Aigis's Story and it's Consequences
I defeated the beast, and noticed my troop was gone. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere, in the eastern United States. The entire country is essentially a zombie-infested wasteland. I was left for dead. There was one other man they stranded with me, and he was left for dead, too. I was not able to get his name before another man came and shot him. He tried to shoot me, but I dodged the bullet and demanded his name. He said it was Akiren, and that was all he would tell me. He took me back to his shack, which happened to be nearby. I was running low on power, so I had to rest. Luckily, he had a generator and jumper cables. I then went on to continue the exploration, where I ran into a massive bear. It had to be at least 10 feet tall when standing up. We fought, and that’s what the claw marks are from. I kept walking on down to the area formerly known as Florida, because that’s where I assumed the boating docks would be. I was correct. There was a military ship that was docked, and so I went on board. It was very empty. It turns out that they were all killed while across, and that it was the rescue squad they sent to get me. I hijacked the ship, and drove it all the way back here. But when I tried to board in a dock, they fired at me and tried to sink the ship because of what happened to the crew. My communications were also ignored, because they believed I was dead because I lost the tracking device they had installed in my leg.
That is how my face cracked. An explosion sent me tumbling down the tower, hitting each step along the way. I’m sure it was quite funny to watch. Anyways, when I hit the last step, my face hit it, causing the plate to crack. The ship began to sink, but I was able to get off before I drowned. Once on land, I ran into the city, where I saw this tall building. Aigis Technologies. I thought, ‘That’s weird. I don’t have a technology company’, and so I went inside. I talked to the receptionist, and she told me that you had founded the company. She didn’t seem bothered by the fact that I was covered in moss from my time in Florida, or that I was a robot. It was very refreshing. Anyways, I asked for your address, and upon hearing who I was, she gave it. Then, I walked outside, where it was raining. This would normally be fine, but because I was torn open, it was detrimental to my well being, and I ended up in the state you found me in.”
Mitsuru and Fuuka stared at Aigis, before taking her into a hug.
“W-we’ve missed you, Aigis.”
“D-don’t do that again! Don’t go back! Please don’t leave!”
“I do not plan to leave, Fuuka. And back to your earlier declaration… I love you too. And if I have read the room correctly, then I take it you and Mitsuru are dating. And I wish not to interrupt it.”
Mitsuru sighed, and looked over to Aigis.
“She has loved you for far longer. If anything, you should have her.”
“W-wait! Both of you! It’s fine. I want both of you, and you like Aigis, don’t you, Mitsuru?”
“W-well, I.. suppose.”
“It seems we all love each other. Much like Makoto loved all of us.”
“You too!?”
Mitsuru, Fuuka, and Aigis all looked at each other. No way in hell did Makoto date three people, and none of them knew that he was dating the other beforehand. Mitsuru seemed slightly put off at this, Aigis seemed a little sad, and Fuuka was in the middle. But it didn’t really matter. They were all here now.
“So since you’re alive, what do you wanna do for your birthday?”
“Hm… I would like to spend time with you two.”
Aigis brought them back into the group hug, kissing them both on the cheek.
“You have restored life to me. And I am grateful. And I must say you both are very beautiful with your own qualities that make you loveable. And, while it is not traditional to have two girlfriends, I want to do that with you. If it’s okay.”
Fuuka looked at Mitsuru, and Mitsuru looked at Fuuka, and they nodded.
“Yes, Aigis. We’d love to do this with you…”
They all smiled at each other, and walked over to the couch. Fuuka sat in the middle, while Aigis and Mitsuru sat on either side of her. They all cuddled up, exchanging kisses every so often and watching TV until they fell asleep.
And as they fell asleep, right before Aigis went into sleep mode, the TV flickered static.
