was Kusuke doing in that school? Also, little is an understatement, since I'm 5'6 and probably going to grow taller. Saiki thought to himself.

"Ah, this isn't a friend, it's actually my brother, Kusuo, who is joining Hogwarts this year. So no, it's not me needing anymore Robes, Miss Malkin." Kusuke said, smiling kindly.

Too bad in reality he's not as kind as he looks.

"Ah, I see. Though, I am suprised to see another new student come through. This year, it has been bare, because of... you know."

"Yes, Miss Malkin. I understand."

'I don't understand.' Saiki said with a frown.

"I'll tell you," Madam Malkin said. "It's because of certain rumors from You-Know-Who coming back."

'Rumors? You-Know-Who?''

"Ah, I forgot to tell you. You're one of the few new students to come to Hogwarts after the rumors partially scared them off."

'...What.'

"You don't who who he is?" Madam Malkin asked.

"Ah, well my brother just figured out he was a wizard and didn't know."

Kusuke leaned in and whispered into Saiki's ear. "A spell that the enemy used was a killing spell. The person the wizards called You-Know-Who used that spell on someone called Potter, but the spell deflected and You-Know-Who killed himself. But is said that You-Know-Who might be coming back."

Madam Malkin frowned out Kusuke. "You better not be telling your brother strange things, Mister Saiki."

Kusuke smiled. "No intention whatsoever, ma'am. "

She gave him a long look before sighing. "Come here, Kusuo."

Saiki complied, walking over to her. With that, Madam Malkin's began measuring him for the size of his Robes.

After a few minutes, she finished and told Saiki the Robes would be completed within a few hours worth of time.

"6 galleons and 2 Sickles, please." Kusuke complied and handed her the money (No idea how much it actually costs).

As Kusuke waved when the two left, Saiki glared at him. 'Explain.'

"Explain what? Give me more context than that, Kusuo."

'The Harry Potter and the resurrected enemy.'

"Ah, okay. The boy named Harry Potter is currently in the same year as you. His parents were attacked by the enemy, and their names were Lily an James Potter. The enemies name was Voldemort, also known to be the Dark Lord, who plans to take over the entire world, and could probably do it since the wizards are so weak." He paused for a second to get a breather.

(And also because the author dislikes the fact of not having any spaces between all those words.)

"Anyways, Voldemort killed Lily and James. Though, Lily had died protecting Harry. When Voldemort went to finish him off using a spell with his Wand that is meant to kill people, the spell, for some reason, deflected against Harry and reflected back onto Voldemort, resulting in his death. After that incident, Harry had gotten a lightning scar on his forehead. "

'...What exactly does this have to do with the rumors?'

"Oh, nothing," His brother replied lazily. "The rumors are from when Potter was in his fourth year, and there was a tournament hosted there. At that time, it was said Harry had seen a part of Voldemort, which suspects that Voldemort is alive. People fear him a ton, so that's probably why parents aren't taking the risk of sending their kids to Hogwarts."

'You're telling me people are that afraid of him?'

"Well yeah, since there should be way more students in Diagon Alley right now." The streets were bare, with only a few people on certain parts of it.

'...And you decide to take me when it's most dangerous.'

"Actually, now that I think about it, this is sort of dangerous. Potter and his friends might mistake you for a Death - Eater."

'Death - Eaters? As in what, an exaggeration?'

"It was something like Voldemort becoming death and conquering it, since he is said to resurrect and essentially cheat death, to say it. So basically they're like the followers of death and they feed of the power of Death."

'This is ridiculous. How long has Voldemort been known for? '

"When the Death - Eaters started to arise and come fourth, which was a while ago."

'Wait. You told me Voldemort died from that death spell.'

"Uh-huh. It's called Avada Kedavra. It's stupid, but pretty powerful. Anyways, where are you going with this?" Kusuke asks curiously.

'If Voldemort will really come back, why don't the wizards just use that spell against him? Then the wizards could just kill him again.'

Kusuke pondered on the idea. "Maybe because of the sheer amount of size from the Death - Eaters, it might not be possible to reach Voldemort without going through them first. Either that or he might be Magical resistant to the spell now."

'It's probably neither. '

"Probably. Like I said, the wizards are weak, and the Voldemort guy it probably stronger than them. Maybe it's because wizard's no nothing about actual defense and fighting skills. If they had that, they could probably just dodge the place where the attack is actually aimed at."

'Isn't that just basically setting them up for failure if something bad were to happen? '

"Wow, I'm suprisedto hear you talking so much." Saiki glared at him. "Aish...scary." Kusuke let out a sigh. "Yeah, pretty much."

'They're hopeless.'

"Yep, which is why they'd be better with someone with powers like you, Little Bro."

Something told Saiki something bad was going to happen.

-

"Here we are, at the Wand Shop," Kusuke said, signaling to the building with grey colored bricks.

'How do I chose a wand?'

"It's hard to explain, but basically, wands have souls inside of them." Saiki gave Kusuke a ticked off type of look. "Jeez, don't get mad at me too quickly. Basically, the wand won't destroy anything around you, meaning it chose you."

'You should've been that first,' Saiki said, already walking into the building.

"Wait for me, Kusuo!" Kusuke shouted.

The two came into the building, and were greeted by the face of Olivander.

"Ah, Kusuke, my boy. I guess this time the wand is for the lad next to you?" He asked in a quiet tone.

"Yes, Mr. Olivander. He's my brother Kusuo, attending as a fifth year."

"Hm, same year as Mr. Potter."

"Indeed."

"Do you know how he is doing?"

"No, I don't talk to him often. Though, he is more than just a small feeble kid now."

"I see," Olivander said, taking on a small smile. "Now, come here, Mr. Saiki."

Saiki walked towards Olivander, as he set down boxes on the counter.

"Try this, Dragon Heartstring with Beech wood. 9.5 inches, which is why your brother had." Olivander said, handing the wand over to Saiki.

When Saiki took it and just stared at it, Olivander said to point it somewhere in the room. Saiki did as he was told. When he did as instructed, a large chunk of the wall completely blew off.

"Well, it seems...we should try another one." Olivander said.

'...I apologize. '

"No big deal, Mr. Saiki. Though. It does seem we will need a different one, to say the least.

Saiki nodded while Kusuke laughed in the backround. He swiftly shut Kusuke up by elbowing him to the stomach.

The two switched back and fourth between wands, and it seemed none of them worked.

Olivander sighed. "I guess that this is the point in time where something like this had happened. I will give you a wand I have kept for quite a while." He turned and walked away.

Kusuke perked up at that. It was probably going to be a powerful wand then.

Well, it is Kusuo after all. He thought to himself.

"I've gotten no notes on this certain type of wand and it's material," Olivander said, coming back out. "For everything about it's contents are unexplainable. The Headmaster required I make this wand for him, and gave me the materials. My first attempt was futile, and what us left of it is just an outer shell of the Headmasters wand."

'It's not as powerful?'

"Yes, my boy." Saiki mentally groaned at having gotten called boy again. "Ever since I'd finished the wand for the Headmaster, I never touched this one again."

I could definitely see that, Saiki said to himself, looking at the dust on the box.

"Here." Olivander brushed off the dust and opened the box, pushing it towards him. Saiki took it, and pointed it into a spot where there wasn't a hole (surprisingly, the room wasn't obliterated into smithereens) in the shop.

Instead of the usual response, it remained silent at first.

"It must be broken now," The wand keeper sighed, an unfortunate tone in it.

"Mr. Olivander, I don't think so. Look." Kusuke pointed to the small amount of aura surrounded Saiki.

The man seemed joyous over this. "So, there is a wand that was chosen for you. Essentially the draft version of the Headmasters wand, called the Elder Wand. Thestral Hair core and Elder Wood, 14.5 inches."

Saiki placed the wand back into the box and slipped it into his suitcase.

"7 galleons please." Kusuke handed him the money, and before Kusuke could walk out, Olivander told him to stay here for a few more moments.

Saiki looked at Kusuke, but the scientist just shrugged, saying he didn't know. Sighing, Saiki closed the door behind him.

"What is it, Mr. Olivander?" (A/N: I might switch between Mister and Mr, but they mean the same thing. Same for Miss and Ms. For Mrs, I'll just say that. It'sjust a habit of mine. )

"Make sure to watch your little brother, Mr. Saiki. That wand is dangerous and powerful, I don't want something bad to happen to him."

"I think Kusuo will be just fine," He said, making Olivander huff before smiling.

"You're too carefree, Mr. Saiki."

"I've been told that before."

"I bet you have," Said Olivander, laughing slightly. "Goodbye, Kusuke."

"See you, Mister Olivander. "

Kusuke walked out of the shop to see Saiki waiting by.

"I have to say, I didn't expect you to actually get a wand, especially a weaker version of Dumbledore's wand."

'I'm curious on the material. '

"Ah, yes. Olivander takes his wands into great detail and care, so to see him have no notes on a wand like that..." He trailed off.

'Good grief. Where do we need to head to next?'

"To get you your pet."

'The list said it was optional.'

"Unless you want to get all your books with me, you might want to reconsider not getting a pet, Little Bro. Also, I already told you that you were going to get a pet?"

'Tch.'

Kusuke smiled.

"I'll tell you the location. Go get a pet well I start getting busy."

-

Saiki stared at shop. He was debating if he should go in or not.

If I didn't, what would I do? I don't have any intention of going with Kusuke, but there's nothing else to do besides a pet? He paused. I guess maybe something like an owl wouldn't be too bad, considering what Kusuke said a few minutes ago.

-

"Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you something. Owls in Hogwarts stay at the Owlery, which is a place on a top floor there."

-

He sighed and walked in.

The door jingled as it opened, and Saiki was immediately bombarded with the thoughts of tons of animals. He thought Olivander's shop was a little overboard, but this place was covered in animals.

'Good grief.'

A saleswoman guided him to where the owls were, and he found himself searching among them.

'This human better not think someone beautiful as me would want to be their pet.'

'What is with that style?'

'Hey, hey! Choose me! It's been years since I've first been here!'

Saiki felt kind of bad, but figured out it was probably better no to pity someone, because he'd always regret it.

'Hm. That boy resembles that blond haired student that came in here before.'

The psychic turned to an owl with black colored hair that gave off some dark bluish tint to it (okay, there's no reason to describe an owl that much), with edges that looked of the color gold.

Ah, he recognizes me because of Kusuke, huh.

'Hey.' The owl seemed to widen its eyes in suprise. 'You know my brother?'

' You can understand me!?

The owls smart if it can see a resemblance between someone. Let alone remember someone from a almost 2 years ago.

'Yes.' To be honest he didn't really know what he was doing, just asking a question like that. He also didn't feel like explaining anything, so he gave up and moved on.

'Hey! Come back! You're just like your brother, who just walked away after looking at every animal...'

'Ah, so you do know him.'

'Yes.'

'Okay.' Saiki started walking away again.

'W-Wait! Come back! '

'Why should I?'

'You seem like a 'you wouldn't care what pet you had as long as it didn't bother you' type of person. So adopt me! I just want to interact with my crush who got taken as a pet by your brother!'

So that's why the owl recognized me, Saiki thought. He's kind of similar to Toritsuka, talking about his love life.

'Fine.' Okay, so maybe he did end up giving in to pity.

After purchasing the owl with the money that Kusuke gave him, he didn't really know what to do now.

Looking around, he saw something called "Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlor " on it.

...Okay, maybe he does have something to do now.

-

After the sun began to fall below the buildings, Kusuke returned.

"Knowing you, I checked this place first. I mean, you wouldn't spend 2 hours checking for a pet anyway."

'And you picked this guys crush.' Saiki pointed to his owl in the cage.

"Ah really? What a coincidence. Let me guess, he said something on the lines of "your brother took my crush so I want you to adopt so I can see her again," and you pitied the and adopted him?"

'...'

"Ah-hah, so I'm right!" Kusuke said, grinning with that stupid smug look of his.

'He'd keep pestering me if I did.'

"I'd think so," Ksuke responded. "You could have just left him and ignored him, but I guess that doesn't matter anymore. Anyways, let's go to find a place to sleep."

'This place has hotels?'

"Yeah, but they're not called that. Anyways, you still need to write your response letter for Hogwarts, this is the last day after all."

Saiki rolled his eyes before following Kusuke out the door.

(A/N: I couldn't find any places where a person could actually stay, so I just made something up.)

Kusuke paid the person sitting at the front desk, and was practically snoring when they came in, before being woken up by their presence.

They pointed to the stairs, saying that was where the two's room number was. The clerk said the password to the room was anything they wanted it to be, which was was locked and unlocked it.

It read Room 300, and Kusuke made up some random password so they could walk in.

"Write a message and tie it to your owl, saying you accept Hogwarts invitation or something on the lines of that."

'Where did your owl go? My owl is blabbering about her alot.'

Kusuke blinked. "Ah, I was supposed to take her home, but I just told Dumbledore to take care of her because the living conditions of my home weren't for owl."

'He just agreed to that?'

"Yeah. All it took was for me to show a picture of my lab and he did it. Though, only because I told him that I was bringing you, and told him that you were a powerful wizard that could aid Hogwarts in taking down Voldemort."

'Wait, what?'

"My peers seem to dislike me, but I'm intelligent and use smart strategies. It's kind of some sort of illusion that I'm really powerful, and you're more powerful than I am. So, they believed me."

'I hate you. '

"Love you too, Little bro. Anyways, I'm gonna go to the bathroom to shower."

'I'm suprised they have showers.'

"Oh yeah, I mean bathe, since showers are only in Hogwarts."

Saiki gave him an annoyed look, which maybe he had too much of a habit doing.

Kusuke just smiled at him with an evil intent behind it. "Get a good night's rest, because it's going to be a long day tomorrow."

He threw something at Kusuke, but his brother closed the door before it hit him.

I should've never agreed to this, he thought.
