Okay so "the land without magic" I'm calling BULLSHIT because those assholes used magic outside of Storybrook multiple times it was weak and not as big as when used in Storybrook but THEY USED ITSo they must be in the HP world maybe that's why they use wands to have a focus to use magic so I'm taking this theory and going with itAlso, NO hate to Snowing fans but it's bullshit that she didn't pay a price for the magic used to make Emma pure, she got away with it with no punishment, Yeah Emma grew up without her but that's more a punishment to Emma then her or CharmingShe got to live with no memory of her child perfectly blissful that is not a punishment while Emma suffered and Lily did as well, the so-called heroes get to do shit that's considered evil and not be punished because they did it in the name of good, that's bullshit they should be punished for their crimes not a pathetic slap on the wrist but the so-called villains if they so much as say one thing wrong everyone is ready to execute themITS BULLSHIT

Chapter 3

Hermione pov

I tense feeling Bellatrix putting an arm around the back of the couch as she leans closer pointing out what she finds interesting "They had Ogre wars but maybe you would like more on your mother".

I watch her flip some of the pages "This book has more on Regina and Zelena since they're our distant family but, she and your mom interact a lot and since she married your sister it should have a little more on them".

I nod as she points it out after a while of reading I hear fighting, Bellatrix stands up putting a wand to my throat and I feel her hand in my bag "Sorry little witch I'm sure you're eager to get with your friends, read the book but keep it safe when you finish it will return itself".

a few hours later

Sitting in a room at the shell shack I sit on the bed looking at my blood results, Harry and Ron run in asking what Bellatrix was yelling about, that it could answer where a Horcrux is, I sigh showing them my arm "She was yelling about my birthmark".

I see Harry look confused at it while Ron's face starts turning red "You lied to us you're not muggle-born".

I sigh shaking my head "No Ron I did not, I was adopted I knew that but I didn't know anything else, they made me take a blood test and I redid it getting the same results".

I hold out the results to them and watch them read over them before Ron rips the results "Get out" I look to Harry who looks down not saying anything "Ron I didn't know, I am still me, your friend".

He shoves me "GET OUT, YOU'RE FUCKING EVIL THE DRAGON QUEEN IS A WELL KNOW DARK WITCH".

Looking at Harry he glares at me "Just leave Hermione" he says spitting out my name like it's an insult.

I huff grabbing my bag and leave ignoring Fleur calling after me.

I appreciate to the home I grew up in, settling in and finally crying over my friend's reaction.

Black Manor no ones pov

Narcissa walks to the library setting down while Bellatrix has left for a mission, the fireplace spits out a letter and she calls it to her looking it over.

She chuckles getting up sending a reply before setting down opening her book again.

Hermione pov

Waking up I sigh hearing knocking on my door moving to the bathroom I grab some headache medicine, and move to the door opening it seeing my mentor Professor McGonagall.

"Hermione the boys came back saying how you turned on them, I came as fast as I could, I'm sure it's just a big misunderstanding".

I sigh letting her in before sitting on the couch, she sits by me placing her hand on my back rubbing it "what happened?"

Taking a deep breath I sigh explaining what happened and hand her the second test she frowns looking at it "This is nothing dear, I'll talk to them and clear this up, stay here till I come back".

I nod watching her leave with my results feeling a sense of dread I run quickly packing up what little I have left here that's important and run to the neighbors yard casting a notice me not over myself.

Sitting I wait after what feels like hours but is just a few minutes I see Professor McGonagall and Mr. And Mrs. Weasely I wait to see what they're going to do, they cast a spell setting my home on fire and quietly leave.

Taking a Shakey breath I watch my home burn silently crying.

I stand unseen or heard as the fire department shows up and puts out my home and leaves before the moon moves lower in the sky, I flinch when someone Apparate near my house.

Seeing wild dark curly hair I drop my spell "They burned down my home, the only place left I had that connected me to my parents" I choke out.

She turns facing me "Hermione?"

Tense I pull my wand pointing it at this imposter pretending to be Bellatrix "who are you?"

She slowly lifts her hands in a nonthreatening motion "easy Hermione I'm Bellatrix and Narcissa's sister Andromeda I go by Andi".

I frown looking at her "the secret order member Tonks mom".

She nods motioning to my home "I'll be honest we're not members we're deep cover Spies, they think they killed you Hermione you need to hide. I'll send word to my sisters but stay hidden till they find you".

She reaches in her pocket pulling out a roll of money "stay on the muggle side till they find you go now hurry".

I nod taking the money and run.
