Chapter 1
It had been two weeks since the beginning of summer and Harry had a lot to think about. He was alone in his room talking to Hades.
"He made seven horcruxs Hades, seven fucking horcrux" said Harry disgusted.
"I know Harry, you told me more than a hundred times, I understand how you feel, people did not dare to make one, let alone make seven but we can not be sure that he made seven" Hades said and slid into Harry's chest.
"I do not know Hades, I have gathered some information about Tom Riddle and maybe I know where one of them is hidden" Hades raised his head with interest. "Tom Riddle grew up in an orphanage and sorted in Slytherin in his first year, he was an excellent student and had become a perfect and later a head boy. When he was in his 6 year, Myrtle Warren died of unknown circumstances but we know he died of the basilisk by order of Riddle, I imagine it was when he made his first horcrux. So we have six left. I searched for his family. I found out about a muggle named Tom Riddle who died the summer Voldemort was about to go to 6 years. Morfin Gaunt was charged for the murder and was imprisoned in azkaban. I looked for the Gaunts, they were the last descendants of Slytherin, one of them was called Marvolo Gaunt and he had two children Morfin and Merope Gaunt. Voldemort said he was halfblood, his father was a muggle and he had Slytherin's blood from his mother. The only explanation is that his mother, Merope Gaunt, gave him the name Tom Riddle's by his muggle father and the name Marvolo by his grandfather."
"As far as we know, his mother never went to Hogwarts" Hades said.
"Yes, I think his mother was a squib or he did not have enough magic to go at Hogwarts."
"Where do you think the other horcrux is?"
"I think Voldemort killed his father and then trapped Morfin or forced Morfin to do it, I want to believe he left one of his horcrux there" Harry said.
"When are we going to see?"
"Tomorrow" Harry said.
The next morning Harry and Hades took the bus to Little Hangleton.
~So where is this house?~ Hades whistled quietly as they got off the bus.
~I do not know, I have to ask~ Harry said and headed to a cafe. He walked to the cafe and stopped at some old ladies.
"Hello, sorry for the interruption but could I ask you a question?" Harry said politely with a charming smile to some old ladies.
"What a gentleman, what would you like to learn?" she asked him with a smile.
"So, I do doing some school research and i would like some information about the Gaunts if you know."
They looked at me strangely.
"For the Gaunts? as far as I know they were all crazy" said a old woman.
"Crazy?" Harry asked.
"Well, it was Marvolo if I am not mistaken his name, he had two children a boy and a girl, they were all curious, the girl was in love with the young Tom Riddle, he was the most beautiful boy in town, I was a little girl then and all the girls were in love with him, Marvolo Merope's daughter had fallen in love with him but he did not want her, one day they went out on the town holding hands and Tom Riddle seemed to be madly in love with her, but do you know where the weirdness is? Riddle almost did not know the girl, how he could be in love with her? they stayed together for a few months until one day Riddle went out on the town shouting that Merope was a witch and make magic to him to love her. The last thing I heard was that Tom Riddle died many years ago" ended the old woman forgotten in her memories.
"Interesting story" Harry said, storing the information in his mind. "Can you tell where the Gaunt live? I would like to see the place for a moment."
"Do you see the house on the hill high? This is Gaunt's house. Nobody goes there, it's haunted" the woman said.
"Don't worry, ma'am, I'm not going in. I just want to take a look."
"So be careful, it would be a pity for a young man as good as you to get anything."
"Thank you madam, have a good day "he said with a charming smile.
"You remind me of him you know, Riddle, you look a lot like him, you have a relationship with him?" She asked.
Harry paled only at the thought that he could be related to Riddle but smiled and replied "No, not as far as I know" and I headed to the Gaunt house.
Gaunt's house was an old ruined house. The grass had grown in the yard and there was rubbish.
~I smell other snakes, Harry~ Hades said, pulling his head out of Harry's shirt.
~Luckily I'm a parselmouth then.~
They went to the front door and tried to open it.
~It does not open, maybe I should go in through the window~ Harry said and let some of his magic to froze the window then he took a stone, threw it and the window broke. He climbed the window and went inside. The house from inside it was worse than outside. It was all broken, dirty and there was mold.
~So, where can it be?~ Harry asked.
~I do not know, let's look a little at home.~
They went further and searched the house.
~I feel something Harry~ said Hades ~to the right.~
They went to the right and found themselves in a room which was also destroyed like the rest of the house. There were two coiled snakes in the corner.
~I do not feel anything Hades.~
~There Harry, near the hearth, I feel a dark and dirty magic.~
They went there but were stopped by two other snakes that came forward.
~I will not hurt you, I came to get something.~
~We were ordered to watch the place young speaker.~
~Those who ordered you is dead, I order you to leave, you are free.~
~Thank you master.~
~Where do you feel the magic Hades?~
~In front of the hearth.~
He went to the fireplace and knelt in front putting Hades down.
Hades slipped on the floor and started looking around.
He went to the left of the hearth ~ Here.~
Harry walked over to Hades and started looking for the spot.
~i can't find anything Hades.~
~I smell the magic, somewhere inside the wall.~
Harry started banging on the wall to see where it was empty. Once he found he hit it with an object a few times until the wall break. There was a ring inside. He took it out and it was a gold ring with a black stone on it, on the stone was engraved a triangle with a circle inside and a line.
~The ring is familiar, as if it was mine for years.~
~ Strange, the magic of the stone reminds me of the magic of your robe~
~What does this symbol mean?~ Harry asked, pointing to the stone pattern on Hades.
~I have seen this symbol somewhere before but I can not remember where, sorry Harry.~
~It's ok, we will find it.~
~But u can feel the magic of the ring, it is sick and dark, there is also a curse on it, do not wear Harry it is dangerous~ Hades said quietly.
~Okay Hades, we better leave now.~
At night Harry and Hades went out to find a place to destroy the horcrux.
~Are you sure it's horcrux Hades?~ Harry asked as he lit a cigarette.
~I feel two different magics in the ring, one comes from the ring and is dark and sick and the other comes from the stone and is ancient and powerful, it is the same magic that is on your invisible cloak~ said Hades looking for a point to destroy the horcrux.
Carefully Harry pulled the stone from the ring trying to get it out, after a while he got it out.
~Magic feels....familiar, as if it were a part of me~ Harry said as he observed the stone.
~We'll have to look for it but for now we have to destroy the ring, here I think I found the right spot~ Hades said and started crawling near a big rock ~Swamp here~ he said pointing to a spot next to the rock.
~So now what?~ Harry asked after placing the stone on the ground.
~You'll have to stab it with the fang like you did with the diary~ Hades said walking away from the spot.
Harry took out the fang and vibrated in front of the ring ~Ok let's do this~ he said and stuck the fang into the ring.
Something black came out of the ring that took on a shape that didn't look human at all and a scream came out of it, it gripped the fang as tightly as it could and stomped on it as hard as possible making this thing that had come out of the ring scream as loud as it could until when the screaming stopped and the form dissolved.
Harry fell to the ground with water rolling down his forehead~One more horcrux destroyed, only 5 horcrux left.~
~Let's go Harry it's late~ Hades said.
