This was written as a snippet within the Legend League roleplay back in 2022. Seeing as it took so long to write, I figured I'd shove it onto Ao3 as well! This is connected to the Legend League AU & takes place during the Legend League roleplay. This One-Shot was originally written June 11th, 2022.

Teleporting into Pandora’s room, Lula wasn’t exactly expecting the pure disarray of the woman's room at first glance. But despite that, she wasn’t surprised in the slightest. If the broken glass, closed curtains, and items thrown about the room were anything to go off of, it was abundantly clear that Pandora did not take the information last night very well. Though a reaction like this from the woman wasn’t quite something Lula had ever experienced before.

The blue-haired woman made no move to even attempt to bother the still sleeping Pandora quite yet, instead of taking the chance to calm down a bit from her previous encounter with Wyvern as she moved around the room and figure out what exactly Pandora opted to destroy in her little episode. Though she wasn’t finding much of importance.

In the corner of the room, curled up on the floor and watching Lula carefully was Pandora’s Flygon Ryuu. The Pokemon had been present for Pandora’s mental breakdown last night and had promptly retreated out of the way of the woman's wrath. It had always been Night Light who was there for their trainer, the rest never quite knew how to handle her and had no interest in doing so. Thus when Lula appeared in the room and started snooping, Ryuu had no interest in stopping her unless he was personally bothered - and Lula was fully aware of this detail.

Seeming to decide that she was done looking about the room, Lula finally made her way back over to Pandora’s bed, looking at the dishevelled woman for a few moments before roughly pulling the oversized comfortable off of her.

“Y’know, it’s not very leader-like to be throwing tantrums like this,” Lula pointed out in a scolding tone as if she was a mother scolding her child. Pandora who was barely awake enough to process what was being said to her did not react. Though if she was awake enough, it would not be something Pandora would have reacted positively to.

This was to be expected but not something Lula was too appreciative of. So throwing caution to the wind, as per usual for her. Lula got a little bit closer, leaned down slightly and poked her finger right into Pandora’s cheek. It was enough to rouse the angry woman, as Pandora wasted not a second grabbing onto Lula’s wrist and holding her in place. Pale blue eyes finally shot towards Lula to send a seething glare at the woman in front of her.

“You better have a damn good reason for waking me up Lula, I have no interest in your bullshit right now.” It was clear Pandora was still tired judging by the bags under her eyes and the disarrayed look on her face. Lula didn’t doubt for a second Pandora did not sleep for very long.

Pity for Pandora that Lula didn’t care.

“I think you forget the reason for your little hissy fit last night, we still need to talk about Alia. Specifically, her staying here.” Lula was quick to shoot back. Despite the pain in her wrist from Pandora’s grip, Lula didn’t bother moving. She would let the irritable woman have this upper hand for now.

Pandora’s expression appeared to sour almost immediately as she sat up in her bed, the tightening grip on Lula’s wrist indicating how much she did not like that information. “What the fuck do you mean staying here? She’s still here!?”

“You’re not dumb enough to believe I actually brought her back last night, are you?” When Pandora didn’t do more than glare at her, Lula let out an amused giggle. “Sorry, I forgot you are.” When the expression on Pandora’s face shifted to one of pure malice, Lula took that as her cue to teleport out of Pandora’s grip. She didn’t go far, just a few paces back so the woman no longer had a grip on her.

“God, trying to take my hand off - are you?” Lula grumbled, rubbing her hand on her sore wrist for a moment as Pandora responded to the information in a not-too-kind manner.

“I want her out of my headquarters immediately Lula, that isn’t a request.”

Lula looked up at Pandora with a bit of a pout, tilting her head to the side as she gave a mocking. “What? Mad at having to see your ex-girlfriend? I thought you would be excited. Y’know long lost loves and all that sappy bullshit.” Doing a long, almost intrusive once over of Pandora, the blue-haired woman snorted. “Not that you’re even capable of all that crap.”

Pandora had draped her legs over the side of the bed with a tired grunt but didn’t bother moving. Lula’s words had definitely struck a nerve if the anger plastered on the woman's face was anything to go off of. Though instead of addressing the comment she simply snapped “While I thought she was dead for the past decade so forgive me for not being thrilled by your stupid stunt.” The response was pure sarcasm, but God did Lula revel in it.

“Oh! The miserable woman does have a heart in there somewhere!” Lula couldn’t help but giggle, shooting Pandora a patronizing look.

Pandora was quite unimpressed.

“What do you want Lula, you clearly don’t intend on listening to me so why are you here?”

Lula let out a short hum, rocking back and forth on her heels with a bit of a smug look. “I want you to give Alia an admin position.”

“No. What the fuck made you think I was ever going to agree to that?” Pandora snapped, finally pulling herself off of her bed to begin going through the mess of her room to try and find where she had managed to throw her hairbrush last night. She was incredibly careless in her search, simply tossing things on the floor or kicking items out of the way.

Lula let out a short snort at the pitiful scene, turning around towards the pile of glass that was on the floor behind her and picking up the hairbrush that was likely used to shatter it. “I don’t think you’re going to willingly agree to it. But for once I’m not doing this purely to anger you like I usually do.” There was a bit of a smug look on her face as she shook the few pieces of glass off the brush and onto the floor. “Alia has some pretty bad memory loss and I think her being around you will help her to some capacity as much as I hate it. So I already set her up in your old admin room.”

The detail that Lula went out of her way already set Alia up in her old room seemed to both piss off and surprise Pandora as she immediately sat up straight and glared at Lula. “You what?”

“Oh don’t act surprised,” Lula quipped chucking the hairbrush at Pandora who had just barely noticed Lula had it in her hand. She managed to catch the hairbrush, but the irritated look shot at Lula conveyed her distaste for the lack of warning.

“So what, you’re not giving me a choice? You forget who’s Team this is Lula.” Pandora snapped, though she gave up attempting to even put her hands on the irritable woman at this point, so instead, she began to irritably take the bun out of her hair so she could brush it.

“I am fully aware of who’s Team it is, and it sure as hell isn’t yours.” Lula snickered with a knowing look, knowing full well she was driving Pandora up the wall. “It’s not like we don’t need another Admin anyways since your spot has been vacant for over a year now.”

Pandora, now running the brush through her hair began pacing around the room as she began to go on a bit of a speal. “You honestly think Alia is capable of being an Admin? In Team Starlight maybe, I never once saw her act poorly towards another human being. You think she can handle this?” The question came off extremely condescending, and Lula got the point Pandora was trying to get across. But again, she didn’t care.

“Considering she’s willing to deal with it to stay around your dumbass, who the hell knows why, I’m sure she’ll be fine.”

Letting out a frustrated sigh, already tired of this conversation, Pandora halted her pacing to turn around and face Lula. “Fine, do what you want. I don’t care. Just keep her out of my way and when she fucks up she’s your responsibility. I will not let your random act of kindness for a ghost hinder my plans.”

“Happy you’re finally seeing things my way!” Lula giggled, skipping a few steps forward so she was in Pandora’s personal space. “Though you should really stop trying to act like you’re not at least somewhat relieved that she’s alive.”

Pandora didn’t even bother responding this time, instead immediately chucking the hairbrush in Lula’s general direction. Though the brush didn’t even have a chance to make contact before Lula teleported out of the room, it instead crashed into the vanity mirror and caused it to shatter on impact.

Letting out a frustrated groan, Pandora allowed herself to roughly sit back on the edge of the bed. Rubbing her hand over her eyes, she gave herself a few moments to process. When she removed her hand, Pandora looked up and made eye contact with the Flygon still curled up in the corner of her room - watching her warily.

“You’re fucking useless.” Pandora muttered, directing the comment at Ryuu. The Flygon merely covered his face with his tail in response.
