Summary
A female Draco loses her memories and ends up in San Francisco. She unwittingly becomes the charge of one Chris Halliwell.

Draco was cornered on her way home. She should have been more cautious. The first hit was to the face. She yelped in pain, making the men surrounding her laugh. One grabbed her by the throat and slammed her against the wall behind her. She scratched at his arm, trying to get him to release her, to no avail.

"Dirty Death Eater." He hissed at her as he slammed her against the wall again harshly.

He then grabbed her by the hair and threw her down onto the dirty alley floor, "Weak bitch!" He spat at her and she went limp, not wanting to make them angrier. Not like she had a wand to protect and defend herself.

Draco should have been used to this. She deserved the pain she was given, after all. Still, cornering her in an alley and beating the shit out of her was a bit excessive. They hit her everywhere. Back, face and everywhere else in between.

"Take it like a man!" One of the men snarled. She snorted, if only they knew, She thought. This earned her another kick in the gut and she let out a raspy gasp. One grabbed her by the hair and pointed his wand to her temple. Draco gritted her teeth and shut her eyes tight.

"You don't deserve to remember." Her eyes snapped open wide with a gasp. She couldn't say anything as he spoke once more, "Obliviate."

Draco opened her eyes and winced. The light of a nearby light post burned her eyes. She could feel the trash bags cushioning her body.

Gross, She couldn't help but think.

She shakingly tried to stand on her unsteady legs before collapsing back onto the floor. She winced and stared into the dark night sky. She took a deep breath before sitting up. She looked around and noticed she was deep into an alleyway she had never seen before. She paused. Has she? She couldn't remember. In fact, she couldn't remember anything at all. Her breathing picked up and her heart raced and pulsed. Why couldn't she remember?

Without warning, the trash bags around her flew away from her. Somehow, she knew it was her. She did that. How? She wondered as she managed to stand as she grasped onto the uneven brick.

That's when she heard a chuckle behind her. Draco snapped her head to the owner and was met with a scary-looking man staring at her menacingly with an athame in his hand. He gave her a wicked smile, making her shiver.

"A little Witch." He spoke, his smile widening, "It must be my lucky day."

Draco screamed.

Chris was woken up by the sound of a woman screaming and jingles in his ear. He was up all night trying to find any demon he could before he finally came back to P3 and went to sleep. He had been in a mood since his fiance had been killed. It wasn't surprising, really, seeing as his own brother murdered the love of his life with no regret before trying to strangle him. Now, he was woken up to a Charge he didn't want, given to him by the Elders.

"I have better things to do!" He complained, although he knew the Elders didn't care about his pleas or wants. They assigned him a new charge after all.

Draco managed to dodge his first attack and tried to stumble to the entrance of the alleyway. He grabbed her leg and pulled her back, making her shriek in terror. He turned her onto her back and pinned her down to the floor with a smirk.

"How pitiful." He said, mocking her. He trailed his athame down her cheek and to her gut, "You're power is mine." He growled and plunged the knife deep into her stomach.

She screamed in pain as the knife was twisted and turned.

He groaned as the yells became louder and the jingles grew more unbearable. He stomped up and sighed, "Fine! You win!" He shouted as he orbed away.

Draco was shocked when orbs of blue and white shinned in the alley way before solidifying into a human. A man.

The new person waved his hand and the man on top of her went flying. Draco quickly took the athame from her gut, wincing in pain as she did so, and stabbed the man in the heart. He melted away.

Draco looked at the new man and uttered in a quiet voice, "Where am I?"

The man looked around before responding, "San Francisco. How come you don't remember where you are?"

"I can't remember." Draco told him, her anxiety worsening.

The man snorted, "Obviously-"

"No!" She told him firmly, "I can't remember anything! All I know is that my name is-" She lurched forward, hands clenching her abdomen, "Draco!" She gasped out before the world went dark.
