Too Much Time, Not Enough Answers
You had started off the year well, and after getting as much of your notes organized as possible, then proceeded to finish all of your assignments ahead of time, start a study group, and start to plan your future career. You were as supportive of George as you could possibly have, and still had too much time on your hands. A long week of pranks with the twins and Peeves, and you still had too much time on your hands. You decided it was best to start opening your third eye and dive into “Spirit Seer and Soul Reading''. As you had started, Professor Trelawney must have noticed, as you both had become a lot closer, and sometimes had invited you over for tea on the weekends. You had loads of fun with Professor Trelawney compared to this year's DADA teacher, Gilderoy Lockheart. He seemed nothing but full of himself, and you haven't learned a single thing so far, other than he cannot block a singing jinx in dueling. You had noticed you had gotten a lot closer with all sorts of animals, which would have seemed a little odd if you had not been introduced to “Spirit Seer and Soul Reading''. You were able to see orbs that nobody else was able to, and even some spirits following students. You had kept a list of every time something had happened, just to keep track.
The other students had been fine until a message was written-presumably in blood- on one of the walls claiming the Chamber of Secrets had been opened. You had noticed when you were around Ginny, you felt something off and had mentioned it to George and Professor Trelawney. Later that day, Ginny had disappeared with no trace left at all. Harry had disappeared as well, however later in the day. It was later discovered that Harry had saved her in the Chamber of Secrets. He had returned Tom Riddle's diary to Lucius, who gave it to the kind house elf that had given you the food you ate while in the dungeon of Malfoy Manor. Dobby had opened the book, and Harry had placed a singular sock in it. Technically, meaning that Dobby had been given clothing and was relieved of being their house elf. You had seen him after, and thanked Harry and you saw the joy on Dobby’s face. You knew it was something you wanted to do. Be free from the Malfoy’s… But until that happened, you still had a summer ahead of you. That year's tests had been canceled, so you didn't have any tests to worry about. You had used that time to plan your great escape…
