Scape Goat the Quirk does it’s best to keep it’s host alive but anything that goes wrong in the area of the Quirk’s influence will be blamed on them. This means the host can never settle anywhere other people are. They either have to self-isolate, wear Quirk suppressants or move constantly. Nasty.
MoD d jumping HP had a Quirk shoved on him by AfO sincerely refused to help a raising ‘Dark Lord equivalent and his ability couldn’t be taken. In revenge, HP used his MoD abilities to cause EVERY QUIRK AfO took to awaken with ghosts. It’s very, very loud in his head.
In the time of Izuku, HP returns and locates a heavily damaged AfO. He’ll trade healing, on his Magic even, for the removal of the Quirk. AfO refuses. HP tags him with an ‘ill fortune’ Curse that will follow him, even if he jumps bodies.
Hp tries again with the up graded Shiggy, who DOES take it if Harry will help him SHUT AFO UP. He’s NO ONES designer body. Not even Sensies.
Fair and agreed, Harry even swears on his Magic.
Shiggy is purged of AfO completely, curses included. He is ALSO purged of all but the remnants of AfO. He still has it but it’s far, far weaker. If he wants strength with it, he’s going to have to practice and develop it, the way AfO did.
Harry is gone by the time he learns this though.
Harry hadn’t wanted to leave before having that removed from him in case it stuck in his new incarnation when he did.
Several purification rituals later and a visit with OfA to have a chat with his ghosts and Hp is ready to move on.
He restores Midoriya to his post-training but pre-bone soup condition by way of farewell.
AfO will NOT be coming back. Hp has PLANS for him. OH yes. Time he learns what MoD REALLY means!)
