It’s been five years since the Kira case. L and BB are alive and are basically weird brothers. Light has married L and they run their detective business together. To be a legitimate business Near runs HR and Matt runs IT. Mello runs whatever he damn well pleases. Yes, Matt’s duties are to sometimes reboot Roger’s old ass Del computer. Near only got HR cause he is the least biased and because according to L you need a doctorate, so Sayu couldn’t run it.
In those five years BB has opened his own fucked up school for kids. I can’t explain how time works you just have to accept it. His main current class consists of Gon and Killua, Teruhasi Kokomi, Eren Yeager, Zeke Yeager(?), Hajime Hinata, Nagito Komaeda, Tatsuya Shiba, Miyuki Shiba and Ciel Phantomhive. He has other classes that I’ll bring up later. The classes are more so decided on who registers for the semester and they get grouped together and learn whatever wild shit BB knows and other faculty. Getou is interviewed for a teaching position, yes he is still 17 and pre breakdown. Gojo finds out and demands to work there and becomes whatever BB doesn’t want to do. Eventually Makio, Suma, and Hinatsuru, from demon slayer, become teachers after we fix Ciel’s misogynistic mindset. Also Getou starts teaching after Eren has been talked down into maybe not committing genocide. Oh right, Sebastian does whatever is needed of him also.
Eventually the Wammy House and Beyond Brilliant Institute host a “friendly competition” during the summer. Yes, this is just an elaborate sibling rivalry and each year Light gets closer to accepting BB’s offer to teach.
