Harry Potter successfully protected the Philosopher's Stone, but Voldemort escaped with Quirrel's body.The Dark Lord was able to come back even before Harry's second year, but things didn't go quite as planned.Why do you think this is called "Doppelgänger"?

First, I would like to clarify a few things:
- Snape won't be the one who told Voldemort about the profecy, it will be Pettigrew.
- Snape will be overpowered, so if you don't like those kind of exagerations you may find this annoying.
- There will be just one horocrux: The diary. It will be hidden on the Room of Requirements, where the diadem was on the books.
- As I said, the ritual to bring Voldemort back doesn't work the sameas in the books.
Also I'd like to say that there will be elements of different fanfics like "The scathing savior of the wizarding world", "Vision of doom", "Darkness visible", "Severus Snape: The one who walks in the shadows", "Falling apart", things written by elvirakittens and Genuka, etc. (I recommend all of the above.)
