Liam Dunbar/Theo Raeken

"Theo? Liam?" Jenna calls out frantically hoping she hadn't been seeing things that morning when she swore she saw her son and his friend sleeping in Liam's bed.

"Kitchen!" both called back making her give a sigh of relief.

"Ah, hey, taste this" Theo says as Jenna makes her way into the kitchen.

"I am never taking a bologna sandwich for granted ever again" Liam responds.

There, sitting on her counter and standing next to the fridge are two tattooed but familiar faces.  One of which is her son while the other is her son's friend.

Theo's right hand and arm were completely blacked out in ink up to the middle of his upper arm where some Old Norse lay boldly tattooed into his skin.  His left arm and hand were covered much the same way that his right side was, but the black is to his mid-forearm before the Old Norse appeared.  There are some runes and Celtic knot designs on his neck and a couple of runes on his face as well while his back is completely covered in a black wolf chasing the moon and his front has Old Norse words scrawled right across the middle of his chest right over where his heart is with other designs here and there doting his torso.

The most notable tattoo, for Jenna, was the Celtic knot wrapped around his ring finger and, when she went to inspect Liam, it was the first one she saw on him before she started taking her son in.

Liam, on the other hand, has two braided Celtic knots going from both sides of his mouth down to his neck where they intertwine right before his collar bones and a line of Old Norse covers both of the bones.  His cheeks, however, each have a line of Old Norse covering both of them.  When her eyes moved down to his torso and arms (as she couldn't see his back from her angle) there was a giant serpent wrapped around his entire left arm which had its head resting just below the Old Norse.  The top of his right arm was dedicated to a skull of some sort of deer or elk while the lower half was covered in the Old Norse language.

His torso, much like Theo's, was dotted with designs here and there, but nothing she could place, unlike his arms and neck.

"When did..." Jenna starts to say before having to clear her throat from the emotions building up in it, but, yet still, it came out weak as she asks, "When did you get back?"

Liam and Theo both immediately abandoned the food they had been eating on in order to go to her and just hug her.

Jenna immediately broke down crying as she felt her son's arms for the first time in three months.  It may have been thirty long years for Theo and Liam, but for Jenna and everyone in Beacon Hills, it'd been three months and three months was too long for the distraught Mother.

As Theo and Liam clung to her, she clung to Liam with all the strength she had inside her as she cried into his arms for the first time in a very long time; even before Liam disappeared, she hadn't cried into his arms ever since she met David.

Liam had been all she had before her husband and he'd, knowing it or not, been her rock through some tough times.  Losing him during the Hunter attack on Beacon Hills had devastated her to her very core.

The McCall Pack (who she was introduced to after Liam disappeared) told her that they didn't know where he was, but that he was a valued member of their Pack so they'd be tirelessly looking for him in hopes of finding him.

She told them to look for Theo as well as he was as good as her second son.  Begrudgingly, they agreed to look for Theo as well.

With both of them back now, her body felt lighter than it had in months.

Eventually, they all moved to the living room where Theo and Liam both had Jenna lay across their laps.

Their talk was light-hearted, at first, but then Jenna asks, "So, tell me about where you were for the last three months."

Liam and Theo look at one another warily, "We were, uh, we..."

"You were in Viking territory, obviously, but where did you live? What did you do?" she asks them.

Clearing his throat, Theo is about to answer when there's a knock on the door.

Jenna curses as she gets up from laying on them in order to answer the door.

When she gets to the door, Liam and Theo slink back into the kitchen in order to go back to raiding the fridge but, ever the Mother, Jenna calls out to the right as she opens the door, "You boys better not spoil your dinner!"

"But we haven't had sandwiches in thirty years, Mom!" Liam shouts back causing the two boys, Mason and Corey, to go wide-eyed.

Jenna turns to them and bluntly says, "Yes, they're home.  No, I don't know when or how.  Yes, you can come in."

Mason and Corey rush in completely neglecting to hear Jenna shout, "No running! I just cleaned the carpet!"

What Mason and Corey saw shocked them as they took in the two teens that are decked out in tattoos from head to toe.  When Jenna gets to the door jam, she finally sees the tattoo on Liam's back is a near-perfect replica of Theo's only that the wolf and sun aren't colored in.

"Huh, isn't that the wolves from Norse legend? What were their names again? Fenrir and...something?" Jenna asks them pushing passed the shocked Mason and Corey in order to actually get into the kitchen.

"Skoll and Hati," Theo says with a perfect Viking accent.

"Skoll and Hati are Fenrir's children.  It's often said that Skoll chases the sun while Hati chases the moon, but the way we did it, it just makes more sense to us."

"Skoll chasing the moon as he's black, blackness comes with the moon rising in the sky while Hati is chasing the sun as he's white, light comes with the sun.  Yeah, that makes sense to me too, dear" Jenna says as she pulls out dinner in order to prepare it.

Turning towards Mason and Corey, Theo asks, "Are you two ever coming in or are you just going to stand there letting your shock overtake you?"

"They look like two scared Saxons looking like they just learned they are going to Hel and not to their God," Liam says in Old Norse to Theo who chokes on the water he'd just taken a drink of.

"Be nice, Hati, we don't want to push them further into their shock" Theo reprimands back in Old Norse.

"And you don't suspect us speaking in this language will do just that?" Liam asks him bluntly.

"We could always speak in Old English then, maybe that won't rattle them as much?" Theo inquires in the language he just mentioned.

"Stop it, they're already in shock" Liam answers back in the same language as him.

With a leering look, Theo throws back to him, "I want to bend you over this island just to have my primal ways with you."

For that comment, Liam slaps him on the back of the head, "English, Modern English, we speak it, everybody speaks it, let's use it so they understand what we're saying."

"But I want to christen this entire house with our love.  I haven't felt this full of stamina since I was this age the first time" Theo counters in Old Norse once more.

"Mom, frying pan, please.  It seems I need to teach Theo some manners again" Liam says as he glares at Theo who was unashamedly leering at him flirtatiously.

"You don't need a frying pan to teach me manners, my little god of sex" Theo flirts back to him in Old Norse still while his left hand goes to Liam's right thigh in a very suggestive manner.

"That's it, you asked for this" Liam comments in English right before he picked up the ceramic plate that his sandwich had been sitting on previously just to slam it into Theo's face who immediately took his nose into his hands and howled in pain.

"Why do you always aim for the nose?!?" Theo shouts cradling his face as his nose starts healing the break immediately.

"Because it incapacitates you, you sack of elk dung!" Liam shouts back as he puts his plate back down.

"I want a divorce!" Theo shouts back at him completely ignoring Jenna trying to settle them both down.

"You keep asking for one, and yet, you never follow through with it! I've put up with your smelly fish breath for 15 years, and once a week you ask me for a divorce, and at the end of that week you always come crawling back to me on hands and knees knowing you won't get anyone better than me!" Liam shouts back at him knowing that he's right.

Theo, not wanting to admit that he's right, shouts at him, "At least I don't smell like an over-ripe stick of boar meat!"

Baffled, Liam screams back, "Yes, you do! Did the Battle of York clog your nose? Because clearly it's dulled your other senses!"

Theo, turning to Jenna, Mason, and Corey, who has been watching them yell at one another, exclaims, "Do you see what I have had to put up with? 15 years of this shit!"

"And yet, you won't divorce me because no one wants to put up with you not washing your own clothes!" Liam shoots back at him.

"We had an agreement! We agreed, when we settled into our home, that you would do that! After Ivar passed and we settled back into Kattegat, you said you would do it!" Theo screamed at him getting into Liam's face.

Liam just glared at him before taking Theo by the neck and saying in Old Norse, "Preserve.  Two minutes.  You keep me waiting and I'll make sure you don't go to Valhalla."

As Liam left, Theo leered after him while growling in interest.

It didn't take Theo just ten seconds to follow behind him leaving Jenna, Mason, and Corey looking back at the two departed teens with utter confusion.

"I wanna be just like them when I grow up" Mason comments with a knowing smirk on his face.
