Chapter 7

People are multifaceted, so much so that even they themselves have no right to understand themselves.

  “This is fucked up.”

A strange picture unfolded in front of the guy: about fifty students from different faculties, except for Slytherin, stood at the tables, on which there were small flasks with a dark green potion. The only ones not at the tables were Granger, Lovegood, the three Weasleys (the twins and Ginny), and Longbottom. They all stood together in front of the students

Everyone looked at Nott at once after he spoke. If Harry's friends had an indifferent expression on their faces, then the rest of them had a whole gamut of feelings. And these feelings were not quite positive.

“What is he doing here?!” Ron Weasley asked irritably.

“He... he's a big part of it, Ron. So not only you, but all of you will have to come to terms with his presence," Hermione replied coldly. Then she continued, but her tone became warmer “Let's start what we are all here for. We understand that you have questions about why you have unfamiliar potions in front of you, but this is necessary for you.”

“But for what?” asked a Hufflepuff from the same course as Theo. Susan Bones, the Slytherin remembered.

"These potions test to see if you have any charms or potions in your body that make you act or do something insignificant against your will," Granger calmly answered the girl's question.

"But there's no such potion," said a Ravenclaw boy in his seventh year.

“You are right. This potion was created by all of us, or rather, we helped the person who created this potion in this,”” the girl smiled softly, remembering how they all helped create Harry's potion together. “It has already passed all the tests, so there will be no accidents.”

"But that's not what we're talking about now," Ginny interrupted, giving everyone a stern look. “We suspect that many of you have at least one spell or potion that could affect your mind. If you drink a potion and such charms or potions are found in your body, they will come out as a dark liquid.”

At the last words, the red-haired girl smirked, as did everyone else who stood next to her. Even Theo, who stood calmly on the sidelines, smiled, understanding what exactly the girl meant.

After a few seconds, buckets appeared on the tables next to the potions. Some of the students' faces were scrunched up at the notion of what they would have to go through, unless of course they were lucky.

“Ah, we forgot to say,” Luna added in a dreamy voice. “The name of the person who bewitched you will appear on the parchment, and the compulsion itself, if such a thing happens. Get started.”

Some students looked at the potions warily, while others decided not to stand on ceremony and immediately consumed the potion without hesitation. After drinking it, the students were glad that nothing happened, as one of the Gryffindors bent over the bucket. Nearly everyone else followed. The only thing that the potion didn't work on was those who had strong amulets given from their parents.

Looking at this with a wild grin, Theodore didn't expect to see the potion hand in front of him."I don't need it, I have excellent protection," Nott replied contemptuously.

"It's never too late to check how good your defense is," Hermione replied with a fake smile.

In all that time, Harry spoke for the first time.

Drink this and don't show off.

After that, the fox lightly bit the guy's finger.

Rolling his eyes, Theo handed Harry the nearest twins to Harry while he took and drank the potion. A bucket hovered beside him, waiting in the wings. But it didn't work - everything is clean.“Which was to be proved,” the boy said irritably.

Under the twins' mocking gaze, he took Harry back to him.

Didn't die.

The fox snorted, simultaneously settling more comfortably in the guy's arms.

“What the hell!?”exclaimed a couple of people when they saw on the parchment the name of the person who had cast the spell on them.

Hermione walked over and picked up the parchment. The curly-haired girl only chuckled when she saw the one who cast the spell.

“Who do you think it is?” she asked, smiling.

“Our favorite director,” they answered in unison and laughed.

“Right!”

After that, the girl joined her friends, laughing. But this did not last long, the disciples, who were cleansed, interrupted their fun.

“I-I don’t understand how!? Why? “ Looking at the parchment, Ron exclaimed, the last word the guy whispered, but everyone heard him.

Fred and George went up to their brother and put their hands on his shoulders. Nothing remained of the twins' former high spirits.

“This, our brother, is easy to understand. He simply acts as he sees fit and does not care who gets hurt and dies in the course of his work. After all, this is for the “common good,” the guys smiled sourly when they finished speaking.

The others looked at them in shock - no one had ever seen the twins so serious. But their words - they had to be digested, as well as the information received. The room fell into silence. But this silence was quickly interrupted by Ginny Weasley's clap, after which the tables, along with the potions, disappeared, leaving only the parchment.

“Yeah, stop whining. You came here not to think about difficult questions, but to study. Let's deal with what you came here for." The girl smiled brightly. Looking at her smile, people involuntarily began to smile. They immediately switched to training, because in fact no one wanted to think about this whole situation, no one wanted to believe in it. After all, if they think about it, that fragile hope of a fairy-tale Hogwarts will be shattered in an instant. But questions still tormented many students.

“Ginny is right,” Neville said softly for the first time, but then he spoke clearly and to the point. “Now we will divide you into groups according to interests and levels of training. You will all work together. Objections are not accepted.”

All the students were looking at Neville with their eyes wide open. This is exactly what they did not expect from the quiet of the whole school. Even with a soft tone, it sounded menacing.

Neville, Luna, Hermione, Ginny, Fred and George began to sort people into groups. Theo and Harry were talking quietly while no one noticed them.

“I honestly didn’t expect the director to interfere in the lives of so many people. Although his great ideas need a lot of people and their support. But this is out of the ordinary, even for me,” Nott said irritably.

Even though he didn't care about all these people, he was always annoyed by the director's actions. After all, this could bring him problems in the future, but he really did not want to bother with this. But the good-natured grandfather is opposed to dark magic and Slytherins. In the first year, it immediately became clear that Slytherin was not worthy of much, in his opinion. And all because there are dark magicians. And as a twelve-year-old child, he realized that behind the bright and beautiful image of his grandfather, rot is hidden, which has long taken root. And in the fourth year, this was confirmed, because the almighty wizard “could not break the contract of a fourteen-year-old child with the Cup,” he just let everything take its course. But Theodore was not going to disclose his opinion to anyone, because everyone loves the good-natured headmaster of Hogwarts.

This nasty old man. He certainly knows that even a small influence negatively affects the brain. And he still does it.

Well, nothing, very soon I will rid this world of such dirt. Having previously destroyed faith in him. How sad it will be if our beloved director dies in agony, and everyone just turns away from him. Ah, what a terrible ending.

Theo just smirked as he presented the picture. It will be especially nice to be part of Dumbledore's downfall. That's just the Slytherin grinned for a short time - they were interrupted by Hermione, who approached them.

“Nott, I want to ask for your help,” the curly-haired girl said rather calmly.

“And what is my help?” Theo asked indifferently, though he already knew why Granger had approached him.

“We need your help teaching them,” pointing to a group of students who were a year younger than him.

“I didn’t sign up for this, I just came at Harry’s request,” the dark-haired guy still replied indifferently. The girl just rolled her eyes.

Theo, that was one of the reasons I brought you here. I know you don't like interacting with people much. But, think, if you get close to them, then you can use them in the future, like everyone else here. Many of them will work in the Ministry, that's for sure. This is such a good chance, it will be much less of a hassle if you now establish relations with them. Just think, you can do whatever you want with them.

“I have good connections anyway. And you haven't studied me enough if you think I won't be able to contact them in the future. I have my own methods - you should know this,” the guy whispered to the fox with a predatory grin, so that no one would hear him.

I know this very well.

I've seen you play Slytherins against each other just for your own pleasure. And you love to watch when someone suffers, while you like to watch how they slowly destroy each other. And when you decide that you have played enough, you decide whether to stop it or not.

So, yes, I know how disgusting and creepy you are, and I even like that about you. But extra toys never hurt.

The fox said with a wicked grin. Nott responded in kind. He likes the fact that in such a short time, Harry at least a little, but was able to study it. He was pleased with the attention from his couple. But he also liked Potter's idea of using the children however he pleased."Do you think they'll agree to having a Slytherin teach them?" Theodore asked Hermione with a hint of challenge.

“They have no choice,” the girl replied sternly. A parchment appeared in her hands “This is their program, you can follow it, or you cannot.”

Nott eyed the parchment appraisingly. Without saying anything and without taking the parchment, Theodore approached the group of fourth-year students. The sorceress only grunted and returned to her group.

Nott released Harry at his request. He turned into his original nogitsune form and sat next to Theo. He carefully examined all the students in the room, making some notes for himself. But his attention was attracted by Theodore's voice, which addressed the student.

“Show each other all the spells you know,” Nott said commandingly.

Looking at him in disbelief, the fourth-year students began to complete the task. Theodore gave everyone an appraising look and rolled his eyes when he realized that there was a lot of work to be done.

As everyone got into the learning process, Harry moved away from Theo. Only when he passed very close to the students, they noticed his changed form, but they did not say anything, they simply continued their training. Sometimes the nogitsune stopped in front of one or another student, burning him with his eyes. Harry's friends noticed this and approached the man, touching him. People only looked inquiringly, but having received the answer “this is how it should be”, they continued their training.

Theo noticed it too, he didn't ask questions, he just watched. He was wondering what it was for.So he just kept teaching the fourth years, who were more or less used to him.

An hour later, Harry was sitting next to Theo again. It was then that Hermione, along with the others, stopped training.

“Those we have touched, we ask you to stay. If someone doubts that you have been touched, then there is a red mark on your clothes. The rest are free, see you next week,” Hermione ordered sternly.

“Before you leave, take a potion and an amulet each at the exit. The potion will help you cleanse, and the amulet will warn you about the invasion of your mind. Be careful and remember - don't make eye contact with Dumbledore," Neville instructed the guys who had gathered at the entrance.

When the students who had not been touched left, almost all the senior students from different faculties remained. Everyone looked at each other in bewilderment and looked at them, not understanding why they were left behind.

“You are tormented by the question, “why are you here?”. It's simple, it is related to what you learned before class. We will also help you learn a little about this world,” Luna said dreamily.

"There's definitely a lot you want to know," said the blonde Ginny. "But the big question is, why did Dumbledore do this to all of you? I ask our beloved leader to answer this question.”

The girl smiled slyly as she said her last words. Harry appeared next to Theo in his half-human form. If the students had looked closely, they would have seen the sleeping fox in Knott's arms. But no one noticed this, everyone stood in shock when they realized who was standing in front of them. Everyone knew that Harry Potter was seriously ill, and this was confirmed by Madame Pomorphy, which is why he did not go to classes for so long. But here he is. Only this Harry Potter was very different from the one everyone knew. Tail, ears and long hair are not all that have changed. This Harry Potter gave goosebumps just by looking at him. It seemed that he was at the same time empty, completely dead, but at the same time, fun and madness splashed in his eyes.

“You are a kitsune,” the Ravenclaw girl whispered.

Harry stepped forward with an indifferent expression on his face, looking straight into the eyes of the girl who had spoken.

“This is true. Only,” at these words the long-haired guy grinned sarcastically “ there are many varieties of kitsune. This is for you, mind you. But we're not here to find out who I am.”

Harry disappeared after these words, but his voice came from the other side of the room. Some people were frightened when they saw Potter suddenly appear behind them out of nowhere. There was the same smirk on his lips.

“I left you because I think you can help me. And in return, we will open your eyes.” Saying this, Harrison moved smoothly around the room, passing between the students. “Only now, we need you to sign a contract. This is not the one you signed before.Because of this contract, you won't be able to say anything about what happened here. Once you sign it, you will no longer be able to refuse, and you will have to stay here and come to terms with everything that will happen here.”

“What if we don’t agree or find a way to tell someone?” the girl from the seventh year of Ravenclaw asked rather boldly. But all the courage fell from the girl's face when two, like a death curse, eyes stared at her, so soulless and so insane at the same time. She didn't even notice how her hands began to tremble.

“If you try to somehow circumvent the contract, and I will definitely find out, then I will kill you,” Harry said with the most charming and gentle smile. His head was slightly tilted to the side, his hands were clasped behind him, and his tail wagged a little. “And my friends will help me with this. But the most important thing is that no one will know exactly when you will die. By tearing you apart and destroying the corpse, I can create a doll that will replace you. Your families won't understand it, everyone will think it's you. But no, these will be soulless shells that I will manage. And it will be sad if one of "you", completely randomly, kills the whole family.”

The crowd of students stood and looked at Harry with eyes full of fear. Despite the gentle tone of the guy that fascinated. Words - they penetrated under the skin, spreading with a dark substance, forcing to stand, and driven to breathe.

Seeing the dismay of the students, the nogitsune laughed as he doubled over. His friends also couldn't help but chuckle and smirk.

"I'm kidding," Potter said with a soft smile, laughing. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief, but when the kitsune's face abruptly changed to a serious one, they involuntarily became alert “the Contract will not give you even an attempt to bypass it, everything is thought out in advance. And if you do not want to participate in this, then please - the way out is there. You will simply forget everything you saw and heard after you left.”

Some people had already taken a few steps towards the door, but stopped abruptly. They turned their heads and looked at Harry, who was smiling brightly again, wagging his tail a little. Not realizing their actions, the guys returned back. Even despite his intimidating aura, this Harry Potter attracted, he always did, but now it is simply impossible to take your eyes off. Yes, it was terrifying that it penetrated right under the skin, but there was something strange about it that held it in place.

“Nobody? Just fine.” Clapping his hands happily, Harry turned serious again.

A parchment and a pen appeared before each student, some read it carefully, while others signed it without hesitation.

“Then I will begin. All of you today have affirmed that Headmaster Dumbledore is not such a bright grandfather as he shows himself to be. It is easy to understand his motives if you know from what angle to look. As Fred and George have said before, his goal is clear - it is to do "everything for the common good." But this target, it's disgusting - it's destroying magic in Britain.

“ What!? What nonsense!? How can magic be destroyed?” one of the Hufflepuffs asked, it was Zacharias Smith

"Easy," all those who stood behind Harry answered at once. Hermione looked at Nott incredulously when he said it too, but did nothing, he just rolled his eyes at it.

“Magic, like any object in this world, is not eternal,” the nogitsune continued with a predatory smirk. “If it is not handled correctly, it can easily disappear.”

"But what's wrong with Britain that it's disappearing?" the fourth-year Gryffindor asked timidly.

“Prohibitions. There are countless of them in Britain. The Ministry is so stupid, because they don't understand what they are doing, because they are thoughtlessly dancing to the tune of an innocent old grandfather. For example, the most important ban is the ban on Dark magic.”

After saying that, Harry looked around at everyone present, looking at their various emotions. He enjoyed the way he brings, albeit small, but chaos. Therefore, no one interfered in his monologue - he was allowed to feast on it, satisfying his need for at least some portion of chaos and fear.

Someone from the crowd shouted that this branch of magic is disgusting. Gryffindors. They will never disappoint Harry. With their courage and division into white and black, poor kids do not see the truth at all. This amused Potter so much that he couldn't help but laugh. Almost everyone trembled from the cold and slightly hysterical laughter that resounded around the room. But not the Gryffindors who decided to stand their ground. Stubbornness is not always a good character trait.

Harry abruptly appeared next to a classmate that decided to stand out.Surprisingly, it turned out to be Seamus Finnigan, he was a little surprised when he first saw him here, but decided to leave him. Right in front of his surprised face, Harry looked into his eyes. Almost without touching him, the kitsune ran his claw over the guy's face. Although the boy shouldn't feel anything, the blond shuddered visibly. “The brain is amazing,” Potter thought.

“Do you even know what dark magic is?” Potter asked the Gryffindor. But receiving only swearing and no explanation, the long-haired boy clucked and turned away from Finnigan.

“Do any of you know what dark magic is?” Harry asks the others. But when he received silence in response, he was not surprised. “I thought so. Now listen carefully. If someone did not know, then Light magic is the magic that is connected with the fact that we take it from the outside. Dark magic is based on the magic that is inside you, your emotions and the like. Everything is simple.”

The crowd of students who did not understand anything made a noise, the noise began to grow, the nogitsune was just waiting for this. There were many indignant, there were also those who thought, but they were all united by one thing - questions.

"Quiet," Harry said coldly, and the students immediately fell silent. “Ask your questions one by one, and we will answer.”

“Why isn't this information in the library?” the Ravenclaw asked.

“Director. His school, his rules. He removed almost all books related to the basics of magic and almost everything about dark magic. Leaving the most terrible books in the forbidden section. And then, this is done in order to scare away curious kids who are interested in dark magic, ”Hermione calmly explained. It was after this that an endless stream of questions began.

The atmosphere in the room warmed a little, but Harry's very presence and his suffocating dark aura involuntarily caused shivers. But he didn't do anything, just stood next to the tall Slytherin, talking calmly to him. From time to time he cast searching glances at some of the students, but quickly returned to his conversation with Theo.

“Ah, yes,” drawled the nogitsune with a nasty smile, “Dark magic is what you will learn here. Since you have already signed the contract, you cannot refuse.”

Even after all the questions, the fear of Dark Magic was still strong. But this is not surprising, since childhood they were fed fairy tales that Dark magic is the worst thing in the world. Therefore, Harry and his friends decided that it was better to show them in practice than in theory.

“How!? You said you brought us all here just for information!” Hufflepuff was outraged.

The twins who were next to this girl only smiled, but it was not like their usual playful smile, this smile was like a grin.

“We said we would open your eyes..

“And Dark Magic will help us with this ..

“So do not resist and follow our instructions.”

“But we can go crazy! Just like the rest of the Dark wizards!” shouted Cormac McLaggen.

“Pf, these idiots weren’t crazy because they used Dark Magic, but simply because they didn’t know how to use it, even surprisingly, having such a huge store of knowledge with them. Also, the sheer amount of curses they used had specifically damaged their heads, not Dark Magic.” Potter said, looking directly at the Gryffindor.

"Harry meant to say that with proper training, none of this would happen to you. We won't let this happen," Hermione said sternly, looking at her friend with all her anger in parallel, who just rolled his eyes. But his expression suddenly became serious.

“But that's later, and now let's continue the story. Dark magic is an integral part of magic. It doesn't happen that one branch of magic exists and another doesn't. It never happens, there must always be a balance. Haven't any of you noticed that not a single new spell has been created in the last 50 years? But this is only a small part of it. Compared to the previous century, magic in Britain has been greatly weakened. Here answer, which of you can do at least a few easy spells without a wand?” Harrison asked, giving everyone a cold look.

In the hall, only a few people from the seventh and sixth year raised.

“Just three people. Although before, every third person could create a light spell without a wand. But, again, this is only a small part, I can list endlessly what has worsened during Dumbledore's "reign" the last sentence was said with such strong disgust that everyone present felt it.

“But why would he do it?”

“It’s just that our headmaster got “burned” himself when he used Dark Magic. One accident - and now he decided that Dark magic is dangerous. And then he believed it was for the “common good.” I think that's enough stories for today, it's time to start practicing.”

“But what about your lies about Voldemort!?” shouted Seamus Finnigan when everyone calmed down a bit. He was supported by some of the students.

Harry looked down and raised an eyebrow, grinning - someday such audacity would lead to their deaths. Harry would love to see it. But now there is another problem. The Nogitsune disappeared from the crowd's view and abruptly appeared from behind the Gryffindor. Gently wrapping his arms around his body, Harry whispered into Seamus' ear.

"Are you sure I'm lying? Were you at the cemetery with me then? No!? Oh, how could I forget, you were definitely not there,” the last words were whispered with anger.

Potter smirked as he sensed his fellow student's fear. Still, he decided to pull away from him when he saw Theo's dark gaze. After blowing a kiss to the Slytherin, the long-haired boy reappeared in front of everyone.

“For all the people who trust the newspapers, I will show you my memories from my fourth year, or rather from the last test. I am Harrison James Potter and I swear that all the memories that I will now show are true and actually happened. Let it be so.”

Everyone in the room felt the magic that lightly touched their skin - the contract was sealed.

"Now watch," Harry said tauntingly.

A huge screen appeared in front of everyone. The first thing the students saw was Cedric and Harry taking the goblet together. Several Hufflepuffs gasped as they saw Diggory's death curse fly from the man who looked like a rat. Then a fourteen-year-old boy is tied to a statue. Further - more interesting. The ritual of resurrection has begun. Harry leaned against Theo, raptly watching the faces of the students, who twisted in disgust and slight horror when Pettigrew cut off his own hand. Theo, on the other hand, easily holding the nogitsune by the waist (having previously conjured a couch for Harry's real body), carefully watched the resurrection, even the moving fox ears that flashed before his eyes did not interfere with him. Irritation was clearly visible on his face. Harry smirked when he noticed this, he was pleased with such excitement for his person.

When Voldemort emerged from the cauldron, a sticky fear ran through the entire crowd as they realized that all this was true and those murders were the work of the Dark Lord. Theo snorted in irritation when he saw Voldemort summon the Death Eaters. Harry decided to add fuel to the fire. He turned to face the guy and slowly ran his finger over his cheek, slightly scratching the skin with his claw, while his other hand lay calmly on his chest. Unlike Seamus, Nott felt the touch. He turned his darkened eyes to Potter, just waiting for this.

“You see your father here, Theo?” Harry asked, batting his long eyelashes innocently. Feeling that his waist was squeezed tighter, his face suddenly changed. There was nothing left of the innocent expression on his face, now a smirk adorned his face. Standing on his tiptoes, he reached out to the Slytherin’s ear and whispered, “I can see him perfectly well. Should I show you where he is?”

“You're playing with fire, Harry,” Theo said calmly, squeezing Harry's waist tighter. But Nott's dark eyes gave the guy away - they were full of hatred. The Nogitsune enjoyed this.

“Is it true? Oh, how sad, but I really wanted to,” Potter said with feigned pity. “Well, I won’t distract you anymore, otherwise you’ll miss the most interesting thing.”

With these words, the guy turned around and began to contemplate his performance. The Slytherin also had no choice but to return to viewing the memories. If this conversation was noticed by one of Harry's friends, they decided not to advertise it. By the end of the viewing, all the students experienced such emotions that they felt sick.Harry almost wagged his tail with such fear. But quickly calmed down when the memory ended and the screen faded.

“Now you have seen the rebirth of Tom Marvolo Riddle, a half-breed that can’t die. Well, or Voldemort, as you know him, - with an innocent smile, the nogitsune informed about what he saw.

"So Dumbledore wasn't mad, and you weren't lying," Finnigan whispered in shock.

"Ha, Dumbledore just went mad, and a very, very long time ago.Hmm, probably when he broke up with Grindelwald and accidentally killed his sister,” Harry answered after hearing the words of a fellow student.

After these words, the rest woke up from shock. Having digested everything said, they had a lot of questions. But Harry only answered one.

“Tom was never a pureblood wizard. Pureblood mother, Muggle father. Maybe he was even a bit of a victim of circumstance. But this does not negate the fact that he became an insane psycho, who turned from a handsome man into a bald, noseless garbage that you can’t even call a man. With that, we're done with the questions, it's time to start practicing." Harry's tone made it clear that this was the end of the conversation.

The students were again divided into groups. There were many dissatisfied, others were afraid, but everyone had to put up with it, because they had no choice. Only after half an hour of practice did enthusiastic exclamations go. Almost everyone was able to feel the magic within themselves, which caused an extremely unusual feeling. This was the end of their collection.

“Ron,” Hermione called out to the slightly lost guy, “Today at one in the morning, in the common room. We'll be waiting for you, we need to talk.”

“Okay,” the guy answered in confusion and disappeared behind the door.

When all the students left and only those who organized it all remained. They decided to discuss today. They did not care about the extra listener, especially when he was silent and just watched. After talking about how everything went well, even better than they expected, after discussing their next plans, they began to get together.

But everyone stopped abruptly when Luna suddenly grabbed Harry's hand. She shouldn't have held back because the spell hadn't been cast, but the blonde didn't care. The guy turned to face the girl, she looked straight into his eyes, her eyes were clear as never before. They were immediately approached by the others, all with concentrated and serious facial expressions. Hermione conjured the parchment, as did Ginny. Theo watched this calmly, with slight interest, but twitched towards Harry when he saw that Lovegood began to burn strange symbols on the nogitsune's arm with her magic. Potter's free hand grabbed Nott's wrist.

"Don't interfere," the boy said coldly.
