Drarry - Warmth
The serpent Draco purchased for Harry seemingly could not get enough warmth. And whenever Harry passed by and the snake hissed at him, he would hiss back, then inevitably take the creature out of the tank and allow it to wrap around his arm. Then he’d wave his hand and wandlessly turn the heat up in the flat for good measure.
The tank was set up as instructed by the shopkeeper, so Draco knew it was sufficiently warm inside (warmed by magic rather than the heat lamps muggles used). Draco was checking the settings one day while the serpent slept, just to be sure, and Harry chuckled at him.
“He just likes being out, Draco,” Harry said, amused, “The tank is fine.”
Draco flushed. “I… is that really it?”
“He’s a Slytherin snake, I think,” Harry wrapped his arms around Draco from behind, a loose embrace. “Figures saying he’s cold is the best way to get a hug.”
“And it works every time!” Draco exclaimed, leaning back against Harry. “You spoil him, you know.”
Harry hummed. “I do have a habit of spoiling snakes.”
Draco flushed and pulled away to face Harry. “Is that comment directed at me?”
Harry laughed and hugged Draco again, this time tightly. “Let’s just say I like keeping you warm too, Love.”
