The boys began to refit the chamber of secrets, beginning by moving the basilisk corpse to a far corner of the chamber. Then they managed to seal all cracks and water ingress to prevent the humidity from ruining any of the equipment they had.
A transfiguration team of Hermione, Daphne, Theo, Blaise and Harry sealed two large water sources in the chamber.
Then they subjected it to a test to check that it could support their weight and would not cause any problems. The eleven walked around the sheet, placing some enchantments to reinforce the structure, and after ten minutes they came to the conclusion that they had done well. They knew that they would have to destroy the others anyway if they wanted to have enough space to move without falling into the waters of questionable origin that were in the chamber.
In any case, Cedric at one point felt uneasy about knowing what else the basilisk's hiding place was hiding, which led him to raise the situation with Harry.
"Harry..." Cedric said. "What do you think is inside?"
The young Potter looked at Cedric and saw how he pointed to the open hatch in the mouth of the statue where the basilisk was hidden.
—I don't know, really, the last time I was here that thing chased me. —Harry pointed to the skeletons of the creature.
"I know that," Cedric answered as he enlarged a box with grenades, "but have you never been curious?"
Harry would be lying if he said that at first he was not curious to know what was hidden in the mythical chamber of secrets, but after the incident where his life was on the verge of death for the second consecutive time since he had entered Hogwarts, he was not He felt the need to go down again to the abode of the largest snake he had had the displeasure of meeting.

"Okay, you go and," Harry pointed to Blaise, "tell Blaise to come with you, maybe you'll need his crossbow for this."
-Understood.
Cedric looked around for Blaise until he found him placing boxes of supplies in the corner along with Theo and the twins.
—Blaise.
"What's wrong, Ced?"
—I need your help, I'm going to explore the interior of the basilisk cave. —Cedric pointed to the open hatch of the cave—. I need you and your crossbow... What do you say? You join?
-Yes, why not.
Cedric and Blaise, who had summoned his crossbow, entered the depths of the cave, first noticing the foul smell of stagnant water, dead skin, and a viscous substance that neither of them bothered to try to touch.
The two were particularly close together, only separated by a few meters, with Cedric leading the way with his wand, illuminating the cave, and in his left hand a tomahawk in case of any unpleasant “surprise.” Blaise advanced with his crossbow in hand, ready to shoot any possible threat in front and protect the rear.
The smell was something he could barely tolerate, and he internally kicked himself for not having put on a mask to avoid smelling such a nauseating odor.
At that moment, Cedric felt something slide between his legs, still pointed straight ahead and with his grip on the tomahawk tightening, he turned to look at Blaise.
—Did you feel it too?
-What are you talking about? —Blaise looked at him confused—. I didn't feel anything.
—I just felt something slide between my legs as if it were trying to…
—About what, old man? It's not like a baby basilisk is hiding here, I think you're a bit," Blaise replied, making a sign with his hand, "paranoid, relax man.
—Yes, I would also be calm with the risk of a possible deadly and deadly baby basilisk ready for us to be its dinner. Cedric's tone dripped with sarcasm. —I still think you're being paranoid, when nothing bad is going to...
As if it were some kind of joke of fate, a snake-like figure jumped at Cedric who, with a quick movement of his tomahawk decapitated the head of what he could see was a snake.
—And I was being paranoid? —Cedric turned to look at Blaise and saw how three snakes approached his friend threateningly. Careful!
Listening to his friend's warning, Blaise turned and saw the three snakes, he aimed at the first one and with pinpoint aim managed to hit the snake's eye, watching as the snake writhed violently until it stopped moving. Blaise fired bolt after bolt, but the snake managed to dodge the shots until he finally managed to hit 4 bolts into the reptile's body.
"Shit, you had a hard time hitting it," said Cedric, pointing the ax at the snake.
—Shut your mouth, Diggory. —Blaise looked at his friend badly.
"I'm just saying, oh shit."
-That…?
Blaise felt how something began to slide and curl around his neck and began to squeeze him, taking his breath away.
—Calm down, stay calm, everything will be fine and breathe deeply. —With a calm tone of voice, Cedric tried to get his friend to stay calm.
—It's easy for you to say, you're not the one being strangled by a snake.
Aiming at the body of the reptile that was threaded around his friend's neck, Cedric knew what the spell's choice would be.
—Petrificus Totalus!
It was at that precise moment that Blaise felt the snake stop, feeling his neck being squeezed. With great delicacy, Cedric pointed his wand and began to uncoil the snake from Blaise's neck. As his friend took the snake out, he felt like he could breathe without any difficulty.
In a matter of seconds, Cedric removed the snake from his friend's neck and placed it on the ground. After massaging his neck, obviously sore from the strangulation, Blaise aimed his crossbow at the snake and shot two arrows at the reptile's tail and torso before Cedric plunged the small ax into its skull.
"No wonder Indiana Jones feared and hated snakes at the same time," Blaise murmured as he massaged his neck a little. Let's continue a little further and get out of this shit, I'll need a bed and a shower in the morning.
"Whatever you say," Cedric responded, rolling his eyes.
They continued walking now with a patronus summoned by Blaise, the raven, illuminated their path to warn of a possible threat. At that moment, Cedric slipped and grabbed himself against the wall to his right, but when he put his hand on it, he felt that part of the wall was softer than the rest.
—Blaise touch this... —Cedric pointed to the wall for Blaise, who began to touch the wall and felt the same thing—You felt it, right?
"A secret door in the middle of the basilisk cave, Salazar was too paranoid for his own good," Blaise said.
"There is no doubt about that," Cedric replied.
Cedric quickly holstered the tomahawk and summoned his oversized axe. For his part, Blaise covered his back while he illuminated the “door” with a flashlight. Maneuvering the axe, Cedric began to hit the secret door, breaking it and emitting that sound of wood being destroyed that filled the atmosphere inside the cavern as pieces of wood fell across the floor until he finally managed to split it.
Blaise pulled out his wand and made what little was left of the door disappear.
-Ready? —Cedric asked, looking at his friend.
"I've got your back, old man," Blaise said as he nodded.
The friends entered through the door, quickly noticing that, contrary to the cave, the floor of what they assumed was Salazar Slytherin's chamber or study was neither dirty nor sticky, but rather well maintained and although the dust was quite evident, he gave no sign of being “totally” neglected.
Cedric, with an accurate wave of his wand, turned on the gas lamps in the study, revealing a Victorian structure with three large shelves full of volumes on the left.
To the right a large window from which the light of the full moon filtered, and in the background what seemed to be a table with the necessary equipment, but they assumed it was quite old to create or brew potions.
The walls of that room were painted as expected, a bright green, but in a more opaque range with some silver sections on the window frames or shelves.
They saw that there were some tables with quite old parchments scattered, or some destroyed and half-burned.
They looked at each other and understood that Voldemort had also reached that part, but for some reason, the dark wizard had not completely destroyed the books, which they considered another act of supreme arrogance on the part of the leader of the Death Eaters.
After that, Cedric and Blaise set out to look for books and scrolls, taking some and putting them in a backpack that they transfigured to store and take with them. About 20 minutes passed before they finally left the study to return to the rest of the team and inform them of the discovery. The news about the study was received well by the rest of the team since it represented an additional advantage for them against the Death Eaters, but that did not remove their concern.
Since one thing they agreed on was that they could not trust each other since Voldemort himself had first found the camera, and they did not know if he had found the study and had learned from the books that he had there.
That was the reasoning that also led to an edge pointed out by Daphne since if Voldemort knew about the content of the books, whether spells or curses, and if at some point he used them against them, the team had an advantage and that is that They could anticipate this by finding or designing countermeasures or even a way to counteract it.
Meanwhile, Blaise and Cedric noticed that the team had managed to install lighting lamps as well as furniture where they placed all types of weapons, from knives to rifles and shotguns, they saw boxes of equipment still unopened, but they knew that there was still time because they would not be able to prepare all the equipment. Camera in one night. About forty minutes passed until they finally returned to the surface and each of them separated to each head to their common room to rest for what they felt would be the first day back quite hard for them.
THE NEXT MORNING
Both Daphne and Harry had gotten up to prepare for the day's classes, so after a somewhat “long and passionate” shower, they both left their common room heading to the large dining room so they could have breakfast.
On the way they met their friends and since it was a Monday, they had potions classes in the first hour at eight thirty until ten in the morning, and then they would have an hour and a half of Herbology, then two hours of DCAO and an hour and a half of Charms.
They were calm because during the summer given to the training they saw the need to study the majority of the contents of the subjects that they were going to have in order to advance the contents during the course of the cycle and thus be ahead to be able to do the rest of their studies. “Extracurricular” obligations so that the days worked optimally for them.
And since in the case that Harry and Daphne were married, they would share most of the classes. Despite everything, Daphne still belonged to Slytherin, but unofficially she was a Gryffindor and as such she had the same schedule that a student belonging to the lion house would have. Therefore, they did not have to have the Slytherins in their DAC class but the Hufflepuffs.
After breakfast, they went down to the dungeons accompanied by Hermione, Neville, Dean and Seamus and the other Gryffindor students to attend the first potions class of the year. Which consisted of reviewing the concepts of the previous year and preparing the most complex potion that year to evaluate what level they were at, which led them to prepare the skele-gro potion, a potion capable of recreating bones, Harry had a shudder when he remembered. The horrifying tasting potion when he remembered how he had to drink it after the failed attempt to "heal" his left arm.
Thanks to the training, most of them learned to correctly make various types of potions from poisons to healing potions, which could make the difference in a life or death situation. Snape had not really lied to them when he said that even with potions, they could stop death itself.
They managed to make the potion in a more than acceptable time and, in fact, they had to delay so as not to raise suspicions as to why they could make the potion so quickly. After class ended, Snape asked Harry to stay back, Harry nodded to his friends to come forward. Harry closed the door to the living room, but not before placing a muffliato so that the conversation would not attract unwanted ears.
—You played the muffliato, right? Snape asked laconically.
"You know me, Uncle Sev," Harry said, sitting down on a bench.
"Oh, that sense of irony at the slightest question reminds me of your mother, she had that irritable habit," Severus said with a wistful tone in his voice. "I am my parents' son after all," Harry stated as he took his seat. So, what did you want to talk about?
—To start, how has your summer been? "All I knew was that you sent me a letter where you asked me for a list of a certain specific type of curses and spells and I know why you needed them, but, I want to know what you've been doing," Severus said, staring at Harry, but not trying to read. your mind.
—Who am I talking to... With Voldemort's follower Snape or with Dumbledore's spy Professor Snape? Harry asked.
Letting out a sigh, Snape replied:
"With Severus Snape, your mother's old best friend, the one who lost count of how many friends he had to bury over the years..." Snape adopted a neutral, but slightly irritated tone. Among them your mother. That's why I ask you, because you worry me and because I know from my own experience what it's like to hold someone you loved in your arms as if they were your family.
Severus couldn't help but remember how he suffered a painful déjà vu when he saw Harry holding the lifeless body of Ron Weasley months ago, which undoubtedly brought back memories of that fateful Halloween night where he lost the only "sister" he ever had. In their life.
"I understand, I'm sorry," Harry said apologetically as he let out a sigh. "It's not easy, here things are more difficult, there are too many alert eyes and ears and that new teacher can call that pink hound of the ministry".
"We agree on that, but you haven't answered my questions," Severus replied.
"I asked you for help because you know what's coming, and I'm not going to sit still knowing that those bastards are out there looking for blood, I can't allow that," Harry stated with a tone full of resentment.
"I understand, but you can't expect to wage a one-man war against a bastard who took the lives of many and his entire lunatic gang," Severus replied, looking contemplatively at Harry.
—I am not alone, my friends, my wife and I will carry out the war against the Death Eaters. I'm not asking for permission, I'm giving you the answer you need, and I asked you for those spells because I know you are one of the few people who is in the middle and that's what I needed.
—I understand your position, just be careful. Severus looked at Harry seriously. Now you are the leader, not Dumbledore, nor anyone else. You are responsible for what will happen, and you have to be clear that the decisions you make will have an impact on yourself and your team.
—I know, I'm dealing with this the best I can.
"I know you feel that weight on your back, that's why I tell you to take care of yourself, to take care of those close to you and those you have as enemies," Severus advised. Because what I saw at breakfast, you have a situation that you will have to attend to sooner or later.
-What are you talking about? —Harry asked curiously.
—Your wife's cousin, Tatiana Volkov, I can't stop looking at you as if you were a piece of meat ready to be devoured, I know how to recognize hyenas, and she is one like that, and I don't want to imagine what a cross between Mrs. Potter your wife and Mrs. Volkov and I warn you that if your wife has even a milligram of the combative nature of her sister Astoria, this will be a spell crossing worth witnessing but that not even you and I could stop.
—I understand, I will do what I can, and I will stay away from the clutches of that “hyena” —Harry stated, getting up to leave but not before—, I would like it if one of these days you and I fight in a duel, I want to see in What level am I at, what do you say?
—That would be interesting, let me think about it, Harry.
"Understood," Harry said as he grabbed the handle to leave without turning to look at Severus—I never thought I would receive advice on romantic relationships from you, Professor, without a doubt, Professor Vector softened him up quite a bit.
The normally imperturbable face of the fearsome professor was tinted in a slight reddish line from the left end of his cheek to the other end of his right cheek, while the professor turned his head to look away.
While Harry with an amused expression on his face, he could barely contain the laughter that he felt would come out of his voice at any moment.
—I recommend that you get out of here, before I start casting spells on you that I assure you will make your mother rise from the grave and drag me to hell itself, are we clear?
—Like glass, professor. —Harry saying goodbye to the professor.
Harry walked through the corridors in search of his friends, while he laughed lightly at what happened with Professor Snape.
He walked through the hallways until he found his friends gathered near one of the windows and heard a laugh that he could recognize as coming from Neville's voice just as he saw what he could recognize as Theo banging his head against the wall. .
Harry approached them and said:
"Theo, you're more likely to give yourself a big concussion or a skull fracture than to break that wall with your head," Harry joked but noticed that most of them had a serious look on their faces. "Let's see, what happened?"
—Blaise earned a punishment from the new DCAO teacher. —Ginny commented, looking disapprovingly at her boyfriend.
—In my defense... —Blaise began her defense “argument”—I only explained to her what she didn't understand.
—But I wonder what the hell did you say to warrant being punished tonight?
—What happened is that she noticed the marks that the boa constrictor left on my neck and that if it weren't for my good friend Cedric —Blaise pointed to Cedric who looked away —, I would have died from asphyxiation during our journey in the basilisk cave last night, and today I didn't have time to put on a “glamour” to hide it and when I took roll call the teacher saw me and asked me “What had happened to my neck?” And I attentively responded…
—The moron answered him—Theo cut him off, starting to speak—“I have a better question for you, do you even know what sadomasochism is?” and the teacher answered him, and then I had to listen to the most grotesque 15 minutes of my life while this -Harry looked at Blaise who was smiling innocently making a peace symbol with his fingers-, a being of nature, explained to him in great detail what he called “alternative sexual relationships,” was disgusting and disturbing.
—It's not my fault you're a prude. —Blaise muttered under his breath.
The response made Neville laugh a little more, given the strangeness and awkwardness of his friend's situation, while the others saw Blaise exasperated or uncomfortable or a little of everything.
But since they knew each other, they knew that Blaise was prone to that kind of joke, since even during their third year he was already making that kind of somewhat creepy joke.
—Doesn't your mother say something to you about those kinds of jokes? —Hermione asked.
—Oh my dear mother, she already knows that this is a lost cause. —Blaise stated nonchalantly to receiving a kick in the shin “courtesy” of Harry—And why is that?
—It hasn't even been 5 hours since you got into trouble, idiot, remember that we have to try to attract as little attention as possible and now that woman has one eye on your ass and will watch you as if you were a criminal.
—How do you think that? Tracey asked.
—I asked Theo's uncle, FP, to investigate her and this woman has a quite "interesting" history in endless quotes, this woman has all the people we hate who are in the Wizengamont or the ministry in her pocket, she has done alliance with most of the fascists and some members of the light —Harry said in a low voice so that only they could hear him—, she basically has the power in the ministry, not the useless Fudge, and she is in the “boob” of Lucius Malfoy which means…
—That the ministry as it is corrupted to the core. —Hermione concluded—Shit her.
—And according to Tonks and Amelia, half of the Aurors, if you ask them who would they support if Voldemort's return was confirmed? Without a doubt, they would say to support Voldemort. —Harry finished in a dismal tone.
—So, what will we do now? —Diggory questioned.
—For now, focus on what's in front of us and do what we must, but for now, keep a low profile. —Harry said to everyone then looked at Theo who looked dismal for some reason. Tell me what's going on in your head? Why do I know it has to do with Umbridge?
—Harry, you know that I have never lied to you, the new teacher with the “ministry approved content” is, to put it kindly, rubbish, basically no one will be able to defend themselves if the Death Eaters attack or from any kind of danger. —Theo declared in a disastrous tone.
At what was said, Harry felt paralyzed for a moment, clenching his fist with such force that he imagined that at any moment he would bleed from the anger he felt, even though he didn't seem like it.
—With shit. —Young Potter growled, raising his hands to his face.
—Will we have to activate the “SHIELD” plan? —Hermione asked Theo who nodded. “Then we will have to teach them how to defend themselves, we will have to teach them how to fight…
Harry sat on the bench lost in thoughts of him realizing what he had lost sight of, without realizing it, Fudge was screwing him, perhaps not directly, but putting Umbridge up was certainly something he did not expect.
The last thing he wanted to do was teach his companions how to fight, but given the situation, it seems that he will have no other alternative.
He let out a frustrated sigh as he hoped the rest of the day wouldn't make him want to hit his head like Theo had when he ran into his friends.
He looked at his friends and noticed that Daphne was not there.
"Hey, Hermione." —The brunette looked at him when she heard Harry say his name —. Where is Daphne?
In another part of the castle, Daphne was walking towards the DCAO classroom.
He had a series of “interviews” with potential “bodyguards” for his sister Astoria, from which he was able to discern that most of the prospects Seamus had brought were greedy idiots who for a good sum of money would leave Astoria alone in the hands of Malfoy and his minions.
The mere thought made him shudder, although not everything had turned out so bad, he had found in two fourth-year Hufflepuff girls the most acceptable prospects in which to trust.
Lucy Anderson and Lita Copeland were the most acceptable prospects since from what he perceived they were young people who had unpleasant encounters with various types of idiots and did not take crap from anyone, just as from what he was told they were quite skilled with their wands.
For now, she would do, but knowing she would need to extend that for safety, she continued on her way until her peace of mind was disturbed by the encounter she did not wish to have.
—“Dear” cousin, what a chance to meet. —Tatiana pronounced with a “friendly” tone of voice.
—Volkov, I never thought your parents would allow you to come here, after all your family doesn't have a “great” reputation here.
Daphne saw a shadow of anger in Tatiana's eyes, which made her smile internally.
—You should know that at least one side of “our” family does know which side to take. —Tatiana answered, seeking to provoke Daphne.
—If by side, you mean a side where you would necessarily have to open your legs to a member of your family to keep your blood pure, then for my sake do it, after all, it's the only thing you're good for.
"Don't play puritan, little cousin, after all I saw how 3 boys left a room from which you left shortly after," Tatiana commented, "I wonder, maybe you're already tired of your dear husband, Lord Potter, maybe you're tired of him?" You did not please him as a magician of his reputation deserves. —The black-haired woman suggested.
The patience she possessed of her that she had almost faltered when she saw how her cousin seemed to strut her figure, but then she laughed internally, but at the same time she scolded herself because she knew that her Harry I would never change her.
Not just because she knew Harry loved her and would burn the world down, she asked him. But because she was better than Tatiana, she was a Greengrass, one of the most powerful witches of her generation and she was strong both magically and physically and was the one who had the most lethal aim of her team.
She was an heir to Lagertha and was a queen, and no one would question her.
"Think what you want about me, but at least my blood can put ink on your skin without it killing me," Daphne approached, keeping an icy look on her face, "I can say that I am someone who does not need to prostitute or chase other people's boyfriends because I have a king by my side," The two stared at each other until Daphne with a crooked smile, "and understand this Tatiana, at Hogwarts there is only one queen and that is me.
They looked at each other and Daphne felt like at any moment she would have to pull the wand out of her, and if you asked her later what would happened she would simply say that she doesn't regret anything other than that she couldn't have been more cruel to her cousin. her.
The intense confrontation lasted long enough for the two to decide to leave without saying a single word, only turning around to leave.
-Whore. —Tatiana whispered behind her back.
-Bitch. —Daphne muttered indirectly, responding to the insult said by her cousin.
After that, the normal class cycle passed, only having the uncomfortable "murderous" glances that Malfoy directed at them, but nothing to worry about.
Then Daphne found out what had happened with Blaise which earned him a strong reprimand from her for acting so like himself.
What they could tell from the new Professor Neville, Harry, Hermione and Daphne was that the Professor wanted the majority of the students to trust and blindly follow the Ministry like lambs and not question what was said to them, which irritated them.
After reading the material, they realized that the DCAO study book was basically very poorly prepared ministry propaganda but that it was effective given what they assumed was the "closed vision" that the majority of magical society had, Hermione for the first time. Once she found herself at a point where she was willing to burn a book because of the disgust and repulsion that a book called “Theory of Defensive Magic” by Wilbert Slinkhard generated in her, whom she allowed herself to call <<The moron with a big ego because his wand must be too small>>.
After having a post-school snack, they decided that Harry would open the chamber for the team and then hide with the invisibility cloak a few meters from Umbridge's office to go to the chamber with the rest of the team.
Night fell and after opening the chamber, Harry accompanied Blaise and stayed a few meters away, hiding in an abandoned room to wait for his friend.
Blaise strode decisively to the office with the bearing of a pureblood, standing tall and proud with confidence in his steps until he reached the office.
He knocked twice on the door and it opened.
—You can come in, Mr. Zabini. —I hear Umbridge's falsely sweet voice.
Entering the office he felt how all the bright pink color along with the cat porcelain was as if he had entered a parody of an office, the bright pink made him extremely uncomfortable just like the cats, it was as if he had entered the office of a woman who lives with her cats.
He remained standing until Professor Umbridge motioned for him to sit down.
-So, Mr...
—Heir Zabini, remember that my family is a noble family. —Blaise commented in a firm tone.
He saw a glint of irritation in the ministry official's eyes, as well as something else in her gaze.
"Of course, but let me tell you that I am the undersecretary of Minister Cornelius Fudge and his teacher," Umbridge states in a sweet tone but also seeking to intimidate him, "now, let's not waste time, you have a punishment, and you will have to comply with it, understand?"
-Understand.
"Well, you'll just have to write a few lines," Blaise watched as he held out parchment for her to write on, "you can begin."
—I don't have a pen. —The brunette pointed out in an objecting tone.
"Use this one," Umbridge handed him a somewhat particular quill that caught Blaise's attention, "it's very special."
The almost purring tone made Blaise shiver, and he took the pen.
—What do you want, write?
—Just write <<I must not say obscenities>>
Nodding he began to write or at least try to because he immediately realized that he had no ink and there was no container of ink on the table either.
He tried to write it assuming it was a pen with magic ink but when he wrote the sentence again, he felt a burning sensation on the back of his hand but assumed it was something common or just an itch.
But at one point, he noticed that the back of his hand started to bleed. He looked at his hand and he saw the phrase he was supposed to write on the paper, written on his hand.
He stood up with a start, knocking over the chair in his wake, and looked at Umbridge, seeing a predatory look in her eyes.
"What the fuck is this?" Blaise took a good look at the feather and recognized it, "a blood feather, you're crazy if you think I'm going to self-flagellate for your personal enjoyment, fuck this, fuck you."
Blaise moved towards the door and tried to turn the handle, but he couldn't, he tried twice until he started trying to force it, but it was still the same, only the knocking could be heard.
—You should have listened to me, Mr. Zabini, but what can you expect if he is the son of a whore like his mother is.
Hearing her insult, Blaise turned to confront her, but Umbridge quickly pulled out her wand and pointed it at Blaise who didn't have time to react when.
—CRUCIO.
The terrible curse violently hit Blaise who fell to the ground writhing in pain to Umbridge's enjoyment and delight, the brunette's body moving erratically on the ground.
Blaise could barely move his arm in search of his wand, and he felt his body ache as if he had been struck by lightning. He managed to muster enough strength to stand up, barely holding on to the door handle.
—If you don't do it the good way, then it will be the bad way. —He stated with macabre enthusiasm in his voice—IMPERIO
Blaise felt like he was knocked out of his head as if he were falling into the void of his unconsciousness as if he were floating towards a dead end as he watched as his body was brought back to sit in the chair. .
He felt for almost an hour how Umbridge forced him to submit to his will and write lines on the paper and his hand began to bleed until after half an hour the table was soaked with blood and his wounds burned openly. .
Shortly after, he felt how he was pulled forward and suddenly.
He controlled his body again, squeezed his right hand and responded when he did and then tried with his left, but he couldn't, and it hurt when he tried.
He saw his hand and felt terrified when he saw how his right hand was bleeding with the phrase carved into his skin that said:
“I SHOULD NOT SAY OBSCENITY EVEN THOUGH MY MOTHER IS A WHORE”
The wound extended from the upper back of his hand to the upper part of his arm.
-I can retire? —Blaise growled.
-You can leave now
He stood up and instantly felt how the weight of his body fell on him as if it were a sack of flour, but he forced himself to leave, he didn't want to spend even a second closer to that woman.
His hand was burning and burning while he thought step by step that he might faint while he tried to hold on to the walls even though he felt like it was spinning around him like a top.
He was leaving a trail of blood, and he was sure that his robe was completely covered in blood, but he kept walking until he finally reached the hall where he knew Harry was waiting for him.
But the doubt arose in, what if Harry left him? Has he abandoned me because I did something stupid? They were the kind of questions that plagued Blaise's mind for a moment.
Then he decided to open the door and when he opened it he saw how his friend was waiting for him sitting on a table.
—Blaise. —He heard him say in the distance while everything around him began to turn off.
—You didn't leave me alone, I'm sorry.
His body failed, and he began to fall, but before his body hit the ground he was grabbed by Harry, and he saw his friend smile slightly and everything went black.
