"Mister Malfoy is sentenced to work for the wizard community for 8 years without any pay immediately after graduating his eighth year in Hogwarts. Case dismiss." Kingsley's voice boomed.

"Look. It's Harry Potter."
"He looks dreamy."
"The boy who lived twice."
Harry sighed and climbed onto the Hogwarts Express. He found his best friends and girlfriend in one of the compartment.
"Hey, guys. Ginny." Harry said and planted a kiss on her cheek. She giggled. "Hey, Harry." Ron greeted.
The rest of the ride was peaceful with them talking about Quidditch, much to Hermione's dismay, their holidays and so on. "Where's Malfoy?" Harry asked suddenly. "Don't know. Probably not coming back here." Ron splattered.
When the train stopped, Harry heard the familiar sound of Hagrid
"Firs' yea! Firs' yea! Over here! Mind ya step now. Firs' yea! Oh helo, Harry." He smiled and wave at the half giant.
From afar is Draco Malfoy, looking more pale than his usual pale self.

Draco didn't went to the feast instead he went up to the astronomy tower.
Draco looked up to the night sky from the corner of the room. How he wished he didn't obliviate him. How he wished he would remember him, remember them.
Draco look to towards the window, he remembered Dumbledore who died and he remembered them. Both of them, twirling and dancing here. Both of them, laughing and cuddling up there. Both of them, having a heated make out session here.
This tower is not just a grief place, it used to also be an important place for the both of them.

Harry noticed that Draco didn't came to the feast and he also noticed that Pansy is worried.
Harry shooked his head and mentally sighed. He turned his attention back to Ginny.
Somehow he was worried about Draco as well. But he doesn't know why.
A part of him wanted to find him and another part of him scolded him for being an extra again.

The moment Draco step into the 8th year dorm. Pansy immediately asked where have he been during the feast. Draco shurgged it off claiming he went out for a walk to clear his mind and head up to his room. Pansy sighed and continued her book. Blaise went up behind Draco after giving Pansy a kiss on her forehead.
"Draco! Stoppp!""I'm not gonna!" He said and continued to mess with his hair.
"My hair was already a mess and you're making it messier."
"Booo. Fine. I'll stop." Draco said taking his hand away from his hair.
"Good."
They both kissed under the moonlight and sat there until it was time for both of them to leave.
"I'll see you tommorow?"
Draco nodded and peck him on the cheeks.

"Draco, darling. I know it's hard but please just a bite will be enough." Pansy said during breakfast. Draco hesitated but he reached out for the bread in front of him and took a small bite out of it.
"Good darling. Thank you." Pansy said and continued her pie.
"Draco, please. Just one more bite okay? You need the energy to go on." Blaise spoke up. Draco looked at him and shooked his head.
"Please Draco. For him. He'll want you to do it." Blaise said sadly. Draco hesitated but nodded. He reached out for the bread again and took another bite.
Blaise nodded satisfied with Draco's progress.

"Draco, stop. We're not allowed to eat here!""Since when did you care about the rules? You always break them." Draco asked eyeing at him.
"Oh shut up you brat."
"Ah, but you love me."
"Yeah."
"Come sit. I got your favorite." Draco said patting the floor beside him.

"Oh look, it's Malfoy and the gang." Ron said when walking past them. Draco froze for a quick moment but regain walking towards astronomy. He was not looking forward to it.
"Too afraid to talk is it, Malfoy?" Ron continued. Hermione stopped him. "Ron. He did not do anything so stop it."
"You can't be serious. The git bloody started a fight with me!" Ron said. "Ron, you're the one who started it first. Malfoy did not do anything but walking." Hermione continued. Ron looked at Harry for help.
"Sorry Ron but she's right. Malfoy didn't do anything since we came back to Hogwarts." Harry said.
"He's hiding something I know it!" Ron said towards the duo and almost gotten hit by a pillar.
"Look where you're walking, Ron." Hermione said pulling him away from another pillar. Ron huffed.

"Darling. If it's too much you can leave." Pansy said as they reached the door.
"Pans is right, Dray. If you're not ready, you're okay to leave." Blaise continued.
"It's alright. I'm fine. Let's go." Draco said opening the door. The trio walked it and sat at the back to avoid Gryffindors. Five minutes before the bell chimes, the golden trio walked in. Draco held his breath.
"Dray, are you alright?" Blaise asked holding his hand. He saw Draco took a deep breath and nodded. He let go of his hand.

"Draco, please.""I'm sorry. I have to do this."
"No, you don't! For me, Dray. Please. You don't need to kill Dumbledore. Talk to him. He'll protect you!"
"Can't you see?! I can't! My mom is in serious danger if I don't do this!"
"Just your mom, Draco? Do you even care about me or is this part of the plan?! Tell me, Draco! Tell me the truth!"
Draco took a deep breath, it aches his heart so much, but he had to do it. Draco looked at him tearfully in his eye.
"Yes. This is all part of the plan! You falling in love with me so I can get access to some information I needed! So thank you!"
"Draco..."
"Obliviate!"
He looked at Draco with wide eyes, shocked, before falling down with Draco catching him.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I've got to do this. You are the key to saving us. He'll see the relationship between us and used it against you. I'm sorry. I'll always love you." Draco whispered and kissed his forehead.
He took the necklace that he gave to him away to remove any evidence of him. Like he never exist more than an enemy in his life.
Draco kissed his forehead one last time before heading out of the door. He whispered a broken I love you into thin air before leaving.

"What happened?" Draco asked getting up from the infirmary bed. He lift his hand towards his cheeks to feel that they are damp.
"You had a panic attack and passed out." Blaise explained.
"How did I get here?" Draco asked
"He brought you here. Pans and I tried to move you but you weren't moving until he came along to help." Blaise explained again.
"Is he here?" Draco whispered lying back to the bed.
"He's outside and refuses to leave. He wanted to make sure you're alright. I guess feelings still stays even though the memories were gone." Blaise said again.
Draco covered his eyes with his palm and let the tears fell.

"Care to dance?" Draco said bowing."You git. Of course I will."
Both of them twirl around laughing.
After the song came to an end both of them shared a passionate kiss.

"Do you want to let him in?" Blaise asked.
Draco wiped his tears, conflicted with his choices now. He hopes to tell him so badly but he is afraid, afraid of being abandoned and alone again. He made up his mind not to tell him but his heart aches for his partner, he missed him so badly.
Draco looks towards Blaise and opened his mouth and croaked, "It's time for him to know the truth anyway. I promised him that I will if anything happens."

"I mean with things that are happening now. It's better to be prepared, right?"
"Yeah... If things went overboard you know. Can you promise me something?"
"Anything."
"If things went overboard, can you return me anything that you took away from me after everything's over?"
"Of course. I promise. Why would you ask?"
"Just a thing to keep you alive."
"You git."
"Love you."
"Love you too, git"

"Hey. Umm, are you alright?"
"Yes, I am, Potter." Draco said not looking at him.
"Well then, I'll take my leave." Harry said heading to the door.
"Wait."
"Is there anything else, Malfoy?"
"Yes. I want to return you something." Draco said reaching for the necklace that was stashed around his neck.
"Here." Draco said handing the necklace to him.
"What's this?" Harry asked taking it to examine it. It was a ring with a D+H carved into it.
"It's yours. I took it away during 6th year." Draco said looking at him for the first time.
"What?"
Draco took out his wand. Harry swish his wand out immediately dropping the necklace during the process..
"What do you think you are doing, Malfoy?" Harry asked.
"Ugh, I should have un-obliviate you back before giving you the necklace." Draco said getting out of the bed and went to pick up the necklace.
"Un-obliviate?" Harry asked clearly confused.
"Yes, un-obliviate." Draco said sitting back on the bed again facing him.
"Reminisce." Draco said aiming his wand at him.
Harry went unconscious while the spell took effect. Draco stood up again and carried Harry to the bed.
"You're getting heavier, Harriet. That's a good sign." Draco said brushing some hair away from his face.

"Draco. Dray, are you alright?" Harry asked taking off his invisible cloak after closing the door."Of course I am, Harriet. What's up?" Draco said closing his potion book.
"I saw you just now. You were looking paler than normal." Harry said sitting next to him.
"You're just being paranoid, Harry. You always do." Draco said snuggling into his embrace and giving him a kiss on his cheek.
"I guess so..." Harry said hugging him like a teddy bear and snuggling into his hair.
"Harriet, my hair. I do not want to be questioned about my hair getting messy." Draco complained
"You took a shower before you came didn't you?" Harry asked.
"Yes, I did. Did you stalked me before you came in?" Draco teased.
"No, I didn't! You didn't gel your hair back. It's soft, you know. And you're vanilla scented shampoo smelled nice." Harry said snuggling into his hair more.
"You git." Draco replied back.

"Draco?" Harry mumbled trying to sit up.
"Harry. You okay?" Draco said helping him to sit up.
"Dray." He said and hugged him.
"I missed you." Harry said, his tears falling.
"I missed you too, Harriet." Draco replied hugging his back.
When the let go of the embrace, Draco handed him the necklace.
"Don't drop it now." Draco said smiling at him.
"I won't." Harry said and took the necklace. Harry hold the necklace tight for a brief second before wearing it.
"So that's what you meant. If anything ever happened. You knew that you're going to obliviate me, right?" Harry said holding his hand.
Draco nodded.
"I have to. I'm afraid that Voldemort is going to used it against the both of us. Against you. I'm sorry. Voldemort threatened me that if I don't kill Dumbledore, he's going to kill innocent muggles. He sent me newspaper clippings of some of them that he killed as a reminder. You are important to me, Harriet. Remember that." Draco said.
Harry was full on crying at this point. Draco wiped away his tears.
"Don't cry, Harriet. It's over. It's the past now." Draco said.
Harry nodded and Draco pulled him into a passionate kiss. Harry kissed back. Both of them were kissing for about a minute before breaking apart to breath.
"I love you, you know that right?" Draco said giving a peck on his lips. Harry nodded.
"Of course, I do, Dray." Harry said.
"Now put that aside. We're talking about your eating behavior. You kept on feeding me because I'm underweight before. Now, I'm going to return that favor. You only ate two bites during breakfast and I expect you to eat at least five bites of your food during lunch, you hear me?" Harry said looking him in the eyes.
"Yes, mother. I heard you." Draco said rolling his eyes.
"Good. Now, we have some people outside." Harry said.
"Shall we?" Harry said extending his hand towards Draco which he gladly grab to it.
"Let's."
