Who knew Snivellus had friends

It was a normal day at Hogwarts, well as normal as it can get at Hogwarts. The birds were chirping, the leaves were falling and the marauders were ... well ... marauding. And by marauding, I actually mean messing about, wreaking havoc and bullying one specific student. A student they had all despised from the moment they laid eyes on him, no ones really sure why, the marauders aren't really sure themselves, yet that does not deter them from trying their hardest to make Severus Snape's life at Hogwarts a living hell.

Severus, who was walking to his third class of the day, charms, with his shoulders slumped and head down, his dark inky hair covering his face, was not too surprised when he heard his 'nickname' shouted at him from across the hall.

"Hey, Snivellus. You might want to consider washing your hair once in a while, you're dripping grease all over Hogwarts." Came the yell from none other than Sirius Black, who was stood proudly with his chest puffed out and a smirk on his face. Next to him was his best friend, James Potter. Together the two of them drove Severus insane with their constant insulting remarks and humiliating pranks. Stood to the side were Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew. Peter was usually too scared to say or do anything so he stood in the background, cheering on his two friends. Remus claimed to be against the way James and Sirius treated Severus and the other Slytherins, but never seemed to do anything to stop them, despite the fact that he was a prefect, which was just as bad in Severus's opinion.

Severus rolled his eyes and carried on down the hall. "I've just come from my potions lessons Black, the fumes make everyones hair greasy. You'd know that if you ever bothered to do any work."

The smirk from Sirius's face dissapeared and he slowly made his way over to Severus, his hand reaching for his wand before he was stopped by a hand on his shoulder.

"I do hope you're not planning on using any form of violence, magical or not, against another student Sirius." Came the voice of Anita Woodson, the prefect of Hufflepuff house and best friend of the slytherin boy. "It's bad enough i have to take points away from gryffindor for your verbal bullying, it would be a shame if you were to lose anymore points for your house, I heard you lost 50 last week for the prank you pulled. If I were you, I'd be trying to earn as many points as possible."

Sirius huffed, rolled his eyes and gave Anita a nasty sneer before thudding off towards potions with the rest of the marauders in tow.

Anita and Severus had been best friends since they had met at summer camp, no one else at Hogwarts went there and not many people at hogwarts knew about it, the select few being Lucius Malfoy, and the Black sisters, Bella and Narcissa, though Severus was sure Dumbledore had an inkling of Camp half blood too since the old man seemed to know everything somehow.

"I keep on telling you, you don't have to stick up for me so much." Severus sighed and he slung his bag over his shoulder.

"And i keep on telling you, I'm not going to sit by and watch as you get harrassed by a group of silly, immature boys."

"They're going to start targeting you."

Anita crossed her arms and faced her best friend. "I could take them, and you could too." Severus grimaced. "No Sev, seriously. You've fought Minotaurs, Chimeras, Medusa for fucks sake. Why do you let them pick on you like that."

"It's not that easy, what do you expect me to do, knock them out and leave them bloody and bruised?"

Anita shrugged. "Why not, it would get the message across and it would be pretty badass."

Severus just shook his head and carried on to his lesson, Anita not far behind, until they were both knocked back by a strong force and nearly blinded by a painfully bright light. When the duo next opened their eyes they found themselves in a cosy looking room, filled with bean bag chairs and sofas, along with a lit fireplace. Though they were not the only ones in the room. Dumbledore, Mcgonagall, James, Sirius, Remus, Peter, and Lily were all standing next to the fireplace. Opposite them was Lucius, Narcissa, Bella and Regulus, Sirius's younger brother. What was most concerning to the best friends was the fact that across the room from the rest were their friends and family from Camp Half Blood. Percy, Annabeth, Nico, Will, Piper, Jason, Hazel and Frank all looked just as dazed and confused as everyone else.

"Severus? Anita? What in the name of Zeus is going on?" Came the voice of Annabeth.

"Huh, who knew Snivellus had friends." Replied James.
