Bustling noise fills the classroom as the students start to converse between themselves, talking happily about the possibilities of the potion they're about to make. Cauldrons sit on every desk ready to be used, with a few undescribable leaves and animal parts to the side. Multiple Books accompanied each student causing their desks to look cluttered.

The professor that always holds a frown and is always donning black robes stood in front of the blackboard, and with an elegant flick of his wand, white chalk powder leaves lines, creating words that would become notes for his obnoxiously loud students to put into their books. His patience is starting to run thin about the noise filling the room but he doesn't reprimand them just yet. He was in a particularly good mood this morning as one student hadn't shown up to class and points were looming to be taken.

"Where's Harry? He's never this late, especially to potions. You know how Snape is," Hermione whispered to Ron that was currently worrying about the pending potion he had to make and not his friend that's late to class again. He wasn't really paying attention to her.

"Ah, yeah Hermione, he'll be fine," Ron uttered half-heartedly as he roughly puts the heavy book down on his desk, exasperated at its contents, "Why do we have to learn this stuff!!" He complained.

Just as Snape was about to give his instruction to the class about the complicated potion that was the study of the day, a huffing and puffing kerfuffle disturbed the doorway of his classroom, "Sorry sir, for being late," the disturbance says as he shoots a glare toward a blonde in the back of the room. A sly grin finds itself dancing on the lips of the Slytherin as he eyes the dishevelled Gryffindor that's half-hazily leaning on the door frame, out of breath slightly.

A heavy hush fell upon the classroom. All eyes were on the boy in the doorway. A few students started to whisper about the sight they were seeing and a couple of gasps filled the air.

"Potter? Why are you late?" Snape drawls as he too looks toward his unpunctual student, ready to take some Gryffindor points. He was about to continue his interrogation of Harry's lateness when he too fell quiet at the odd sight before his eyes.

Ron leans closer to Hermione and whispers in her ear, "I told you this would happen!"

"Yeah, we all knew. A few of us even made bets," Hermione answers, "It looks like Dean got this one right. I thought their secret was going to be revealed one morning while we were eating. You know, Harry storming into the hall in a mess..."

"What's wrong?" Harry questioned, looking around the room, not sure why so many eyes were on him. It's not like no one has ever been late before.

"It's not the time to be playing dress-up, Potter. This is not amusing," Snape says causing a few muffled giggles to come alight from the back of the room.

"What do you mean?" The Tardy Gryffindor looks down at his clothes, a dark green filled his eyes, and they become horror-struck like a truck hit him, but this truck didn't isekai him like he hoped as he wished he was no longer standing in the doorway that led to his potions class, a class that leads to a group of students with gawking eyes. A Slytherin green-striped tie decorated Harry's neck messily, making itself at home, for everyone to view.

His eyes shoot to Draco once again, panic filling them with a hint of pleading for help drifting within. He made a mistake, he grabbed the wrong tie in his rush to leave the dormitory. Embarrassment flashed across his face staining his cheeks a pale pink.

Draco tried his hardest not to laugh, he had to avert his eyes before he busted. Focusing on a list of ingredients needed, distracting himself from his clumsy boyfriend but his eyes still dared to linger on Harry.

"Have a seat, Potter." Snape ordered, "Ten points from Gryffindor for your tardiness and another ten for dressing in the wrong uniform. Try not to do it again." He barked before giving instructions to the class.

Harry makes his way to the back of the class to sit next to his lab partner who is coincidentally his partner in other aspects. The tie of embarrassment slid off his neck, not sure if he should give it back to Malfoy, wouldn't that give their secret away? Everyone would know which Slytherin dorm room he just came from. So, he stuffed it into his trouser pocket for safekeeping.

Throughout the lesson, hushed whispers spread gossip about the tie. The class was having fun trying to figure out which Slytherin owned said piece of clothing. Some students were right on point with them saying Draco, "It has to be Draco, they're even lab partners!" One girl thinks she was whispering but the whole class could hear her conversation.

"No, it can't be them! They have been enemies since we were first years!"

"Yeah, but hated and love are basically the something. They're related. After having such a strong feeling for someone like hate, then the reason to hate them just disappears, where do you think all those bent-up emotions go? They would turn into love." The conversation partner answered, swooning a little at her romantic thoughts. And others were completely wrong, but no one knew for sure, everything being said was just speculation.

Hermione and Ron were on their way back from collecting some smelly ingredients when the ginger had something to say to his friend that was the cause of all the gossip, "How could you make such a mistake?! The tie's green! How'd you not notice?" Ron asks as he looks at the tie that's falling from the pant pocket but it still held on, not ready to hit the floor just yet.

"It's Draco's fault, he left me sleeping," Harry says in his defence as an elbow pokes into the blonde's side.

"I didn't want to wake you," Draco immediately retaliates, elbows start to fly between the Gryffindor and the Slytherin, and a flirting session has commenced. To the rest of the class, it looks like they're arguing but Ron knows, knows all too well, he sighs as he walks back to his table alone.

"You usually don't need to be woken up, why were you so tied~?" Hermione spoke with a hint of teasing in her voice. She already could guess the answer but she wanted her fun.

Harry began to fluster under her knowing gaze, "It's, ah... No reason." A proud smile found itself at home on Draco's lips as he looked at Hermione.

"Hope you had fun~," she says as she leaves to go help her partner with the troubling potion before something bad happens.

Snape with his flowing robe walks to the table situated at the back of the class where the chosen one sits and looks down upon the commotion that was being thrown around by the student that was late, "Quit the flirting," he says not amused at all.

With Snape's comment, blush spreads to both their faces causing the little war that was going on between them to come to a stop.

"I'll get you back~," Harry softly says to Draco as one last elbow plants itself into his boyfriend's side.

"I can't wait~" Draco whispers into Harry's reddening ear due to the hot breath dancing on his sensitive skin.
