Hermione's POV

"I really hate guns," Hermione said as she, Tony and Rhodey took cover

"And you're not going all Anakin Skywalker on them, why?" 

"Can't... I have to wait until Harry's cover story is cleared out by the ICW before doing anything else with my lightsaber"

"Wasn't that also a problem at the Mansion earlier?"

"E.L.F. wiped out all their surveillance and... well, dead men tell no tale, right?" 

Both men stared at her for a second before sharing a look "You're sister's crazy, man"

"Don't I know it..."

"And don't you boys forget it" Hermione smirked "But in all honesty, I was using Harry’s sword. Blade’s made of dragon scales. Cuts through almost anything as well, but without the glowing"

"Mistress Hermione, Master Harry is on the line"  

"Pit him through, E.L.F."

"Please tell me you're not already in a warzone?" was the first thing her husband said "And that Teddy isn't with you in it"

"Technically, it still isn't one yet... And no, he's not here" 

“Ignoring the first part, I’m out of the trial. I'll keep the details for later, just know that you can now use your lightsaber."

"Thank you"

"No problem. Keep an eye out for Teddy, alright?"

"Of-of course," she said, failing to sound sure of her 

"Love?... Did something happen? Is he alright?" 

"He is! But... His werewolf genes awoke earlier." A long few seconds floated by on the line before his voice came through again 

"Is he alright?" 

"Yes... Somehow, he's able to transform at will and stay perfectly conscious"

A deep sigh of relief came before a more assured response came "At least there’s that. We can deal with that. Alright... You go kick asses and call me when all is over okay?"

"Promise"

"Love you"

"I love you too," Hermione said before the line was cut

"So what's the good news?" Tony asked as they looked around at all the Extremis goons 

"Jedi is back in business," she said, taking out her lightsaber

"I could kill for some armour right about now" Rhodey sighed

"You're right, we need back-up" Tony nodded 

"Yeah, a bunch"

Only then did Hermione notice the strangely calm demeanour Tony was sporting. And when she followed his line of sight, she understood why "Fratello, is that?"

"Yep"

Curious, Rhodey looked over as well and couldn't help but smile" Are those..."

"Yeah"

All three of them stood and watched as a... Legion of Iron Man suits came flying in, surrounding the cranes they, and the Extremis goons, were standing on 

"Merry Christmas, guys" 

"I don't know about you, but I feel really great right now" Hermione smiled

"Oh yeah" the air force colonel smirked

"Jarvis," Tony said "Target Extremis heat signatures. Disable with extreme prejudice"

"Yes, sir" the A.I.’s voice echoed from all the armours

Hermione swiftly ignited both ends of her weapon "Let's go"

Tony's POV

"I think you should close your eyes," Killian said as Tony started to feel his power reactor go hot as well. But he had seen a flash of familiar light get turned off when Killian had pulled his attack on him "Close your eyes, you don't want to see this" the guy sat on top of him said before moving for what would probably feel like the deadliest bitch slap of all time.

Tony released his blade and hoped with everything he had.

In the next second, the reassuring sound of an igniting lightsaber preceded a scream of pain and a loud crash.

"Tony, can you stand?" Hermione's voice said 

Relief filled the billionaire's mind and body for a long second before he made the suit open. "Have I told you how much I love you today, sorellina?" 

"No, but it's nice to know I only have to save your life for you to tell me" the bushy-haired woman rolled her eyes fondly as she offered him her hand "Here"

"Thanks," he said, gladly taking it "Where did you put-oh"

"Yeah... At least he won't go and melt the floor or something" the Jedi winced, making an effort to ignore the human-shaped hole in the wall. Bending down as to see her cousin-in-law "Pepper, I'll lift all this junk, okay? Can you roll out of it?" 

"Y-yeah,"

“Tony, you pull her out of it as soon as possible

"Yes ma'am" he nodded

"Okay, here we go..."

Teddy's POV

Teddy was starting to seriously be through with water, he thought as he pulled out of the water of the grove where the fight was happening, the Mark 42 still far behind him, in the air.

He had to refrain from opening his mouth to cheer for his uncle Rhodey as the man rolled off his landing and shot the President free.

His heart did skip a beat however when he saw his uncle Tony go air born, armour-less, to escape a group of pursuers, jumping from one crane to another. Only, he was going toward the end of the arrow, where there obviously wasn't a way down from

Spotting an open container full of barrels with the "Explosive" warning placard, he got an idea that would surely earn a spot close to "Escaping Gringott on dragon back" on his mother's scale level of crazy and stupid ideas.

Knowing that his mother's brother-figure was cornered, Teddy decided to risk the earful she would give him later. Focusing on what metamorphagus powers were left since his transformation, he changed his forearms' hairs into spikes and flung his arms out as he jumped. 

The fiery projectiles reached their targets at the very same moment then the glowing, teenage, werewolf's feet landed on top of them. The next second, a huge explosion ripped off the top of the container and sent it, and its passenger, straight up.

“To Infinity, And Beyond!" the teenager shouted as he flew higher and higher. Feeling that he was beginning to lose speed, he pushed against the container's roof, going even higher until he reached the platform Tony was on. 

He landed between the Extremis leader and the rest of his goon, most of them stumbling back a few steps a the sight of a 7 feet fall glowing werewolf

"Hello there" Teddy smirked 

"Kid!" Tony yelled, "Where the hell did you come from?!"

"Below"

"I saw that, smart ass! You weren't supposed to come back in time for this fight!"

"I know, you were just sending me away," the teenager said as a suit landed behind Tony and opened

"And I'm not going to apologize for that" Tony said as the suit closed around him "Think you can hold off his goons while l deal with him?"

"I'll come and help as soon as I'm done!"

"That's one cheeky kid you got there, Stark" Killian smirked, apparently amused by the fact that the billionaire thought he could take him on 

"Uh-huh, not mine. Just a nephew... sort of. He got all this cheek from his father, I can assure you. Now, let's finish this. I got a very long conversation to have with my girlfriend."

"Always so arrogant, Stark" 

"Why change what's perfect?" Iron Man said, right before his faceplate fell back in place
