A Proposal
Rose Potter was really annoyed; the headmaster has asked her two days in a row into his office, to talk her into sacrificing herself for the greater good. Rose was done, her friends have never seen her in such a bad mood. she has been avoiding her own girlfriend for the last few hours because she was constantly snapping at people, even add the people she loves.
Everyone tried to stay out of who way, if there is one thing everyone knows is to stay out of Rose Potters way when she was in a bad mood. however, some people never learn. Everybody was sitting in the Great Hall enjoying their dinner after a long day in Hogsmeade. After spending her day buying sweets, books, and clothes. As well as Yule presents for her friends rose was feeling a bit better.
She was even having a conversation with her friends. but nothing could go right in Rose's life just for one day.

Ronald Weasley was under the impression that the headmaster has been feeding rose love potions since the beginning of the year. Ron had it all planned out today at dinner he would propose marriage to rose in front of the entire school end because she was under the love potion she would have to say yes. the proposal which includes a contract, binding for life so even if the love potions would wear off she would have to marry Ronald and he would be the new Lord Potter and the richest man in the school.
What Ron didn't know was that rose and her friends have their marks which protects them from all sorts of spells poisons and potions like a love potion meaning that the love potion that the headmaster has been feeding rose didn't have any effects on her. So her rejection of his marriage proposal, will come to a shock to everyone knew you have this plan.

Hermione Granger was excited after all today her friend Ron would propose to rose and he would become Lord Potter after his 17th birthday. after winning the war and Rose's death Ron would marry her making her lady Potter and the richest woman.

The Great Hall was full of students rose was currently eating her dinner with her friends. her day has been better than the last two her mood also increased slightly. Suddenly there was a commotion in the hall making everyone turn their eyes to the red headed boy who was making his way over to rose and her friends.
Weasleys stopped right in front of rose, going down on one knee and pulling out a box with a little pathetic ring. Daphne began to laugh and said, “that is the ugliest ring I have ever seen in my whole life.” This made Weasley turn bright red. Clearing his throat he began to say “rose you have been the most amazing girlfriend to me for the last year, you are the love of my life and the future lady Potter. will you have the honour of becoming my wife and making me the future Lord Potter.”
Great Hall has never been so silent. The six Slytherins burst out laughing. soon the entire hall joined them. “Girlfriend, marry you” laughed Rose “I rather give Voldemort a blow job.” this made Weasley burst out screaming “you have to marry me, I'll be the next Lord Potter and the richest man in this entire school I don't care what you say you will marry me.”
Now everyone at the silver and green table was glaring at the red-haired boy. Draco, Blaise and Theo stood up “listen here weasel if rose says she doesn’t want to marry you she doesnt have to, this is her life and her choice nobody forces her to do anything especially marry Someone Like You. you have no right to demand anything” Draco’s voice dropped dangerously low scaring everyone around him.
“Mr Weasley, I advise you to sit down and eat your dinner now,” said Snape. “Silence everyone” shouted dumbledore “I want Mr Weasles, miss Granger and miss Potter in my office after dinner”
Everyone went back and eat their dinner in silence.

“Miss Potter Are you ready to go” asked Snape. “Yes, just one minute please professor” looking at Draco rose asked “can you please send a Patronus to your parents did they need to come here immediately I really don't trust the headmaster, if they could use the floo to come here as soon as possible and then go up to the headmaster's office.” “Sure, I send it immediately they can come through snape floo, they know the way to the headmaster's office and password father was here a couple of days ago” Reply to Draco.
together with Professor Snape Rose went to the headmaster's office, after saying the password to gargoyle opened the way. Inside were standing Weasley and Granger with the headmaster as well as Professor McGonagall. Seconds later Weasley’s parents came through the floo. “Ron my darling how did the proposal go did she say yes” asked his mother.
“No, she didn't say yes” came Roses voice from behind. “Why not” came Molly's shrill voice. “I don't think it's any of your business” snapped Rose. “Now that everyone is here let's settle that matter” spoke the headmaster. “Not everyone is here yet” came Snape’s smooth voice, before anyone could reply to Lucius and Narcissa came in,
Rushing to Rose Narcissa pulled her into her arms, “are you right dear Draco who told us what happened. Why are you even here” came her soft voice. Lucius cool voice came from behind” it seems that headmaster is sticking his nose into things that don’t concern him.”
“Why are theyhere” asked Ronald's father. “Why are you and Mrs Weasley „here asked Rose in return. “Ronald is our son” “and Mr and Mrs Malfoy took me in and treat me like their own child and I see them as parental figures” “Now no reason to begin an argument” spoke Albus “Rose why didn't you accept young Ronald’s proposal he is a very fine young man you two would have made a great match.” “Yes, after all he is your boyfriend an embarrassing my Ronniekins in front of everyone like that you're such a cruel young girl,” cried Molly.
“First Weasley is not my boyfriend I have no idea where he and you are all ways saying that we are not together we never were, and we never will be. So why should I accept a proposal from someone I don't know don't like and certainly don't love” said Rose still having Narcissa’s arms wrapped around her. “You could learn to love young Ronald Rose” declared Dumbledore. “Headmaster I think it's quite enough you shouldn't force or manipulate a young girl into marrying someone she can't stand” spoke Lucius in a harsh voice.
McGonagall spoke” now let everyone come down, Albus if rose does not want to accept the marriage proposal there is nothing you or anyone should say against her decision”
“Now Minerva this marriage would be in everyone interest, I feel rose has gone on a dark path and a marriage to young Ronald would help her go on the right way again” declared Dumbledore. “Why do you think I've gone dark because I don't want to defeat Voldemort, because I don't want to be putting my life on the line to play some kind of hero you, headmaster want me to be. Just because I don't want to be manipulated by you anymore, like you have done to countless of other people including my parents which caused them to die. So if that makes me dark fine then I'm dark I don't care I'm not gonna marry Weasley, I'm not going to fight against Voldemort and I'm certainly wont risk my life because you want it” Rose took a deep breath “This is the third time in three days that you forced me to come into your office and every time you try to convince me to fight for the so called greater good and I'm over it.”
“No, you are going to marry my Ronald, so you stop being a dark witch” shrieked Molly “after all you've been in a relationship with him for over a year, you owe him that.” “I am not in a relationship with your horrid son” rose yelled “first of all I'm gay, I'm attracted to women and second of all I have a girlfriend that I am very much in love with, and I intend to marry her so stop it. The only person I would ever marry is Pansy my girlfriend no one else” Cheers began rolling down Roses cheeks. “I'm done with people trying to tell me how to live my life” Rose whispered.
“We're gonna take Rose home now albus don't expect her to be back after the Yule holiday” demanded Lucius. The older Slytherin’s took Rose and headed to the Slytherin common room.
