Nine years goes by quick for a girl studying to be Queen.
Izumi had been in her room reading a book as there was a knock on the door.
Victoria the maid, had another bouquet for her from the model agency she worked for.
At the age of 11, Izumi took up a model job for fantasy dresses and as a singer. And was a big success. By the time she was 13 last year, puberty hit her hard as she gained a body that Casanova would approve of, as Helena best said it.

Another knock came on the door.
"Izumi-Sama. Dinner is ready." Victoria said.
"Of course." Izumi said as she apparated to the Dining room.
"For dinner today, it is Jewel Meat Steak tartar, scalloped potatoes from a Moai Potato and mixed vegetables. And dessert is Treacle Tart with a mixed Berry patte." The Butler, Heathcliff said as dinner appeared.
"Mmmm! Delicious as always!" Inko said, delighted in the taste.
"Ah, right. Izumi. As we are here, I'm sure that you know that we will go to Japan to extend your studies?" Helena asked.
"Yeah, although it will be in my old hometown...." Izumi said with a bittersweet smile.
"Yeah, and I've been invited to see the U.A. Festival coming up. Usually I refuse, but I decided to make an exception. They said a could bring a guest. Izumi, would you like to come along? Besides, I've been talking with the Emperor and Leaders of all the countries. Since this is a popular event for Japan and possibly the world. It would be a good time to announce you as my heir and that I'm no myth." Helena said.
But Izumi also knew Katsuki would probably be there as well
"How long will we be in Japan?"
"Three days at least. Four max."
"Alright. I'll come along."

"Everyone! I have excellent news! Her Majesty Queen Helena is coming as a special guest to the festival!" A rat/dog/bear creature said.
"Wait, as in Mystic Mother? I thought she was a myth." Present Mic said in surprise.
"Oh no, she's real. And she will be bringing her heir as well."
"Heir? I thought she didn't have any children." Midnight asked.
"Oh she actually found a long lost relative who has powerful magic if not as powerful as hers years ago. But we'll have to boost security for them." Nedzu said, then he turned to All Might.
"If you don't mind, I'm sure you can act as their bodyguard."
All Might or Yagi Toshinori was surprised at this as he had to watch two prominent women.
"Ah, why have me as an escort? Not that I can't do it, but surely there are others."
"True, we'll have more heroes on patrol, but the only other option was for Endeavor to take the job, and Her Majesty made it quite clear that he's not in her favor." Nedzu stated.
"I see." Toshinori nodded.
"Well with that out of the way, this promises to be a festival to remember." Nedzu finished the meeting.
