Megamind and Roxanne Ritchi have been dating for roughly two and a half years. Despite the difficulties there positions as damsel and villain pose. They’re able to not only maintain a stable relationship, but keep it a secret from everyone. With the only exception being Minion.
But what will happen when Roxanne becomes pregnant? What happens when they decide to keep it? And what happens when their daughter is born with blue skin and a tuft of black?
One can only hide a child for so long, even with Megamind’s ingenuity . It isn’t long before the media catches wind. While Megamind’s reputation is easily fixed with a few ‘demonstrations’ to show both the public and criminal underworld that he hasn’t gone soft. Roxanne’s on the other hand is broken beyond repair.
Being fired and evicted from her apartment being just the start of it. With the media having turned her into not only a social pariah. But also putting her on the city's wanted list for her involvement with Megamind. Out of everything though her family's disownment of her and cutting all ties came as the least surprising. Her relationship with anyone other than her deceased father having already been rocky at best.
Roxanne and their daughter quickly move into the layer. Not only for their own safety. But so Megamind can also be closer to Roxanne and their daughter. Megamind makes a genetic clone of Minion with the fish's consent. So his daughter will have someone there for her and always have her back Even when they can’t be. Just like Minion was to him. The young fish alien eventually being named Piscis.
Despite all the support from her new husband and his hench fish, Roxanne struggles to put her life back on track. Now not only is her career destroyed and she’s a wanted woman just for who she loves. But her and their daughter are now targets for any of Megamind’s enemies. Seeing them as his weakness.
But Roxanne is anything but weak and with some whit and the help of her own De-gun, becomes just as formidable and feared as Megamind. Becoming the Evil Queen of his criminal empire.
Though Megamind still engages in his battles with Metro Man. They are far less frequent. Instead choosing to have his career start to focus more on getting more control over the criminal underworld of Metro City. In order to both allow him to spend more time and focus on his wife and daughter and to better keep them safe by gaining more power and respect. Effectively establishing himself as a type of mob boss and a mob family to go with it. Though he doesn’t become the Overlord of the public. He does become the official Overlord of the criminal underworld with his queen and favorite fish by his side.
