Ms. Rose is an extremely proficient mercenary for her age, demonstrating remarkable skill and courage when piloting an AC as well as on missions outside the cockpit. Described by close friends and family as having a bubbly and bright personality, coral augmentation surgery seems to have affected her less than subjects of the same generation. However, a mental profile exam is still recommended, as there may be underlying abnormalities that have not been encountered.
Ms. Rose is adept in the fields of designing, manufacturing, and modifying weapons, both for Armored Cores and standard personnel. This has been demonstrated on numerous occasions with her AC loadout, as well as her personal defense weapon. AC Designation “Crescent Rose” uses an unorthodox setup, carrying a single, large weapon in two hands instead of wielding one weapon in each hand. The weapon in question is a heavily modified pulse blade attached to the EML assembly repurposed from the barrel of a Harris-pattern linear rifle in a fashion resembling an ancient War Scythe. The size and power draw of such a weapon has been observed to be close to that of an Overed-class weapon. The exact modifications are unknown, but the blade of the weapon has undergone an energy spectrum modification to change the energy pulse to a bright crimson. The effects of these modifications has yet to be determined, as Ms. Rose will not allow research and development staff near her “baby”.
Ms. Rose herself is a fourth-generation augmented human, operated on during the final days of the coral augmentation era. At this point, the Scientists had decided to give their last hurrah for the final few candidates, in the form of additional, heavily experimental coral implants. The exact way that these implants work is lost to time, sadly. All we know is that they allow her to move and react at superhuman speeds and enhance her other senses by burning coral.
In summary, Ms. Rose is an excellent pilot, and a prodigal weapons engineer. While unorthodox, her AC is no less functional, and she has mastered her style of combat to a tee. I believe she will be an excellent asset to Beacon.

I believe that Ms. Rose is a candidate for the Project. Her augmentation is of the coral generations, and she seems mentally stable enough to be a trigger. There are, however, problems. First and foremost, her mother was our original third factor, until her disappearance a few years back. Furthermore, the mother of her half sister, Yang Xiao Long is Raven Branwen. You know damn well what happened back then, and failure is practically guaranteed if it happens again. You know what’s at stake, Oz.
