When Harry opened the door, he noticed the receptionist at the desk was gossiping on the phone. The woman motioned for him to wait a minute, so he dug in his bag to grab his note while he waited. The lady finally hung up, and turned to him, “How can I help you?” she said in an overly cheery voice. Harry handed her the note that stated that he was a new student and that he needed his schedule. 

“Oh, you must be Harry Potter. I was so very sorry when I heard that you were mute.” She said in a very annoyingly high pitched voice. He quickly wrote, “Don't worry about it, I'm okay.” 

“Okay, here is your schedule and a map of the school.”

He gave her a little wave, before scanning the map to find where his first class was, which was history. ‘Great, I don't even know the history of England.’ After a few minutes of walking he made it to the hallway of his class. 

“ Hi, you must be new. My name's Jessica,” an annoying voice said behind him. Harry turned to see a girl that had very revealing clothes on. “ I can show you around, since you probably don't know where anything is. You could sit with me and my friends at lunch and-” the girl, Jessica, as she was rambling on and on she had grabbed onto his arm stopping him from walking away.

“Harry, there you are, I was looking for you.” Harry tugged his arm away from the overly touchy girl to see his mate, Jasper walking towards him. Harry rushed towards him, getting swept into a warm, welcoming hug. “Where is your schedule, we can see how many classes we have together.”

Harry handed his schedule to Jasper, hoping they had at least a few classes together. “It looks like we have all of our classes together. I can show you where they all are, and help translate for anyone that doesn’t know sign language,” Jasper spoke as he walked Harry to the History class. “ I’m happy, I can at least know one person in my classes. I have my notebook in case I need to talk,” Harry signed quickly as he smiled at Jasper.

“Excuse me, but I was trying to talk to him before you cut me off.” a very annoying girl said, ruining his mood. “ Oh, how rude of me to talk to my boyfriend,”  Jasper said sarcastically, pulling Harry closer. Harry found that he felt very calm with Jasper's arm around him. “YOur BoYfriEnd?! No he was going to mine.” The very stupid girl screeched. 

“I was never going to date you, I am very gay.” Harry signed angrily at her. She looked at him confused, “What is going on with your hands, are you stupid?” she yelled. Harry sided-eyed Jasper hoping he would handle this girl, which was giving him a headache. 

“Harry isn't stupid, he was using sign lang-” 

“Oh, he’s deaf and dumb.”

“No you cow, he’s just mute. Now excuse us, we have class.” Jasper snapped at her, before walking around her guiding me to our first class.

The bell finally rang to signal the start of lunch, and a crowd of students rushed out of their classes. Harry and Jasper walked slower, not feeling like they needed to rush. Harry was glad to finally get a break, his brain was hurting.

“ Are you hungry, Harry?” Jasper asked as they walked into the cafeteria.

“I’m actually very hungry. Those classes were harder than I expected, thank you for helping me tho.” Harry signed back. 

“ You are welcome, Darlin’. Don't worry about not understanding the classes, I will help you.” Jasper spoke, guiding Harry to the table his siblings were already sitting at. Harry immediately stopped, having noticed where they were heading. 

“What's wrong, Harry?”

“Are we sitting with your family?” Harry asked nervously.

“Unless you don't want to, but I was hoping that you could meet them.”

“What if they don’t like me?” 

“Why wouldn't they like you? If you are too nervous we can sit somewhere else until you are ready.” Jasper said reassuringly. 

“I suppose I can try to meet them,” Harry agreed. Jasper led Harry over to the table, and started introducing everyone. “Everyone, this is Harry, my boyfriend. Harry, my siblings.” Jasper pointed as he said their names, “ The pixie cut it Alice, then next to her is Edward. Then the beautiful blonde is Rosalie, and next to her is Emmett.”  

Harry waved hello, as Jasper pulled out a chair for him before sitting down himself. “So, Harry, where are you from?” Emmett asked, breaking the silence.

“ Originally, I'm from England” Harry answered, happy that they weren’t asking personal questions, hoping that it would last. “That’s cool, How old are you?” Rosalie asked, inwardly smirking at the look Alice had when Jasper and his mate walked over. 

“I just turned 17, in July.” Harry answered, glad that Jasper's siblings were being actual kind people. 

“Why can't you talk?” Alice asked rudely, bringing the mood down.

“I don’t see how that is any of your business,”

“Alice, that's uncalled for.” Jasper said glaring at her. 

“What it's a legitimate question?” Alice said, trying to defend herself.

“I already told you to not bring it up, it's not any of your business.” Jasper snapped at her, putting his arm around Harry. 

“Alice, leave him alone,” This surprisingly came from Edward.

“What,” she screeched.

“Why are you being like this? You broke your vow, but you just wanted to have his attention too.” Edward said, berating her.

“Why are you on their side,” she pouted. 

“Because you are being petty and jealous for no reason.”

After a small moment of shocked silence Jasper spoke up, “Thank you, Edward.” 

“Hey guys, sorry I had a question on an assignment.” A voice interrupted the moment, a girl with plain brown hair sat down between Alice and Edward. “Who is this?”  

“Bella, meet my boyfriend Harry. Harry, this is Bella, Alice and Edward's girlfriend.” Bella waved hi, before turning to ask Alice what was wrong, who was still pouting.

“She's mad because I called her jealous and petty. She is upset because Jasper isn't hung up on her.” Edward answered before Alice could start ranting. 

“Oh, why? Don’t you want him to be happy, like you are with us? You are happy with us aren't you.” Bella stated, looking at Alice. 

“ No, I love both of you. I was just a little jealous he moved on so quickly. Jasper, I didn't want to tell you cause I didn't want you to be all by yourself.”

“I understand why you did it, I just don't like that you took it out on Harry.” Jasper said, feeling her guilt-ridden emotions.

“Harry, I’m sorry. I hope with time we could be friends,” Alice smiled, felling stupid for overreacting.

“I forgive you, I don't want to make you guys fight, I know Jasper is really close to his family.” Harry signed, smiling up at his mate. Jasper looked down, feeling eyes on him, and saw Harry's beautiful eyes staring up at him. It was then that he leaned down and pecked Harry's forehead.
