Love Potion
Orabelle's POV
Before I can even say anything, she punches me. I feel the sting as blood drips down my face. I know how many people would have taken this. They would have had an angered look and immediately fought back. Some would have laid down and cried. She hit again, but I didn't move. She smirked, expecting me to fight back finally. I showed no emotion. I didn't hit her, instead lifting her in the air. She was one person had never trusted enough to tell of my power.
"Belle, let me down" she begged. I soon realized what was happening. If I focus enough, telekinesis can cut off oxygen, I knew it was dangerous. I let go and she hit the floor. I walked over to her, slowly leaning down.
"Don't call me Belle. And you deserve to die, after your backstabbing lies and I don't even understand how you could fight me. Jealous much?" I snarled at her. Luciana would never understand the fact that others can think and have emotion. She thought the world revolved around her. It was stupid. And I hated her for it.
She cried as I walked away. It was pathetic. I heard her footsteps behind me, which was strange. Why would she come back to me? But I didn't care. She can go fuck herself for all I care. Soon, I felt her grab my arm. I turned to slap her when I was pulled in for a kiss. I remember how this felt and wanted to melt. But somehow, Mattheo came to my mind. And I pulled away from her, slapping her face.
"Belle, please " she begged. I went to turn away when she slipped something into my mouth.it tasted like water but I know better. She probably put something in it.and soon i I felt the effects. A love potion! I tried to fight it, but I couldn't, this was too strong. And soon, my mind was clouded with her.
Mattheo Riddle
As soon as the bell rang for the free period, I ran to the courtyard. Orabelle was there. But, with Potter? I went up to them with my wand out. She was smiling with the trio and laughing. I was so confused. She saw me and started running my way. Only she went passed me. I turned and saw as Orabelle hugged and kissed her so-called ex. It made me furious. But there was nothing I could do. So before leaving, I made sure to hex Harry for what he did.
Back in the common room, I found everyone. I slouched onto a chair and took out a blunt. This is why I don't love. It is sure to break your heart. Alice and Pansy were staring at me. They both looked around, at each other, and then raised their eyebrows at me.
"Can I help you" I practically yelled. This made Draco and Theodore look over. They seemed confused, just like the girls did.
"um.... Mattheo. Where is Orabelle? And weren't you two going to like, kill Harry or something?" Alice asked me. I stood up and went to leave. They all yelled after me.
"She changed her mind. Instead, she got back with that Gryffindor girl. I saw them kiss when I was in the courtyard" I said. They all stopped what they were doing before bursting out laughing. Did they think this was a joke?!
"Nice one, Theo. She would never"
"I saw it. With my own eyes!"
"Clearly someone is messing with you"
"I checked! I even hexed Potter!"
And so the arguing began. They all tried to tell me I was wrong and I kept explaining how I saw it. My mind was racing. It all seemed so stupid. How could they argue about this? Clearly Orabelle made her choice.
"Stop!" We all turned to see the mysterious voice that yelled. A female voice had yelled and was now standing in front of us. I looked and saw a familiar face. A girl who I wished to not see again.
"Aurora. What do you want" I spat at her. She scoffed and stepped closer.
"Everything you guys say is possible. If you think of the facts, she was probably given a love potion. I happen to have a cure for the love potion. But, the girl must be given it by her true love. Or by someone she loves. And by the sounds of it, you all know who that person is" She explained. Alice, Pansy, Draco, Theodore, and Enzo were all staring at me. I had to give her the cure.
Aurora left to get the cure. I left the common room to find Orabelle. I was expecting it to be reasonably difficult but I found her on the top floor outside Dumbledore's office. She turned away when I walked up.
"Orabelle? We've been looking for you everywhere. Everyone is having a movie night in the dorms. Are you okay?" I asked. She seemed different from the last time I saw her. Every time I looked at her face, she turned away. Nothing was working though. I tried talking to her and asking her if she was alright. but nothing went through. She was like a ghost.
"Why are you here? Will you at least tell me that?" I asked her. I put my hand on her lower arm and my other on her chin. I made her look at me. Bruises ran all down her face. But I pretended not to notice. I gave a weak smile and waited for an answer.
"I'm...um... I'm seeing... if..um..I can change......my dorm.. so I can be with my... friends... in Gryffindor" She finally said. It seemed forced. I took my hands off her as it registered what had been said. Her friends in Gryffindor? But I could tell she didn't mean it.
"Belle? You can talk to me. I'm here for you" I said softly. And that seemed to do it. or, not in the way I hoped. She broke down crying and almost fell before I caught her in my arms. I held her close to my chest.
"They.. gave me a ..... love potion... I.... I've.. had to fake it. It wore off hours ago...... they hit me..... the bruises.... they came... came from them..... Harry.... Lucy..... Cedric.... They did this. Please...... get me out of here" she sobbed. She got up and wiped her face. I looked at her but my blood was boiling. Those assholes are paying. And now, there is no way that i'm waiting for anyone. I took Orabelle by the hand and led her to the Gryffindor common room. We broke in and that's when the action started.
