On Teddy's birthday, he is told by his Gran that he has a letter waiting for him, a letter that's been waiting for 16 years.When he finally gets his hands on it, he's almost afraid to open it. It looks ordinary. Certainly doesn't seem to be a decade-old howler in disguise.
