AUTHOR'S NOTE
Dear readers,
in the following chapter I will talk about neurodiversity more directly. I'll talk about Autism and mental illness and such. I'm no medical professional.
The character of Harry in this story is very much based on me and my own experiences. I really don't like how Autism has these stereotypes, that's why I chose to write Harry with my personal traits (I'm female). I really hope I'm not offending anyone. Please tell me if this is the case.
Remember, Autism is different for everyone. No autistic person is exactly like another. Self diagnosis is valid, though thorough research is required. I got told by professionals that even though I have many (some stronger than others) indicators of ASD, I don't have ASD, since I'm not good at maths and I can talk really well and expressively and I don't get loud meltdowns. Also "You're an almost adult girl and you're nothing like that one eight-year-old boy who was here last week". Oh yeah, since I have several other mental health problems, it's just in my head apparently.
The cliché.
I might start with a new story, just to let this one settle for a bit, I don't want "All you need is comfort" to get boring and dry.
If anyone has a request on what I could write, just comment. Not for this story, but for something short, a 'one-chapter-story'
I'll mainly focus on comfort, including "Wetting pants on purpose" and "wearing diapers" and such. I totally understand that this is something many people find disgusting, but: Don't like, don't read.
I hope I mentioned everything I wanted, have a really nice evening or morning or day.
Yours,
Avocadoodle007
PS: Hugs and weighted blankets for everyone who needs it and lots of love <3
