There's a thin line between love and hate
and they felt the former yet in latter engaged
until they had pulled at each other's worst
and it had been almost too late to regret!
Wordlessly the curtain lifted
unleashed light to eyes blinded by hatred
until it burnt away at the last shread of darkness,
until they themselves burnt completely in regret
and until they finally allowed the love buried all along to uplift!
Your obsidian orbs,
the scarlet that puts the red of roses to shame,
the way those silky locks feel brushed against my face,
when you rest your head on my shoulder and breathe my name
You are, my beloved,
a selenophile's moon
an enigma that has always enticed,
that which I shall solve for the rest of my life!
I marvel everyday
how did I get so lucky with fate?
Aren't you the one wanted by so many?
Aren't you worthy of so much more?
Yet everytime you choose me,
Yet you're here with me,
my beloved, brighter than the sun,
you vanquished my storms
