The Dursleys like to think they are a normal family living in a normal life.The wife Petunia Evens Dursley is the embodiment of a perfect stay at home mother,while the father Vernon Drusley works at a drilling factory and is work for the family of three.Their son Dudley was a chubby pink faced baby with blonde hair and blue eyes. Their house was prestibe and their garden wasn't the best but why would any of the neighbors blame her she just birthed a baby.
But you see the Dursley family isn't as normal as they seem. Petunia has a secret that the family is scared of any of the neighbors finding out that Petunia sister, Lilly is a witch and married to that freakish wizerd James potter. Last they heard from the Potter's was that Lilly was pregnant.
On November 1st it started as any day would. Petunia cooking a breakfast while Dudley ate well more like sloshed his food on his face and everywhere else. Vernon came down and ate breakfast while Petunia cleaned the dishes and got his lunch ready. Once done he brought his plate to her gave her a kiss on the cheek tried to kiss Dudley but ultimately failed and was on his way. He had a weird day,saw a lot of strange people celebrating,and heard alot of strange things happening.
The strangest to him was he heared wispers of "The Potter's" he didn't want to worry his wife because he knows how she would feel about that so he kept quiet.
The next day Petunia did her daily routine and was about to put the milk bottles. When she opened the door she found a baby in a basket on her door. She wanted to scream but knew that would pull attention to herself instead she just panicky lifted the basket with the baby and put it in the counter. She put the bottles out brought the new ones in and promptly slammed the door as quick as she could. Once she got back to the counter she noticed this baby was awfully pale so she slipped the blanket off andfilked the sink with warm but not too hot water.
What she didn't notice is that she covered a letter with the blanket and as she was warming the baby up Verneon took one look at his wife with a baby in the sink and the basket on the counter. He walked over and said "Petunia what's this baby doing here from what I know I only have one son." with a chuckle. She turned around and replayed with a snicker "Vernon I found this little lad outside on our doorstep didn't want the neighbors to see so I bought him in, cant have the neighbors spreading rumors." Suddenly all the foundess they were using vanished and the seriousness of the situation settled upon them.
It was a few minutes of quietness while They drunk Their coffee and ate breakfast did the baby stop looking so pale and shivering.At that moment they heard a soft cry from Dudley waking up.
"Vernon you go get Dudders I'll take care of this one."
"Got it Pet"
While Petunia got the other baby out if the tub and re wrapped him with his old blanket, did she notice that there was a letter. She gently put him in his crib and opened the letter inside the letter was a picture of her sister holding the baby with James Potter next to her.
She gasped and cupped a hand to her mouth, she knows what this means it means she was right.Her sister was dead and inside the envelope was a letter from the headmaster she didn't even want to read it. She just tore it up and threw it away god if only she never pushed Lilly away then this would of never happened. Petunia feels her pettiness and jealousy rise but now's not the time. There's tear tracks running down her face she can't let Vernon know he'll want to get rid of him,but a small part of her feels euphoric to the idea of getting revenge this way. She takes a deep breath shoves her feelings aside and gets ready to tell Vernein that the bo- no Harry is their nephew and that her sister is dead.
[4 years later ] Harrydosent know why Aunt Petunia doesn't like the weird stuff that happens around him but it's ok! He feels a bonk on his head and looks behind him to see Dudley near the couch with blocks in his hand. Harry claps his hands and babbles to Dudley,and Dudly babbles back asking to play. While stacking the blocks to go as high as the ceiling! (Up to the couches arm rest)While trying to put another the tower started falling and was gonna land on Dudley so they both Shrieked and tried to get away but as they fell they fell kinda slowly. He and Dudley gasped and shock with glee wanting to do it again.Aunt Petunia got a weird look on her face and dragged Harry to his other room(cupboard)that he goes in to when he does something bad she pushes him in and clicks the lock but opens the flap. While getting comfortable on the bed he was thrown on he hears Aunt Petunia say "What did I tell you boy?" Harry answerd "not to let freaky stuff happen around me." To appease his aunt's anger, yet still hears her huff and say."As soon as Vernon gets home we are talking about this Harry"with a hiss.
You see Harry is not a normal little boy unlike other boys his age he has a set of rules other little boys don't have to follow. Rule number one is try to not do feaky stuff around Dudley. Number two is to be a good boy and listen to Aunt Petunia.Number three don't complain about what Aunt Petunia says for him to do. And number three is to get control of the freaky thing do I don't do it around others.The two things Harry doesn't really get is how to get the freaky thing under contro. The second being he had to stay in the room (cupboard) for two days without playing with Dudley
