Mo'at
Harry would have never pictured what it would look like inside Hometree, but the nostalgia hit him hard. The groups of people reminded him of Hogwarts and the clicks at the meal tables.
Immediately, after Harry and Tsu'tey had followed the party inside the large tree, he couldn't help but look around at all of the different people. Masses of blue, all grouped together, were staring intently at the group, or mainly Jake. A select few had noticed Tsu'tey's own entry and had watched Harry with weary eyes. Harry understood why they looked at him like that, and he probably would have felt better if he was tied up like Jake.
Like an animal.
The stares that the people were giving Jake were openly hostile, many of the men and women would snarl at him as he passed. Harry, however, was looked at with curiosity. It was probably an anomaly to see Tsu'tey being nice to someone, let alone a Dreamwalker.
Harry had felt Tsu'tey get off of the pa'li, and he had not fought the hands that had grabbed his small waist. Harry stared up at Tsu'tey, his green eyes looking deep into Tsu'tey's golden ones, almost sobbing at the uncanny resemblance to his deceased godfather and his godchild.
"I see you, Father." Harry jumped slightly after hearing Neytiri greet her father. He had no idea that they had been that close to the clan leader. The man, Harry had noticed, was heavily decorated in feathers, beads, and sharp objects. It reminded him of the Native American tribes that he had visited over the one hundred years he had walked the earth.
"Why have you brought them here, Daughter?" This time, it was clear that the clan leader was talking to not only Jake but Harry too. Harry mentally took it back. He had much preferred Tsu'tey's gentle treatment earlier.
"What is he saying?" Harry facepalmed. Jake couldn't speak na'vi, so Harry tried to keep in mind that it was impossible for him to understand their situation.
"My father is deciding whether or not to kill you," Neytiri said shortly, obviously annoyed with Jake and his questions. Harry couldn't blame her. Yeah, Jake was his friend, but Harry had hoped that the Marine would show some preservation skills.
"Father," Jake muttered to himself. "It's nice to meet you." Jake rushed forward, and chaos erupted in a second. Tsu'tey lurched forward, grabbing onto Jake's arm with an iron grip while Neytiri pushed him back. Harry stayed away, knowing that there was nothing that he could do. Jake needed to learn.
"Step Back!" Another voice, this time female, yelled from the spiral behind the clan leader. The woman was just as decorated as the chief.
"That is Tsahïk," Neytiri whispered to Jake, both watching the woman descend to their level. Harry heard them anyway, and he felt the energy of Eywa radiating off of the woman. Harry could tell that this woman had some kind of relationship with the consciousness of the planet.
"Come closer." The woman narrowed her eyes at Harry before turning to Jake. Jake walked forward and stood tall in front of the intimidating shaman.
"Gah!" Jake gasped when the palulakan tooth quickly sliced through the flesh of his bicep. Harry, however, watched in fascination as she licked the blood off the tooth.
Harry's mind went off for a second, thinking about what the AVATAR's blood would taste like. Would it be like chemicals and blood mixed together? Would it just taste like blood, or just chemicals?
Harry shook his head, expelling the thoughts from his head, and listen to the Tsahik as she spoke.
"Why have you come to us?" She snapped, glaring at the marine. She looked at Harry again. "And you, small one. Who are you?" The woman took a more calculating look as she scanned over Harry.
"I'm here to learn." Jake said, making the woman whip her head back around.
"We have tried to teach many sky people," The woman said, speaking from obvious experience. "It is hard to fill a cup which is already full." Jake looked disgruntled.
"My cup is empty. Just ask anyone." His attempt at humor went right over the na'vi's head, making the situation worse.
"We can not train this demon." Tsu'tey told the clan leader and his future mate. Warriors around the na'vi circle started to cry out in agreement. Harry watched in trepidation. Jake's approach today, right now, would decide both of their fates. He couldn't fault Tsu'tey's total hatred of his friend, but it confused him on why Tsu'tey didn't treat him the same way.
"You, my daughter, will train Him." The Tsahïk said, pointing at Jake before turning around. "You, Tsu'tey, will train young Hadrian." She pointed at Tsutey, but unlike Neytiri, he didn't look opposed to his order. The woman then looked back to Jake, a slight sneer on her aged face. ''My daughter will teach you. Learn well, Jakesully." The tsahik started in english, spitting Jake's name like it was particularly foul on her tongue. "Then we shall see if your insanity,'' she paused, and Harry silently commended the woman on her English. ''Can be cured.''
Jake stared at the woman for a moment, unsure of what to do next. Harry caught his friend's gaze, giving him an amused smile. Jake scowled at the smaller man.
It wasn't funny.

''Put this on,'' Tsu'tey said, throwing a loincloth at Harry. They had ascended the stairs not too long after Neytiri and Jake disappeared, and they found themselves in a well-hidden part of Hometree.
''Why?'' Harry held up the cloth, looking at Tsu'tey like he had lost his mind. The thing had a long string that wrapped around his back, and he guessed it was supposed to wrap around his tail. Said appendage twitched and swung around behind him.
''It is traditional to wear this to dinner. You must dress like Na'vi to be Na'vi.'' Harry grumbled before turning around and shedding the scraps of cloth that still hung off of his person. His hopefully temporary nan'tang companion was still downspiral being pampered by the children. Harry paused when he was completely naked, holding up the clothing that he was given to wear. In a clan like this, the scant piece would be seen as normal. Hell, being completely naked would be normal to some clans on Pandora. However, to Harry, this was supposed to be morally indecent and uncomfortable. Briefly, Harry wondered if it had something to do with the fact that he couldn't wear shoes before maneuvering his tail around, trying to get it into position so he could slip the cloth over it.
''Oh Fuck this.'' Tsu'tey gave a small smile, unseen by anyone, at the dreamwalker's curse. He walked towards the struggling figure, grabbing his tail when it whipped around every which way.
''Let me help.'' Harry sighed and gave up, putting all of his energy into not blushing every time Tsu'tey's hand would caress just the right spot on his tail, or his butt.
Within the span of twenty seconds, Tsu'tey had sat Harry down and was now working on his queue. He tucked and weaved the black strands around each other, crossing some strands over others and leaving the top portion of his hair loose.
''Why did you come here, Ha'drian?'' Tsu'tey inquired, unknowingly sending Harry into a daze with the unintentional head massage.
''I am a scientist and a Marine, a warrior,'' Harry said quietly, feeling the slight tension of Tsu'tey's fingers in his thick hair. ''They sent me here for order and leadership, but I am pretty sure they just didn't want to see my face anymore. There is a man at Hell's Gate that wants to kill all of you. Without me here, every officer would have no choice but to listen to him.'' Harry didn't really agree completely though, because he knew that some of those people at the compound would lead that charge themselves if they got to kill some of the natives. The fingers in his hair continued then, making the ravenet's thoughts dissipate and a smile appear on Harry's face.
''You are Tsamsiyu then. A leader for your people.'' Tsu'tey stated, not feeling the need to ask if that was correct. ''I thank you for coming here then. That general would have destroyed Hometree.''
''Yes, yes he would have,'' Harry said. ''Why do you treat me differently?''
''You are....different,'' Tsu'tey said after a moment. ''You feel safe, like home.'' Harry could hear, and sense, how hard it was for Tsu'tey to admit that to him. Harry sighed again, getting up when Tsu'tey patted his back as a signal for him being done. He held a hand down to the taller Na'vi, offering him a way up off of the hard bark of the tree branch. Without hesitation, Tsu'tey took the offered hand.
''Let us go to dinner,'' Tsu'tey said in English, not expecting the warm smile to come across Harry's face in the process.

''You settling well?'' Harry heard when he entered the large room. Despite her broken english, Harry couldn't help but smile that the fact that any of them decided to try and make him feel less ostracized by using his native tongue. Harry smiled at the shaman, looking around the open space at the numerous Na'vi sitting and eating in a circle-type shape.
''Yes, quite well, Tsahik.'' The woman looked surprised at his sentence, most likely thinking that he didn't understand Na'vi at all.
''I am Mo'at, the connection to Mother Eywa. What is your name, Child?''
''Ha'drian, Mo'at. My name is Ha'drian.'' So that was why the woman seemed to be cloaked in Eywa's aura. She was the people's connection to their creator.
''Hadrian," His name rolled off of Mo'at's tongue the same way it rolled off of Tsu'tey's earlier that day "A fine name for a fine man.''
