Ivy looked around the platform of the train station and observed several things. Among them was a family of redheads being led by a loud woman. Another thing that concerned was a family, if you could call it that, following a small, undernourished looking boy who was pushing a trolley with an owl on top. Ivy looked at the boy’s clothes and immediately acted.
Ivy walked up to the family “I assume that you are looking for a particular platform? I can take things over from here.” The boy looked at her hopefully. Ivy smiled at him. A man who looked like a walrus thought for a second “Ok. You can take the fre.. er... boy.” Ivy frowned as the family turned to leave. She activated a C5 corridor for a volcano, through which the family dropped, and didn’t notice until it was far too late. Ivy shook her head slightly. She really hated child abusers.
Ivy looked at the boy with a smile “I have been trying to give you this for a month or so.” She held out a brochure for an Academy in France. The boy read it over with wide eyes “WOW! This school sounds neat.” He then frowned “Unfortunately, I’m already signed up for Hogwarts. Maybe I can transfer next year.” Ivy smiled “Actually, I can take you to Beauxbatons now. I just finished talking with another family here, and they agreed to come look at Beauxbatons. We can be done before the Hogwarts Express finishes it’s journey.”
Harry smiled and agreed. Ivy led him to a cafe in the station and sat him down next to a bushy haired girl. They looked at each other shyly and smiled. Ivy grinned “Dan, Emma, Hermione, this is Harry. He will be coming with us on our visit to Beauxbatons today.” Ivy activated the portal to Beauxbatons and the group of five walked through into a sumptuous office with several paintings on the wall. Ivy grinned “Welcome to Beauxbatons. If you will follow me, we will meet the Headmistress.” Ivy led them to another office and introduced them to Olympe Maxime.
Ivy smiled “Olympe, I have found Hermione Granger. I have heard that her grades are the best in her year. I think that she would make a fine addition to the student rolls. I have also brought her parents to meet you and look over the academy.” Olympe smiled at everyone “Thank you, Ivy. Now, who is the young man beside Hermione?” Ivy smiled “This is Harry Potter. I have been unable to deliver the brochure until he was looking for the train to Hogwarts. I believe that he can fill the coveted spot on our rolls, the one male student that is chosen to attend Beauxbatons.” Olympe smiled “Ivy, you have already selected him. You do own Beauxbatons, after all.” Ivy laughed slightly and led four surprised people on a tour that would change their lives for the better.
