Celeste in a Suit 🗣️🗣️🗣️
Note
hi wife

Celeste stood in the bathroom of her dorm, a more than nervous expression on her features.

She was in a full tux, for what was the first time in her life. Granted, her family wasn't very fortunate financially wise so there wasn't really a need for it.

It was the night of Ozdust. Amorette was in charge of managing the event due to her mother having a sudden meeting with the Wizard, Celeste decided to go as well.

Celeste nervously adjusted the bowtie around her neck, her hands shaking so badly that her movements were sloppy. She took a couple long breaths, trying to calm herself down, but it didn't seem to help much. Her heartrate remained fast and her anxiety only grew.

"Calm down, calm down, calm down.. It's just a dance," she muttered to herself, her voice trembling.

She took another deep breath, letting it out in a shaky exhale. She swallowed hard, her throat dry as she looked at herself in the mirror.

She looked ridiculous.

Her hair was left to fall in its natural place, stray strands sticking out at odd angles. Her face was bare of any makeup, her natural freckles on full display.

She was wearing a pair of black dress pants paired with a white button down shirt. The black blazer and vest she threw on hugged her tight, though the outfit looking a tad bit oversized on her.

Celeste ran a hand through her messy hair, trying to tame it but it was no use. She looked like a nervous wreck, and she knew it.

"God, what am I thinking? Why did I agree to go to this stupid dance?" she mumbled, fiddling with the sleeves of her blazer.

She wasn't one for social events, and the thought of being surrounded by people she didn't know made her stomach churn.

She glanced down at her phone, checking the time. It was almost five, and the dance started in half an hour. She let out a small groan and dropped her hands to her sides, the tension she felt in her shoulders unbearable.

She had no choice now. She couldn't back out now. It would be rude, not to mention she'd feel incredibly guilty for bailing on Amorette.

Celeste shook her head, taking another deep breath. She had to pull herself together. She could do this. She stared at herself in the mirror, trying to mentally prepare herself for what was to come. A knock on the door startled her out of her thoughts, causing her heart to jump into her throat.

"Celeste?" A more than familiar voice called from the other side of the door ..It was Amorette. "You almost ready? We have to be there early."

"Y-yeah, I'm almost done!"

Celeste hastily pulled the sleeves of her blazer down to her wrists and made sure it sat right on her shoulders. She brushed a hand over her face for one final inspection.

She was suddenly hit with a wave of nerves. What if Amorette found her completely ridiculous? What if she didn't like the outfit?

Celeste took another deep breath, trying to calm herself down. It was just Amorette. Her girlfriend and best friend, she'd never even think of judging her.

She quickly checked the mirror once more, making sure no strands of hair were out of place.

"It's unlocked!" Celeste called as she moved out of the bathroom. She stopped in front of the door, her hands clenched into fists at her sides, her heart beating so quickly in her chest that she wondered if it might explode.

She heard the door open, and she slowly looked up, her gaze meeting with Amorette.

Celeste tried to speak, but her voice was caught in her throat. All she could do was just stare, her eyes roaming over Amorette from head to toe.

The blonde was dressed in a floor-length, pastel yellow dress. It was quite poofy, almost like the ones you would imagine in those princess storybooks. But in a way, that kinda what Amorette was to Celeste anyway.

"Wow," Celeste breathed out, unable to look away from her girlfriend.

Amorette looked absolutely stunning, and for a moment, Celeste felt like she couldn't even compare. She didn't feel nearly as beautiful, or elegant, or even charming as Amorette was.

"Okay, we might be there about 15 minutes early but that should be enough..." Amorette glanced up from her phone, her eyes immediately widening as she trailed off. "Holy shit— Cel you look-"

Celeste was suddenly hit with a wave of anxiety. She started tugging on the collar of her shirt. "D-do I look stupid? I feel stupid, I knew I should've worn something else, I-"

Amorette smiled widely, shaking her head as she walked forward, cupping her face in her hands. "No! You look amazing!"

Celeste practically melted in Amorette's hold, her heartbeat slowing at the contact. She couldn't help but bring her hands up to rest on Amorette's hips.

She felt her face heat up a tad. It seemed no matter how many times Amorette would compliment her, she couldn't help but get flustered. "Not as amazing as you," she muttered, a small smile tugging at her lips.

Amorette hummed, her thumbs gently stroking over Celeste's cheeks. "Well I'm not sure about that but... damn," she said, leaning forward and capturing Celeste's lips in a quick kiss before pulling away to admire her form again.

The kiss caught Celeste off guard, and she was left wanting more but that was quickly forgotten when she saw Amorette staring at her.

Celeste swallowed hard, her cheeks even more heated now. She hated being the center of attention, but with the way Amorette looked at her, she was starting to like it.

"I.. uh.." She stammered, searching her brain for something witty or sarcastic to say, but she came out empty handed. She was already ready to try and take it back, or even just run out of the room entirely.

And Amorette knew that.

She just chuckled, the corners of her eyes crinkling as she did. "Yeah, well you look really good in this suit," She murmured, her hands sliding from Celeste's shoulders to her collar. "I should make you come to more events my mom plans."

A small rush of butterflies erupted in Celeste's stomach from Amorette's words. Hearing compliments from her was like music to her ears.

"Amorette, I think you're the only one in the whole world to think me in a suit is hot," Celeste responded, a tinge of humor in her voice.

Amorette's hands moved from Celeste's shirt down to her vest and tie. She gently fiddled with them, and Celeste resisted the urge to shiver at the touch.

"I doubt I'm the only one who thinks it's hot," Amorette said, glancing up from her hands before adding, "Unfortunately."

Celeste swallowed hard when Amorette touched her. God, she swore the girl was doing this to tease her.

Her hands were practically itching to touch the blonde, to brush her fingers over her skin and pull her closer. But she held herself back, wanting to maintain some sense of composure.

Celeste was a little too distracted to notice Amorette's words until a moment later. She raised an eyebrow.

"Wait, wait, wait, why unfortunately?"

Amorette chuckled, her hands still fiddling with the tie around Celeste's neck. "Unfortunate for me, I mean. I'm the one who has to fend off all the other people trying to hit on you. It's a full time job, really."

Celeste almost choked on her own spit, her eyes slightly widened. The thought of other girls hitting on her was.. well, absurd, to say the very least.

"What are you talkin- are you serious? People hit on me? What are you on about," Celeste responded, struggling to keep her voice steady.

There was no way that girls were hitting on her. I mean, she wasn't the definition of attractive. She didn't even think people knew who she was, much less were interested in her.

Amorette laughed a little. "Yes, people hit on you. You just don't see it," she responded, finally letting go of the tie around Celeste's neck.

She trailed a finger down Celeste's collar, all the way down to her vest. "You don't give yourself enough credit, Celeste. You don't realize how gorgeous you are."

Celeste felt her face heat up with every word Amorette said.

She really couldn't believe the blonde. Sure, she knew Amorette liked her, hell, they dated and they'd kissed, so it definitely wasn't out of the question. But gorgeous? That was beyond impossible.

Amorette's finger trailed down her vest, making the butterflies in her stomach erupt. She knew exactly what the blonde was doing to her, and the worst part was that she liked it.

Amorette chuckled, obviously aware of the effect her touch had on her.

"I hate how oblivious you are sometimes. You're so cute and you don't even know it," She commented, reaching up and grabbing Celeste's tie. She tugged it downward, forcing her to look at her.

The grip on her tie was almost possessive, and it was definitely doing things to her. Celeste didn't know much about the concept of kinks, but in that moment she could've sworn she found a new one.

She swallowed hard, trying her best to find her voice. "Amorette, we... we really should head for the dance," She murmured, her voice coming out as more of a whimper. Of course she wanted to stay. And by God, she didn't want to leave.

Amorette's eyes darkened ever so slightly. "You're right. We should head out." But she didn't let go. She tightened her grip on Celeste's tie just slightly to keep her close.

"But first," she murmured, tugging the girl forward until they were only a few inches apart now. "What kind of girlfriend would I be if I didn't do this before our first dance?"

Celeste was practically putty in Amorette's hands. The way she grabbed onto her tie and yanked her forward had her melting right there and then.

She tried to speak, but all that came out was a soft whimper. Her eyes were starting to flutter shut in anticipation, a million thoughts crossing through her mind.

"What—"

And then her eyes snapped open and all thoughts left her mind when Amorette had leaned forward, pressing their lips together.

It wasn't a long kiss, but it lingered, and Celeste's breath hitched in her throat when Amorette pulled back.

The blonde was giving her the most infuriatingly smug smile, knowing fully well that this little stunt would leave a lasting effect.

She wanted, needed to be closer to Amorette right then, needed to kiss her until she felt dizzy, needed anything she could get to satisfy the pounding in her ears.

She could faintly taste lip gloss on Amorette's lips, a subtle strawberry flavor. Her hands moved from the front of Amorette's dress to her hips, gripping onto them tightly to keep her in place.

Amorette let out a slight gasp of surprise as they kissed again, but she quickly recovered, sliding her hands up to cup Celeste's cheeks.

She knew exactly what she was doing to the girl, and hell, she loved it. Celeste was just so easy, she was like putty in her hands. Her touch was making the poor girl blush and whimper, and goddamn, it was hot.

When they finally pulled apart, Celeste nearly fell back from the dizzying, breathless haze she was in. "Amorette..." She breathed out, her voice soft, ragged.

She was completely unaware of how she must've looked like then. Flushed, shaky, her eyes half-lidded with desire, and most likely a damn mess.

Celeste let out a small noise that sounded something like a half-hearted whine. She didn't want to go. Hell, not when she knew Amorette most likely wasn't as affected by that kiss they shared as she was.

She was always the one left a completely flustered mess after their little.. moments, and Amorette seemed to just be doing it on purpose.

Celeste let out a sigh of resignation, letting go of Amorette's hips. "Y..yeah, we should," She finally responded with a pout.

"Oh, come on, don't be like that," Amorette teased, gently grabbing ahold of Celeste's hand and lacing their fingers together. "I'll make it up to you after the dance. Promise." She added lightly, her voice dropping to an amused mumble as she pulled Celeste out of their room.
