Chapter 2
Regulus hears the door close behind him and watches as Sirius skips past him looking like an overgrown child.
It was 20 minutes after he said he would leave with Sirius, Regulus had already said goodbye to Kreature and told the elf that he can’t tell their parents that they left. Kreature always favored Regulus so he agreed, not without sobbing uncontrollably and hurting himself. That whole ordeal delayed them for a bit because Regulus wanted to calm the elf down. Then he and Sirius started to argue over the elf, as Sirius said to just leave Kreature in that state but, Regulus refused.
Now, they finally stepped out of the house and were walking to find some weird muggle ground thing (He didn't really listen to Sirius's quick explanation), he complained about not just taking the knight bus, as it was faster and easier. Sirius said that it was magic and they could’ve been tracked so, they had to find a muggle one.

“Are we lost? Because we passed that building twice.” Regulus says tiredly, he just wants to sleep at this point.
“No, we aren’t. I know where we are going.” Sirius answers as turning the same corner they’ve already turned before.
“Sirius, We’ve turned this way already. Are you sure you know where it is?”
“Yes, Im the muggle master here, you’ve never even seen a muggle, I have,” Sirius states overconfidently. Regulus rolls his eyes as they end up in an alley with a dead end, “You’re being dramatic I’ve seen muggles, and you are not their master just because you took muggle studies.”
Sirius ignores him and continues to walk the opposite way, losing his excited skip and sullenly looking around for the right way. They walk for a few minutes before Sirius lets out a frustrated groan and sits on the ground.
“Is this a muggle transportation thingy?” Regulus asks looking around for one to show up.
“erm yeah, sure,” Sirius mumbles looking at the ground, Regulus sighs knowing they were lost.
“You’re such an idiot.”
“No, you are!”
“Sirius you got us lost.”
“We aren't lost, im just taking a break from walking.”
“Mhm, yeah sure. Why can’t you ask for directions, or-”
“Look! Down there!” Sirius shouts, getting up and jumping. Regulus looks down the road and sees a sign that says UNDERGROUND. “That's where the subway is!” Sirius says his enthusiasm back.

“Now we just need to walk a bit till we see the house! I've been here before so I know where it is.” Sirius exclaims, Regulus follows him now back on the streets. “You said that last time and we ended up lost,” he mutters watching Sirius's back.
He whips around still a few feet away (somehow hearing Regulus), and calls out to him,” We were not lost, I knew exactly where we were going”! Regulus just snorts and catches up to his older brother.
While next to him Sirius shoves Regulus’s shoulder, It goes back and forth until Regulus decides to just trip his brother.
“Oops, my bad.” Regulus deadpans and sidesteps away from the elder boy.
“You could’ve at least helped me up,” Sirius says while getting up. Regulus looks back and shrugs “Payback.” and sniggers while Sirius glares at him.
