“Well-”

“Well-”

“Well-” Fred and George do their twin speech as Cordelia Potter-Black walks up to them, a look promising pain for the person on the other end echoed on her face.

“Gred, Forge; do you remember at the beginning of this year when you said if I needed anything or if someone bothered me to come to you?” Cordelia begins, reminding the three of them of their conversation right after Cordelia’s sorting.

“Yes, we do,” Fred answers for the both of them, instantly becoming alert at the thought of someone bothering her.

“Who would dare bother you?” George questions, a dark look passing on his face at the thought of anyone bothering her. “Just give us a name Snitchy, we’ll deal with them,” George promises, cracking his knuckles.

“No one’s specifically bothering me,” Cordelia assures them with a giggle, secretly appreciating how much they care for her. “Malfoy keeps bothering Neville and just hexed his legs together so he had to hop all the way from the Library to our common room,” Cordelia informs them, still raging over what the blonde ponce did. Her eyes were slightly glowing in anger and both twins gave each other a look while the small raven-haired girl was pacing.

“And our dear Gryffindor Princess, how would you like to handle it?” Fred asks seriously, knowing that Cordelia would at least want a little revenge, they had ideas for the first year Slytherin but if Cordelia came to them, she at least had 5 ideas floating in that smart brain of hers.

“I want to humiliate the little peacock.” Cordelia darkly states, eyes glinting in a way that would make McGonagall tremble for she had the same glint as her father and godfather. “I want him to not even think of raising a wand to my godbrother again and I want him to feel as upset or even more than Neville did when he had to hop back to our common room.”

“We can definitely do that little lady, what’s your poison?”George asks as the three of them start walking down the stairs to the common room, leaving the twins’ dorm.

“I was thinking I could use a couple of spells I found in my vault.” Cordelia confides in them as they walk, showing them the two spells she was thinking of using. “I figured you two would have a couple of potions or something to test out on the little bastard since he likes them so much.” She raises an eyebrow at them as they walk toward the dungeons.

“We have a couple that will make the feathers closest to his bird personality type trail behind him and appears on him along with a simple skin-changing potion.” Fred checks their bag of products. “We also have some that will make him speak gibberish or change his gender.” He reads off the labels quietly as they sneak past a group of second-year Slytherins. Cordelia ponders over the potions while they sneak into the way near the Slytherin common room.

“How are we going to get in here?” George questions, glancing at the stone snake that was waiting for a password.

“You two go grab a couple of spiders from that window sill, I’ll handle the password,” Cordelia smirks, raising her eyebrow when the twins hesitate. Cordelia glances around, making sure no one is looking and she reads out Snape’s teacher password, unknowingly mimicking his voice and body type with her untapped abilities. By the time the twins get back, the door is open and Cordelia is casting a disillusionment charm on herself. Following suit, the three invisible Gryffindors walk up to Malfoy, Zabini, and Nott’s room, opening it up. There was no one in there and the twins quickly went into the bathroom to find Malfoy’s shampoo, toothpaste and body wash. Cordelia was surveying the room and noticed Malfoy’s robes laid out for the week so she smirked, muttering a quick charm from her father’s book and the clothes glowed faintly before appearing normally.

“What do we need the spiders for?” Fred questions once they finished with their potions and such. They didn’t know exactly what Cordelia did but they knew Malfoy would pay with some harmless pranks if her smirk was any indication.

“Oh, if they won’t affect your potions then in the Shampoo bottle,” Cordelia smirks before checking her watch. “We have like twenty seconds to finish up,” Cordelia informs them. Once they got the spiders in the bottles, they headed out of the dorms, excited to see Malfoy tomorrow morning.
