Put In The Pensieve
The next morning at breakfast, you ate your usual toast and jelly and dashed for your room to get the book to read in the astronomy tower. You always enjoyed reading, which had been very uncommon for a Gryffindor. Anyways, you started to read the first chapter which talks about the signs of being an “Elemental Seer” which had some very close similarities to what you have been through. The orbs, the explosion, what happened in the dorm, it had all made sense. You kept reading on how to assess one’s abilities, and how to control it. You found some helpful tips, when an orb flew past you distracting you. It was a very playful one, and liked to zoom around very fast. You had a better feeling about all of this after reading some of the book, and had openly welcomed it to come closer. It settled in the palm of your hand, and it looked like a tiny star radiating a little warmth and light. It seemed to want to tell you something, but then when you heard someone coming, it had disappeared leaving a warm spot in your hands. George had come to find you. You noticed he had something addressed to you, and he then started “Someone sent you a post, but you already left. I thought it was odd, and I didn't recognize the owl”. He then handed you the letter after you gave him a kiss on the cheek for trying to find you in the library and common room for the last 30 minutes, and you opened it. It was a clipping from The Quibbler which entailed
Castor Malfoy is Celeste Malfoy’s son?
We received anonymous photos of Castor and Celeste on the Hogwarts platform, and we did some digging. The Malfoys are known for their platinum blonde hair, and as you should know we have reasons to believe that Celeste Malfoy is really Cerise Black. With that being said, we looked at Celeste and Lucius Malfoy to find out that with reasonable probability, Castor could be Celeste’s son. The Malfoys hair gene is dominant as seen for many, many, many generations, and with the assumption that Celeste is not Lucius’ daughter, we can assume that Castor’s small portion of brunette hair compared to the rest of his platinum blonde is some of Celeste’s genes, as we have seen in the past from the Black family, of which Cerise and Narcissa have connections with. This could be only a coincidence, but we believe it to be otherwise.
“Merlin, this is bad…” you said while showing the clipping to George. He had watched you read it with concern on his face. You knew as soon as his eyes hit the headline, he knew exactly what you were talking about. A few orbs had appeared, and raced down the stairs. You had a feeling to follow them, which had led you straight to Scarlette. “Celeste, I've been looking for you! The quibbler came out last night to subscribers, and-” “I know, someone sent a clipping to me.” you said hastily cutting her off. You saw her face palen and she seemed to be seeing something that you didn't notice because the next thing you know, she was staring at you worriedly. “Celeste, you might want to look in the mirror! Your hair is glowing blue and honestly- it’s kinda freaking me out!” she said and you pulled out your compact. Your hair had turned a glowing, electric blue and getting slightly brighter. You tried to calm down and told yourself it was normal. It seemed to have worked, as when you looked back in the mirror it had gone back to its original color. She seemed worried, as if you just told her you killed somebody. “Celeste, I know you have been acting strange lately and I've noticed how you're changing and acting differently so all I want to know is what's going on. I know about your notes, and about you and George, but you're acting off and I know it’s something else.”. You shot back “You’re good in Divination, right? So you know how we were talking about seer’s a couple weeks ago, right? Well there is something called an elemental spirit seer, and I seem to fit that definition.” “Wait a minute…” she dug something out of her bag. “A couple years ago, The Quibbler stated that Lyra Black was one, and you have to have a specific relative and gene to be one! It’s extremely rare, and the Blacks have been known to carry the gene! This development could be hard rock evidence that you are Cerise Black! That explains everything! How did I miss it!” you looked at her shocked that she knew so much, but remembered she was the one who introduced you to The Quibbler so she had to know odd things like that. You got out your notes, and you rushed into the library with her to find everything about anything on the subject. George had been there for the conversation, and was heading with you to help in any way he could.
George had gotten the book back from the Astronomy tower, and the orbs were helping find books on the subject. You found out that lycanthropes have a chance of having the curated gene for this thing, and Lyra had it as well. All of the sudden when you sat down your vision clouded with the blue mist, and you saw the man again. He had looked a little younger, and then you saw Lyra Black come in from the bathroom carrying a positive pregnancy test. “I was right” she said, and the man seemed to have his whole world fall apart. “I’m so sorry, but you know what a danger to you and a baby-'' he started “I won't tell anyone Remus. Not a soul as long as you don't beat yourself up. We both made a mistake while we were drinking, and there is nothing we can do now but wait it out. I don't want to see you hurt yourself, just for being a lycanthrope, okay? We can work things out, and I'll make sure no-one knows about it if you don't say anything alright? Merlin, how am I supposed to tell James and Sirius that their little sister is pregnant…”. Your vision returned to normal, and you put it all together. The man was your father, and Lyra was your mother. “I have a place we need to go, alright? It’s where I got the book, and I think it will be helpful. Follow me.” you said and led them to get their brooms. They both questioned you about the vision, and you told them what you saw.
You three had rode to the same place you had the same time last night, and the orbs lead you straight to the house. You got inside, and made your way up the stairs and into an empty room with nothing but the light of the orbs which seemed to give off more light now that you needed it. They brought you to a room that was set up like a nursery with a crib and a cradle to one side and a rocking chair to the other. There were a few photos, and you picked one up. There was a little girl with brown hair, blue eyes, and streaks of blonde intertwined in a very small ponytail. She was maybe 3 years old. There was another one with a baby, being held by the man, and another that looked identical to what you saw in your first vision back on the train. You looked around and saw another picture of you, but it seemed to be taken from behind. All of the sudden you heard a noise, and looked to see someone at the door. George and Scarlette looked after they realized you saw something, but didn't seem to notice a man in the doorway with Slytherin robes and brown curly hair looking at you. It was Regulus Black. He told you to go into the bathroom and find the orange vial in the top drawer and to put it in the pensieve. You did that with 2 astonished faces watching.
You dropped your face into the pensieve and saw Sirius and the man saying goodbye to a little girl and then the girl leaving with the Potters. You saw the girl give Harry a hug. You even saw when the girl was there for the death of Voldemort and Lily, then to be taken by Wormtail into the dungeon of Malfoy Manor. You saw the girl grow up and make friends and go through everything. You saw her dip her face into the pensieve. You lifted your face out, and could have sworn you started crying. “I am Cerise Black”
