He had to admit, he was intrigued. He’s always loved a good masquerade ball. Of course, he’d rarely ever worn purple to one so he obviously had to go shopping. He had gone pretty late considering the ball started at 9:00 and he had gone out at 6. He knew that he would find a good suit pretty easily though so he didn’t worry about it. Did it bother him that he didn’t know who was throwing the ball? Not really. Was he curious? Naturally so. But he didn’t care enough to put thought into it.
He had gotten a lavender suit with black heels to wear because he obviously needed to be the best dressed there. He had ordered express shipping on a lavender mask he had found at a costume store a few blocks down so it should get there right as he was leaving which was perfect. He did basic black eyeliner with lavender dots around the wing and he put some light purple glitter on his cheek bones and he was done. He was ready for this ball.
