Someone has set up Christmas decorations in October, and Draco Malfoy is determined to make them pay. Harry Potter is quite proud of his decorations, and he won't let some idiot with an ego trip tell him to take them down. ______Draco Malfoy is the president of the Homeowner's Association, and he is determined to shut down the house two doors down who dares to put up Christmas decorations on the first day of October. hi! i am not even sure there is an HOA in england. pretend there is. this idea has been in my head for ages, ever since i drove down my neighborhood and kept thinking about the decorations. shout out to my neighbors for always going all out on their decor. i'm trying to get this done before nanowrimo but we'll see!enjoy :)
