*The Victorian era of Black Butler is actually a separated magical world that exists in a pocket dimension populated by mostly pure-bloods and magical beings/intelegent magical creatures. Harry and Ciel are cousins on the Potter side of the family and Ciel lives in this alternate magical world's wizarding community.
