Chapter 2
Days passed as the five of them got to know each other. Harry, Ron and Hermione were still in shock knowing that Ben and Rey had to face almost the same thing that they had in the past.
Rey kept looking at Harry's scar that he tried to hide. He had explained what had happened that night 16 years ago when he who must not be named showed up and killed his parents.
One day Rey and Hermione was outside the tent while the boys were inside coming up with a plan. "Hermione, can I see that locket again?" Rey asked.
Hermione dug the locket out and handed it to Rey. As Rey studied it she noticed a small lightning mark on the bottom. "Did you say that another horcrux had been destroyed?"
"Yes. It was our second year at Hogwarts."
Rey pointed to the lightning shape on the locket. "Did you happen to notice if there was a mark like this on it?"
When Hermione looked she gasped. "I don't know, but Harry might."
When they entered the tent, Ben was telling Ron and Harry how his dad had taught him to fly. Ron was laughing so hard as Ben told how Han had taken him into a astroid field and told him to fly. Rey chuckled. "Sounds like Han."
"Mom wasn't to happy with him when she found out, but seeing as we were alright, I think she let it slide."
"Anyways, Harry" Hermione began taking the locket from Rey. "The diary. Did you happen to see a mark like this on it?"
Harry looked where Hermione was pointing to. A gasp came from Harry as he reached for his scar. "Yes, I did."
"What do you think that means?" Rey asked.
"When he killed, a piece of his soul would go into an object, and it would be marked" Hermione said. "All this time we believed it was only 6, but." Here Hermione stopped as she looked at Harry.
"I'm the 7th" he said.
"How do we get rid of it?" Ron asked. "Without killing Harry."
Hermione groaned. "Honestly I don't know."
Just then an alarm went off signaling an intruder. "Wait here" Ben said as he and Rey went running out of the tent.
Rey saw the man and woman first. She nudged Ben and pointed. "That man looks like Harry" Ben whispered.
Rey nodded. "But they may be imposters."
"Well seeing as we don't know anything about them, we take them to someone who would" Ben added.
Rey agreed and stepped out of the safety surrounding the camp sight. The man startled as he looked at Rey. "Who are you?" He asked.
"My name is Rey and I would like to know the same thing."
"We are looking for our son" the woman said. "His name is Harry."
"And how can you prove that you are his parents?" Ben asked.
"If you take us to him, we can" the woman replied.
Just then another man appeared, one who was badly scarred but with a smile on his face. "It's ok. I can vouch for them. They are who they say."
"Thanks Moony" the man said. "But we still should prove it to Harry."
Ben looked at Rey to see what she thought, and she nodded. "Only way" she said.
As Ben and Rey led the three new comers through the safety surrounding the camp site, Ron and Hermione was standing outside the tent with their wands raised. "Remus?" Hermione asked.
"Yes. It's alright."
"How do we know it's you?" Ron asked.
"My name is Remus John Lupin. I was bitten by Fenrir greyback when I was a kid. I am married to Nymphadora Tonks, who hates her name. I also have a son, Teddy and Harry is the godfather. I also taught Harry how to produce a Patronus charm in his third year to fight off the dementors. And you, Hermione knew I was a werewolf when Snape set the Essay."
"Anyone could know that" Harry said appearing. The woman let out a cry, but the man laid a hand on her arm. Harry's eyes went wide as he looked at the man and woman. "Impossible. You're dead."
No Harry. We were, but somehow we came back" James said.
"Prove it" Harry snapped.
"Your Patronus is a stag" James said. "The same as my animagus." With that he transformed into a stag. Hermione gasped. "Anamagi can't be duplicated" she said.
"And you" Ron said pointing his wand at who was Lily.
"Ron, let me" Harry said. "This is a painful memory that only two of us know." He then pointed his wand at who he hoped was really his mother. "The night that Peter betrayed you and dad, and he came to our house, what did you do to try to stop him?"
Lily had tears running down her cheeks. "I jumped Infront of him when he went to kill you. Before he came in, I told you that dada loves you. Mama loves you. That you will be safe. And strong."
Harry lowered his wand and took a step forward. "Mom" he cried running forward. Lily grabbed him and hugged him as they both cried.
"How did you find us?" Ron asked.
"Well, it wasn't easy" Remus said. "The way you all have been jumping around. Then I remembered one time when Hermione talked about the forest of Dean. I knew it was a long shot, but had to try."
"Also, Harry" James said turning to his son. "You won't have to worry about dying to get rid of the horcrux. Remus here has been doing some researching. We can get rid of the horcrux, but right now we can't. We need to be able to keep the connection with him open."
"Dad, you have never been afraid to say his name."
"You're right, but Remus told us about the taboo" Lily said.
"So what do we do now?" Hermione asked.
"We have to get into Gringotts" James said. "There is another Horcrux there. We only know this because of the fact that Lily is friends with a spy for our side. He's been playing both ends for years."
"Snape" Harry whispered.
Lily nodded. "After James and I died, Snape turned and promised to help Dumbledore."
"Do we know where the horcrux is?" Ron asked.
"Has to be in the Lestranges vault" Remus said. "Bellatrix is close to you know who."
"But it's going to be tricky" Lily said. "The only way we can gain access is if one of us is Bellatrix."
"I have a plan" Hermione said. "It's risky and we could get hurt, but it should work. We need to go see Luna's dad."
"How would that be risky?" Ron asked.
"Well Ron" Remus said. "Because Luna has been captured by the death eaters as well as Griphook and Ollivander. Xeno will do anything to get his daughter back, including giving up Harry."
"Wait, just a minute" Ron yelled. "You want us to be captured?"
"No" Lily said. "You won't be. You remember Doby? He can get in there and get the three and take them somewhere safe. Then we go in, and get what we need."
"How?" Harry asked.
"The invisibility cloak" James said. "Don't worry son. I won't be seen."
The next day Doby went in and got Ollivander, Luna and Griphook. When Peter went to investigate the noise in the dungeon he screamed when he saw the three prisoners missing. He went running up the stairs to tell everyone. But before he reached the top, his hand that Voldemort had given him turned against him and choked him. Peter fell down the stairs. Dead.
James, under the invisibility cloak saw Peter fall, but he didn't care. The worthless rat got what he deserved. He saw his target and crept forward trying not to breathe to loud.
Bellatrix was sitting next to Lucius Malfoy. A grin spread across James face as he pointed his wand at the two. He cast a sleeping charm at them. Once they were both asleep, he grabbed Bellatrix's wand and plucked a couple hairs from her head. He then used the Gemino spell and made a duplicate wand that way Bellatrix wouldn't know for a while that hers was missing. He then apparated to Ron's brothers house.
