Prologue

My name is Celeste Antoinette Peverell. You heard of my family before, and you thought that my family name does not exist anymore. Like centuries ago, there were three brothers Cadmus whose descendants were the Gaunt, Ignatus who’s descendants were the Potters and Antioch who had no children or so everyone thought. My grandfather Antioch thought it was best to keep his children and descendants hidden, in the end this was or is the reason my family's name is still around.

Naturally, nobody knew I even existed before I started Hogwarts, beside my godmother who raised me after my parents disappeared all the sudden. Nobody knew what happened to them but there were rumours of course, those who knew that existed must have betrayed them somehow. You probably ask yourself who would betray a light family like ours, but the truth is my family never was light well not my grandfather’s part of the family. We have a grammar filled with the darkest kind of magic and there's nothing more I love learning and practising the spells that are found in it. my family was on the side of morgana le Fay, we were also on Grindelwald side. Every dark Lord that ever existed we were loyal on his side.

I was born in the summer of 1980 in the beginning of August. My parents were overjoyed or, so I was told, my father was the only descendants left from the Peverell family. He married my mother a Russian pureblood and direct descendants from the Romanovs who were magical royal family of Russia, after that brutal murder Anastasia was the only one who was left, she cut off the magical world from the muggle world and had several children including my mother’s grandfather. My mother was great friends with my godmother who took me in after they disappeared when I was four.

You must be wondering who my godmother is, she is no other than the infamous Cassiopeia Black. Daughter of Cygnus Black, she had a sister Dorea who married into the Potter family, a brother Marius who was a squib and Pollux her other brother. She never married, besides everyone is terrified of her. She is still the secret keeper of the Black family, she has book that's called the little black book it contains every secret, affair and scandal of the wizarding world, documented back into the 11th century. Her cousin Arcturus is the head of the family.

The Black are my family, they raised me. Well to understand my story you need to know who is part of the Black family. Of course, there is Cassiopeia my godmother, her brother Pollux and his Irma Grabbe are still alive, their daughter and husband died in the 1980s. They also had two grandsons who are not in the picture. They had two other sons Alphard who was disowned and Cygnus who had three daughters Narcissa, Bellatrix and Andromeda. Lastly there was Arcturus and his wife Melania Macmillian, they had a daughter Lucretia who is rarely and country and travels a lot with her husband.

Arcturus Wife Melania was Hufflepuff back then and the only non-Slytherin in in the family, I love her to death. They taught me everything I know, since I was six, they taught me magical theory, spell, curses, potions, and the family magic of the Blacks and Peverell. Nobody knows outside of the family that I exist, not even Cygnus and Druella’s daughter Lady Narcissa Malfoy, her husband, and her son. The people that raised me where my godmother, her brother including his wife as well as the head of house.

Lady Malfoy also has a sister Bellatrix she is currently in Azkaban for serving the dark Lord, they tossed her into this awful place at the mere age of fifteen. The government did not care how old you wear the only thing that matters was that you were dark.

Now that I turned eleven, they would introduce me to the public with a grand ball I have been preparing all my life for this moment. Now I will tell you about my story and the begin of an new era.
