Moonage Daydream

August 29th, 1977

Friday

Lucas looked from me to our hands and just grinned. Now i tried getting out of Lunas grip and walked over to her bed. ,,Here you go." I said, as i gave Benni, Lucas and Hope a beer. Luna gave Mary a sprite and Stacy a cola. We two sat back down and opened our beers before giving the others the bottle opener. I looked at my watch, to see what time it was. I sighed.

It was still raining and my father said i shouldn't be gone for too long. I've only got half an hour left, and it didn't looked like the rain would stop soon. But i would give Mary my umbrella, because i said so and i really didn't lived that far away. It didn't felt like i've been there for more than three hours, but i was.

,,You're okay?" Asked Luna me. ,,Yeah," i said going through my hair with my hand. ,,But i need to go in a bit." I meant. Luna looked sad. ,,Oh. Can't you stay a little longer?" She begged. ,,My father will get angry if i will be out too late." I said. ,,Oh come on." Begged Hope now too. ,,You don't have to stay too long." Lucas meant. ,,Yeah, just a bit longer. Please." Luna looked at me with the eyes of a dog that wants a treat so bad. ,,I mean, it won't hurt my father when i'm a bit too late. As long it isn't too long." I gave in. Luna grinned happy, what made me smile.

We've talked about many different themes and after a while we suddenly started dancing. It was playing an album from Queen. All except for me and Hope were dancing. Me and her were sitting on the bed and watched all of them dance to the music.

,,So you and Luna, mh?" Hope looked at me. ,,What?" I looked irritated at the ginger. ,,Do you have a crush on her?" She asked,what made me look just more confused. ,,What? No! I know her for less than a week." I said. ,,So why did you held hands?" Hope asked with a grin on her lips. ,,She took my hand, and i didn't wanted to take it away. She coud think that i hate her." I meant. ,,Should i tell you something?" Hope asked, now in a whisper tone. ,,What?" I asked in the same tone. ,,I think she likes you. So don't hurt her." Hope looked serious at me. ,,Too many assholes had used her. Please don't break her heart." As Hope ended her sentance, i started feeling bad. I felt bad for Luna because i knew that i would never love her the way she loves me. Mary came towards us and smiled as she took Hopes hand. ,,Come on Hope! And you two Remus!" She laighed at us while dragging Hope to the others. ,,I'll just go to the toilet. After that i will join you." I said smiling. As i walked through the door, i looked around. I didn't knew where the bathroom was. So i looked in every room before finding the bathroom behind the door next to the staircase. I walked inside and closed the door behind. It was quiet in the bath. A little window was half opened to get some fresh air inside. After i sat on the toilet i looked on my watch to find out what time it was. After i saw that more than an hour has past since i last looked at the time i panik. After i had washed my hands, i run out of the room, and ran quickly downstairs. As i was walking down i looked out for miss Romlus.

I couldn't find her anywhere, so i just opened the door and started riding my bike. After a few minutes of riding in the rain, i saw my house. As i was at the entrance, i took out my keys that i took with me before i left, and opened up the door. I took off my shoes and walked up stairs. Or better said, i tried to go up stairs. ,,Remus John Lupin!" A strict voice came from down stairs. ,,I'm sorry father. I really wanted to come at nine pm, but i forgot the time. I'm sorry." I said. ,,You made us worry! You know these times! You know how dangerous it is at this time outside! Especially when you're the child of an wizard that is working in the ministery!" My father said. ,,I know father. I'm sorry." He shook his head. ,,You really need to take care." I nodded. ,,I know. I just forgot about the time. I promise it won't happen again." I promised. ,,You know i don't want you to get hurt." My father said. ,,Now go to sleep." Were the last words he said, before going back in their bedroom.

As soon as i was in my bedroom i got rid of all the clothes on my body to put them up, so they can dry better. Before i got under my blanket, i put on some boxers and turned off the lights. I laid my wand under my pillow and then tried to sleep. I felt really cold and thought about taking a shower, but i just wanted to sleep. But something just kept me awake. ,,For Merlins sake, just let me sleep." I groaned as i presses my pillow on my head.

For a moment i just laid there, before i rolled over to get to my nightstand. I opened the second drawer and pulled out a photo album Lily made for me on my 16th birthday. The album was filled with photos that Lily and the other girls took from the mauraders. I took my wand out and said: ,,Lumos" A bright light came out of the tip from my wand and gave me light to see.

On the front cover of the album was something written in a beautiful golden and cursive writing. The Mauraders 1974-1977, year 4- 6. I already smiled as i opened the book.

It was a picture from us infront of the Hogwarts-express that was taken from Euphemia Potter. Sirius and James were full with energy on that day. They were grinning like crazy. Peter laughed a bit and was playing with his Hands. I was raising my eyebrows, looking down at Sirius and Potter with a little smirk. Even though i had this smirk on my face, you could see how annoyed i was. On the page was written: 1st September 1974, missed each other?

On the next pages were pictures from us planing pranks, making homework, going to Hogsmeade, and playing Quidditch.

On the last page for the fourth year was a picture from our group in our dorm with all our things inside our trunks. Sirius was looking the most nervous from all of us. 1975, the end of the school year. See you all next year!

After a few other pages was a page with some pictures from us in the commen room. We were playing 'who am i' and Peter was looking desperately into the cameras. He was laying on the couch. He was 'the three unforgivable curses'. Next to him was Marlene who was 'Quidditch'. She looked like she was really into this game. Me and Lily sat on floor with some pie infront of us. Sirius was just walking towards us and James was still talking with him, even though he didn't looked at him. Mary was the one who took the photo of us. 4th October 1975, god i want this pie.

On the next page was Halloween. It was a picture from a window that was filming the ground outside. You could see four frigures in the dark running over the the ground with their arms spread out. 31th October 1975, wild animals on the ground? Nope, just the Mauraders having fun.

I lightly laughed. I remember this night. We were sneaking under the invisiblity cloak outside and then we just started running. We ran like there was no tomorrow. After a bit me and Pete laid oursleves out of breath on the wet floor. But James and Sirius were not stopable. Except when McGonagall came out and gave all of us detention for a month.

As i came to the last few pages with pictures from last year i started feeling sleepy.

The last page was full with dumb pictures of me. Some when i fell asleep. Some were shot just as i fell over. One was from me when i was looking through all my Bowie albums and Merch. '"How did you know i was a Bowie fan?" ' was written under the picture.

I closed the book and said: ,,Nox."

,,Good night David." I said to my owl, laying with my face towards the wall.

As i opened my eyes again i saw the clear night sky. I felt a cold breeze on my skin. I sat myself up and looked around. Nothing except an old hut was to see. I got myself up and started walking towards the little hut. As i opened the door a loud noise was coming from it. I winced by that weird noise. Slowly i turned my head to the inside of the hut. No one was probably been in that hut for ages. Everywhere dirt and broken things. Countless flies were flying through the room.

As i was walking through that room, i noticed another door. It looked like it was locked, but as i pressed the doorknob down it opened. I've got an unwell feeling going inside this room, but i still did it. But should have heard of my feeling. A creepy creature was leaning over an Person with its back towards me. Their stomach was open and the floor was full of blood. I saw how all the organs were coming out of them. The big creature which was leaning over them was tearing parts of the body and put them in its mouth. My eyes widen. I held one hand on my mouth and another on my stomach, having the feeling that i will puke every moment. The long, skinny creature was still eating, but as i tripped over an vase that was laying on the floor, it quickly turned around and what i saw made me scream.

The face of the creature was mine! My own face! The creatures screamed horrifying. I started running for my life, still thinking why this thing had my face. As i run towards the entrance i heard weird noises behind me, but i was too scared to look back. Right before i was outside, i tripped over the doorframe. And even though i should hit my head any moment i didn't. As i fell i felt like it took ages. Right after i opened my eyes to see were i was, i fell into a big tank of water.

Suddenly everything was quiet. While my body sank i tried to look around, as i heard weird noises everywhere. Were those wales? I was just listening to the sound. It sounded beautiful and scary at the same time.

I tried swimming back up. I wasn't far away from the surface. The moon was shining through the water. It was a full moon. Still hearing those noises i got with all my strength back up. But suddenly i heard a scream. Was that a boy screaming? I got up to take a deep breath. And without even looking where i was, i got back down looking for the person who screamed. It sounded horrifying. I tried to get as close to the ground as i could. It was dark underwater. I nearly could see my own hand.

After a while i started to see a figure. I swam towards it. As closer i got, all the better i saw the thing. I tried to see who that frigure was as i came closer. It looked like boy. As i was only a few meters away from that thing, i saw who it was. Long black hair. Pale skin. Grey eyes.

Sirius!, i tried to say but only a little noise came from me. He looked scared at me. I swam closer to hold him. But after i was holding him in my arm, i looked back at his face and suddenly a disgusting creature was infront of me. It screamed at me with such an high voice, i nearly didn't heard it. It was pushing me down. And suddenly i felt like there was not water. Like i would fall into nothing.
